The staff are very helpful. If you carry a big item, they will help you take it to the cashier first while you browse more. If you buy an electrical appliance, they will help you try them to ensure that it can work with electricity.

Was usually very hardware focused. Strange layout now. It seems they are moving more to houseware goods as the focus and hardware as a secondary line. Just an impression as they renovated and reorganized and the hardware now gas less floor space. Maybe the Informa influence as I think the owner has both operations.
