Visited Kovalam 9 - 13th July 22, and I booked them in for the whole trip - airport transfers, the Kanyakumari trip, Trivandrum visit. Yes, they cost more than the normal taxis but here are the positives - 1. You have your own transport 2. Punctual, reliable, knowledgeable drivers with excellent driving skills. I pre-booked four day excursions from Kovalam for my family's first visit to India. What a fantastic four days we had which have left my family with life long unforgettable memories. Manu organised everything superbly and our driver, Ranjit, coped with everything the traffic and his passengers threw at him! Strongly recommended.

We visited Kerela in 2018 and had an amazing time. We booked a houseboat day experience with Kerela travel boutique and Manu was really helpful on arranging our trip as we wanted to see lots of different things.

We had a very satisfying day tour organised by them to Poovar for boat ride and then to kovalam from Trivandrum. The 2 hour boat ride was marvellous! The pick and drop service was excellent.

Top class travel agency. I used this agency for a one day excursion to Ponmudi from Trivandrum. The price was very good. The vehicle was clean and safe . The driver spoke good English and was very knowledgeable he made multiple stops along the route to show me different plants and trees. Apart from the excursion the travel agency helped me book numerous train tickets in India which I found impossible to do on the Railways website from England. Most of these arrangements were.made through WhatsApp which is very convenient and cheap when travelling. Apart from all of this the travel agency booked my excursion and rail tickets (at short notice) without any advance payment which meant I could pay in cash after all the transactions. 2 years ago I was in Varkala (Kerala), as a solo female traveller and I asked the company to organise for me a trip to Kanyakumari to see the sunrise and to visit the back waters. Everything was arranged via WhatsApp and at 2 am my journey began. A super friendly driver with good English a clean car brought me Kanyakkumari perfectly on time to have a hot masala chai, greet the sunrise, and waited me patiently to explore the town and the sightseeings. He offered some other interesting sightseeings around and we went to some incredible Hindu temples and a wooden palace where again a was left to take my time and explore. We stopped by the back waters on our way back to Varkala and the whole trip ended at around 6.30pm where I had the pleasure to enjoy the sunset on Varkala's cliffs. A great full day experience with so many memorable places visited that I still remember as it was yesterday! Thank you for organising it for me! Highly recommend.

Very nice experience .......

The really friendly guide and taxidriver Deepo showed me a lot of special natural places. The destination was Ponmudi, a mountain that is in the beginning of a big forest. From the top you can se a lot of mountain and djungel. We went in dry season, still it was green and colorful. We got to see some autentic places in the way, eat some relly tasty dali in the street and drink tea in small teashops. We spend some time walking and bathing in a waterfall. There was a lot of huge trees, long climbable vines. We didnt see any tiger but they live there. So does elefant, monkeys, pigs...

We did a 3 day houeboat tour from Kollam to Alleppey round trip. The trip itself was beautiful and the scenery was amazing. Our crew was also very friendly and despite some language gaps, they tried to point out as many sites as they could. Where the 1 star review comes in is the company itself and the boat we stayed on. Upon booking the trip we were told we were receiving a "deluxe" houseboat and based on the website we assumed it would be similar to all the pictures. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very old houseboat, uncomfortable furniture, and our bed didn't even have a sheet with it. Our toilet had issues with simply flushing and in lieu of a shower we had a bucket of water. There was a place for a TV that was simply missing as well. Now if we had paid for something like this it would be one thing, but we paid good money for an upgraded houseboat and it was clear that they swindled us and we had us grossly overpaid for our experience. When I reached out to complain, I received no reply from the company. Use serious caution when booking anything with them.

I took both Kollam and Fort Cochin tour package from Kerala Travel Boutique Tour and Travels from 26th May to 29th May 2022. Loved the experience and the tour went on very well. The Tempo traveler vehicle was very comfortable to travel in and the driver / guide Mr.Uthaman was very friendly. He guided us well throughout the tour. The proprietor Manu Mathew was always available on Whatsapp to answer our requirements. The tour charges are fair and transparent. I would recommend Kerala Travel Boutique to everyone.

The houseboat was arranged from their partners in Alleppey. The upper deck of the houseboat for viewing and dining was really impressive. The rooms were congested. The lower deck remains as the non-premium category. The service given was deluxe category. A/C was on from 9 pm to 6 am. The houseboat staff were very supportive in providing all veg food as per our request. The houseboat was kept neatly. No complaints except congested rooms. We enjoyed the tour.
