I'm a loyal customer since I was in Jr. High school up to now. Professional staff, hight tech equipment, using branded good range of products (Kerastase, Loreal, wet brush etc), offer welcome drink, always had my hair done by Mas Parman. The Kerastase treatment is also very recomended.

Done my hair earlier at Irwan team lippo puri which went amazing. This Irwan team though has no respect for their patrons, they charged me the same amount for just touching up my roots as they would for me dyeing my whole head. 1.3 million for just the roots is crazy, especially because I already did it at Irwan team before. They also did not tell me it would be the same price, if they did I would have just dyed my whole had. Such a waste of money and time. Would not recommend this location. They also told me beforehand it would be 4 million and then it came out to be 5.1 million and they would not reconsider the price because they said we already agreed to the price, which we didn’t. We agreed to 4 million.

Had Treatment here as my mum always come here. And service is really spot on, different from other Indonesian hair salon, Irwan team is somewhere you can trust and fully relaxed. All the staffs are very professional and friendly. They tried their best to give you best service. Really love MKG Irwan Team and been coming here for over 10 years and still highly recommend it.

i wish for 3 cut layers as i always have with PIM branch , but they put too much layers and made my hair looks thin with no 3 layers look, hope they can improve
