Good service with good empathy either from the doctor or the staffs. BPJS couldn't apply here but once the patient want to use one they could come to Bandung Eye Center Clinic at Jl. Sumatera. Just consult this to the doctor before to get a permit. The building is new and the interior has a good design.

Great, near roadway

The doctor who handled me was good and professional. However the staffs, administration, scheduler are really slow. I think management need to change the system and culture completely. I can see a staff doing nothing in her seat while I’m waiting for paperwork. I also got an appointment at 9, and was able to see the doctor only at 11. After asking for another doctor. I can’t understand why didn’t they just made an appointment with me at 10 or 10.30 if they knew the doctor had two surgeries at 9. We should respect each other (hospital and patients)’s time. Update: I’m waiting another 30 minutes just to get a letter from the doctor.

Very great experience overall. However the payment process is really PAINFUL , it's slow and the wait time is up to 1 hr for payment only and It happens every visit. Please make the process more efficient, especially when you use insurance.
