My aunty was admitted in this hospital for delivery in this hospital 13 years back. Gynaecologist Dr. Punitha's negligence lead to severe blood loss and both kidneys failure and she was in coma for 2 months and was undergoing treatment in KIMS. KIMS doctors said its because of the wrong surgery they performed. They cut the blood vessels during surgery....later we had to do renal transplantation and it didn't last for long. She passed away in a year or so...When we filed complaint against this hospital Dr. Vijayakumar broke this case because he was holding a good position in medical counsel. It's been 13years now. My aunt's daughter is taken care by our family. This hospital didn't give any compensation for surgery or for the girls future. Not just my aunt's case. Before and after we heard similar cases due to the wrong surgery performed and lost many lives in here. Officials should take action against this hospital. This is real experience. People beware of this monsters. Medical mafia they are. This hospital should be sealed and they should remove the doctors degree and should be punished...

Today I went to the hospital for stomach infection and fever. They suggested me some medicine and injection. After the injection they gave me a paper and asked me to sign. It was written that the patient is not allergic to medicine and that it was confirmed with the patient. The management staff and doctor is not responsible if something happens to the patient. I was shocked and said I will not sign this.. my question to this management is if a doctor cannot take responsibility of a patient just for injecting him with a fever medice, then why the hell you run this hospital. Why should we come to your hospital with the belief you will cure as?? I am not aware of such practice in any other hospital.

Had to go there for a dental X-Ray. The service was mediocre and the staffs were so rude. They almost tore my mouth pressing the X-Ray film. And finally, they didn't give me back my prescription and I had to go to the dentist without proper procedures. I thought it was a great hospital, but my entry there changed my mind!

The rooms are very neat and clean. In my believe they will clean four times in a day. Separate place to eat food. Tolitets are neat and clean. I took my dad here at PPK Hospital at around 7AM due to an emergency. He may have fainted or already passed away when I brought him. But there was none to understand the seriousness to provide emergency response. There were 2 security guards planning on how to take and place my dad in the stretcher! There were no nurses to provide Emergency Response from the outside. None was in a hurry mode and they were super relaxed. I had to shout at the security guards and they were literally shouting back. It was the security guards who took my dad in the stretcher to the ICU and not the nurses. There were no nurses nearby. Finally reached the ICU and they were super casual and did not try any means to revive. Just asked the age and as he was above 70, they were super lethargic to even do the basics. Slowly they checked the ECG and announced that my dad left on the way. There was no care or anything of that sort in dealing with the situation. I was not seeking a miracle, but the basics of what is expected from a Hospital to deal with an Emergency. I give 2 stars because they let me go to take the money and come back as I rushed in as an emergency.

My humble request to all please don't take treatment in this hospital...... especially cardiology unit......no proper treatment and no care.....only money business..... they vl make a normal person to sick........ We entered at 12. 30Pm, only 3 persons in front of us. They took 2.30 hr for checking BP and preparing their chart..finally we left from PPK.. If we enter for check up minimum, we need to spent 6 hr in PPk..
