Been staying here for more than an year. We rented out a new apartment. Everything was fine, but as time passed its is understood that the quality of the building is poor. water supply is bad, please refrain from washing whites, you never know when the dirty water is gonna come in. Quality of the amenities are bad. The door panels started to give way. The windows can't resist the wind, they are starting to break. Walls are not build to last and started to damage within 1 year of normal usage. New buyers please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Newly constructed flat. Safe n secure. But when you think about other facilities and amenities not that much great. Easy accessible for those who works companies in Technopark. Especially bhavani n tejaswini building

Please note this review is of onyx E. This Onyx E building, Inside Kristal Techpark veiw campus.Very near to technopark. Walk-able distance(500m) from Technopark (back gate). Good for families.School buses like Jyothis Central school, Good shepherd, mgm, chempaka etc comes inside campus. 24*7 electricity & water supply, Covered parking facility, 24 x 7 Security with Bio-metric access, 4 x lifts, Generator backup for common area and flats.

Good Apartments, these apartments are the one which is nearest to Technopark, mostly all techies reside here, consists of flat as well as villas

Situated very near to Technopark Phase 1. Walkable distance from Technopark back gate. Calm amd quiet place. Friendly staffs and care taker. 24 Hours water suppy and Electricity. Restrictions and special rules(implemented by flat owners association) are there. Still its a great place to stay.

Near to technopark back gate near to karyavattum campus and stadium with in 5km hospital, Church, railway station Kazhakkuttam town, market, beach

Peaceful comfy residence for families and bachelors alike. Periodic cleaning, security, parking facilities are all available.

The flat and the premises are well maintained. Though it looks clean, the aged looks of the building is a drawback. They provide securities for each building and a common security for the whole premisis. Also there is an availability of caretaker for a specific time. Guest parking facilities are limited. And there's isn't much scope of entertainment for children.
