writing

express
my
deep
disappointment
regarding
the
recent
jewellery
purchases
I
made
from
both
your
physical
store
at
the
Mall
of
Travancore
in
Trivandrum
and
your
online
website.
Unfortunately,
both
of
these
purchases
have
left
me
unsatisfied.
I
visited
your
store
at
the
Mall
of
Travancore
and
was
captivated
by
a
zircon
necklace.
Intrigued
by
its
design,
I
decided
to
purchase
it
for
INR
1680.
However,
my
excitement
turned
into
dismay
when
I
noticed
that
the
rose
gold
coating
had
started
to
peel
off
even
before
a
proper
wear.
This
was
extremely
disheartening
as
I
had
anticipated
a
much
higher
level
of
durability
and
quality
from
your
products.
In
addition
to
the
disappointing
experience
at
the
physical
store,
I
also
placed
an
order
on
your
website
for
a
few
pieces
of
jewellery.
Among
these,
I
chose
to
wear
a
gold-plated
earring
for
a
single
day.
To
my
utter
surprise,
the
earring
began
to
lose
its
gold
plating
and
turned
grey
within
a
matter
of
hours.
Such
a
rapid
deterioration
of
the
product's
quality
left
me
utterly
dissatisfied
and
frustrated.
I
must
emphasize
that
I
had
great
expectations
from
Kushal's
Jewellery,
both
from
your
established
reputation
and
the
initial
appeal
of
your
products.
However,
my
experiences
have
been
far
from
satisfactory.
