We came here for the pizza because of the review on the internet about 10 best pizza resto in Malang. Unfortunately, when the waitress came to our table to take order, she apologized that pizza could not be served that night because the oven pizza chimney was wet due to rain water. What?? Lol 🤣 Oh well, maybe they need do adjust the chimney to an elbow shape/curved, so the opening is not facing the sky. Or design a cover/small awning over the chimney. You can google search how it looks like. Anyway, so we ordered snowy tenderloin steak (beef steak with mozzarella cheese over it), salmon steak and lasagna. The steak is not as good as we are used to in Jakarta or Sentul. I mean, it is not as tasty as expected based on our tastebuds. There is no additional sauce included in the snowy tenderloin steak. The mashed potato texture is like clay and the taste is like those instant mashed potato powder. My son said I made better creamy mashed potatoes. He had the salmon steak and I took a little bite and it tasted quite nice. The butter garlic is nice. The lasagna is just OK. Still below our tastebuds level. I think the béchamel sauce needs more seasoning, not exactly sure what. Maybe more Parmesan cheese or some oregano, or something. Sorry, this is an honest review because maybe because we’ve been to other steak restos in other cities to make this comparison. The interior design is vintage. Lots of old pics of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean. There are approximately 12-15 sets of tables. Parking is available in front of the neighboring stores since they are closed, whereas the space in front of the resto only fits for 2-3 cars. Overall, I think it’s too pricey for a standard taste (according to our tastebuds). Other people might have different taste standard.

The steak was good.. Tender.. sauce was ok The waiters litle bit lost. As they didnt ask for the detail of our order. So we had to ask by ourself. No warming welcome or something. But one thing that really disturb me CMIIW there is writen no where that the prices are not including the tax 10%.. you will be surprised when you go to cashier😌 so please!!! Correct your menu that is illegal. It is ok to pay tax. But please inform it!!

Nice place for a good steak dinner in Malang. Bad management organization. (+) Very good meat, well prepared and tasty (-) waiters are clearly unqualified, they are rude and seem lost in taking the orders (-) surprise tax +10% when you need to pay at the end... which is notified NOWHERE (-) The schedule on Google maps is not updated, so you might sometimes see yourself refused the entrance as they are closing earlier without prior notice 😡

We order tenderloin steak, smoked chicken sandwich, 3 in 1 and banana split, the taste of the steak is just like the other ordinary steak,the smoked chicken is so hard, 3 in 1 is fried onion ring, fries, and calamary with tartar sauce.. the taste of the tartar sauce is quite soft, and the banana split taste is nice... but the price is quite pricey compare to other place...

The service was very good and friendly but my rib eye wagyu steak didn't look either like a rib eye nor wagyu beef. It was a thin piece of meat. It didn't taste bad but if you are used to eating steak you will be disappointed. Also the color of the meat was gray like they cooked it in a pan.

The food is decent, with the price u can get very full with a nice meal! Also all the staff are friendly, and i enjoy the reggae music remix that they play. ❣️ And i like the orange juice.

Malibu Steak 'n' Pizza has been serving European cuisine for some time. It has been admitted that steaks here are great. Coming through the entrance door, we will be wecomed by a friendly waiter. The atmosphere of the room is warm with yellow dim light and oldies pin-up posters on the wall. The seats are wide and comfortable for diners. Some tables in the ground section were arranged for couples or small groups and some are for bigger one. Coming up into the upstairs, we can see long dining tables that makes it perfect for families or birthday celebration. Going a bit further, a cozy balcony with wooden floor invites diners to have breezy cheerful dinner with friends. The other night my family was celebrating my sister-in-law 15th birthday. We were having delicious salad, steak and some pasta. Latte, frappe, and milkshake were also ordered to give the delicacy some smooth push through our throat. Only the closing time kindly asked us to get up from our seat and brought home beautiful memory.

The salmon was so juicy... i could even eat the salmon without the sauce, because the salmon itself was already tasty. The atmospehere was good, nothing special, but would make you feel calm.

Good place, but the taste of the food I ordered not es expected. It would be great if the quality a bit improved.

Nice place for family or hangout. A lot of menu. Foods like steak, pizza, pasta with beverages juice, coffee, tea, and so on. Price is equal with the taste. Legend said "this was the first steak in ngalaM" Worth to try 😉

Not bad yah. Salah satu legendary steak nya Malang, but honestly I'm sad that they are degrading this much. The way they serve Salmon is just sad. But the chicken Gordon Bleu is fine. Service staff were out of attitude; sitting on the floor, let the venue dark and unattractive, and seem not ready for guests. I think they need some proper management and the right marketing plan to survive and flourish again.

Visited this place during a rare visit to Malang as it is a place that we used to frequent. The food was good and pretty much unchanged over time. The nasi goreng merah is still delicious.
