One of the worst stays of my life. We had booked 15 days earlier, called & confirmed again 4 hrs before coming here. Yet the room was not ready, forget about sanitation, the room was not available. Apparently they had overbooked. After a bit of a back & forth argument, we finally got a room. One room was smelling so bad, literally like a dumping yard. As we had booked two rooms, we all adjusted to one of the rooms which was little okay. As we were staying for a night, we thought of using the second room's bathroom only. But by midnight, the caretaker (with a long ponytail) saw that the room was empty & he gave it to another customer without even asking us. Even repeatedly calling he didn't listen and left. The owner was so rude, he was not ready to listen to anything. Don't go by location & photos, they have only one good room, which they have posted all others are not livable. Attaching the video & pics you can better judge yourself. I will agree, the location is nice, near the beach but what's the point of location if you can't sleep peacefully at night. No water, No towel, caretaker doesn't understand English, yes if you can speak Malayalam then you can get some concession out of him. The attitude of the caretaker was like we are not customers but some beggars waiting for alms. Please avoid staying here🙏🏻

Worst stay Experience in my travelling life. It is neither Resort,hotel,homestay nor lodges. It doesn't fall in any category. Owner Mr. Ram is highly irresponsible person, never pic phone call, just give number of disgusting guys who never attend you. Foul smell filled in rooms and their entire building. Dustbins were seems never emptied since of installation, full of empty water and alcohol bottles, rotten foods speciallly non veg items that generates highly foul smell. We arranged a person to clean our rooms and balcony. Breakfast was included, but they not even asked to have. On the night of 31st Dec, so many guests came and claiming rooms that we were allotted, so much of chaos were outside our rooms, our family were in so much fear and even we could sleep that night. One of their person having long hair threatened us to vacate rooms around 11 PM Safety is a major issue as well when u are staying with family.Plz plz never never come this place it will ruin your holiday as was done with us, ruined our New Year Celebrations. I have given one star to this property,Google map should have option of negative star.

One word for this place is pathetic!!. Do not get fooled by the photos and the reviews. I strongly feel the positive reviews are manufactured. The rooms are uncleaned, old, soiled bed and linens. The staffs are irresponsible and with attitude of fend for yourself!. There's no parking and the place is on a steep side of the road. No drinking water, food and room service. The reason given was all are on leave. My question is why should you accept booking if you cannot provide basic amenities which are least expected from the clients who have booked the rooms. By and large, worst and nightmarish experience. There's nothing less than a 1 star this place and it's only two staffs deserve. I am writing this review even while staying in this place with 2 more days to pass. We were 2 families who had booked 2 rooms for our holidays. But repent and feel it's our bad luck to face this experience.

Super Deluxe AC room redefined. Feeling cheated by this lodge and MMT. It was terrible experience to stay here. Never dare to come here with your family. 1) Dirty walls 2) Fan doesn't works 3) No power backup (I guess they turned it down to save AC bills at 11PM, because surrounding areas has power) 4) It's a lodge, no food available. No room service available. 5) Even they can't give you a bottle of water if you don't bring yours own. 6) Near to beach, but the way to beach is through a jungle and a narrow (1 feet max) walking space. You wouldn't dare to go though this way after sunset. 7) All positive reviews are manipulated, if you don't trust my words you would blame yourself after staying here. 8) It's not a hotel, nor a resort, nor a honestay. It's just a dirty, un-maintained room. 9) Nearest restaurant is 1km away and highly stiff road. 10) No reception desk, after reaching this lodge it took 1 hour to find out the caretaker. The caretaker don't know English or Hindi. They denied our checkin but our cab driver was very supportive. He stood with us until they arranged a room for us. It tool almost two hours. Without our cab driver it was impossible to checkin at this lodge. He was interpreting our language. It was a painful experience to staying here. Update 1: No checkin and checkout process followed. No ID cards were taken. No guest register there. It's a highly unsafe place for families. We leave the room in very early morning, no one there to inform the same. All guests have same complaint that on arrival they said your online OTA booking is canceled.

One of the employee in the hotel was found in influence of may be alcoholic or drugs.He never turned up to any order we did. Safety is a major issue as well when u are staying with family as there is no one to call up.Plz plz never never come this place it will ruin your holidays as happened with us, ruined our New Year Celebrations. I have given one star to this property,as it deserve minus rating.There should be options of negative star .

Good Location, accessible to Beach 24/7. Beach is just 200 Meters walk from the Room. Service is good. Only thing I would advise the guests is, make sure you lock the Door while sleeping. We didn't lock the room while sleeping and one of the Caretaker came into the room and tried to steal our Iphone. Other than it, it was a good stay.

I never seen this kind of poor manage home stay. Location is 21 KM away from Trivandrum station. This is not in Kovalam beach. In a village area no amenities available in this location. For cheap budget don't choose this option. There are no room service. Even I booked two rooms but they given one room. With all dirty pilo and blankets. Simply say just avoid this property.

The place is very peaceful 200m from the beach. There is a very big market en route to this property. The only thing that I didn't like was there were too many insects inside the room.
