Location on beach road, not near beach. 500 to 800 meter from lighthouse beach. Rooms are good, cleaned, in some rooms gyser for hot water do not work (room no 303). Swimming pool is small but clean. Food quality for complimentary breakfast is good. Manager is helpful. Service is good. Not many rooms are there in the hotel. Parking inside the hotel available but no accomodation option for driver is available. As price point of view good afordable hotel.

The location is good, walking distance to the beach. The rooms are good, breakfast was also good. We stayed for two days there, one night I forgot to order milk for my kid before the kitchen closing time (their kitchen closes at 9:30 PM). Still at 11 PM they arranged milk. We forgot a bag there while checkout, so they took the trouble to send it through courier. Would recommend it to everyone.

We visited Opalo Kailas recently in Nov first week of 2023 with family. Location is near to beach about 500 meters from hotel. Hotel Manager Shaji was very cooperative, he arranged early check in, local sightseeing cab as per our request. Food here was delicious (vegetarian food). We would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful! The food was not just delicious but a real treat for the taste buds. The staff, especially Mr. Joy, were incredibly cooperative, adding warmth to our experience. Can't wait for another memorable visit! 😊 Mr.Joy (The Manager ) We will not forget to bring ID proofs of everyone. 😉

For a truly authentic stay in Kerala - God's Own Country, without burning a hole in one's pocket, one cannot go past this absolutely beautiful hotel located along the idyllic beaches of Kovalam! I highly recommend, not only staying here and truly absorbing the beauty of the surrounds, but taking the time to experience India's treasure of Ayurvedic treatments right from the natives themselves! The customer service is par excellence and made us feel like we've come to a home, away from home. Kailas Holiday Inn came highly recommended and I now I highly recommend it. Definitely worth the stay! Thankyou so very much for the wonderful holiday! We will most definitely be back when I next visit stunning Kerala! :)

A Decent Hotel with all facilities that a traveller requires, has a swimming pool too. Food is good ,Staff is just amazing and ready to help you with your request. Walking distance from the beach approx 500 mts. Location is good with well maintained rooms.Value for money.
