Delicious, quality, authentic Italian gelato, we tried almost every flavour on our trip - the mango flavour is amazing!! It is expensive though.

Don’t remember the last time I had gelato. This place is really cute. Lots of colors, great presentation! Tried a couple of flavors, it was ok. I think I would have preferred good old fashioned ice cream though. If you like gelato this place is worth a try.

(Cash only) Absolutely incredible! Never dreamed of finding the best authentic Italian gelato I have ever had in Palau!!! It would be worth flying here just to go to this place! Make it a priority to visit to this place when you are in Palau.

    位在2樓的冰淇淋,認真想要回訪👍👍👍店員相當熱情,很可愛的想跟遊客學一些中文,相當親切! 店員卯起來塞超大球的,很開心,網友推的布朗尼讚讚!

They might have an unparalleled choice of Ice Cream, but the Coffee is horrible. Ordered a Cappuccino and got a disposable cup with a overheated watery drink, tasting like a mix of roasted corn and goat milk. I found myself returning it to desk without any fulfilling solution. I understand Palau is far away from Italy when it comes to geographic distance, so there might be a lack of benchmark. How to make it better: A "Cappuccino" is made with espresso (strong shot of finely coarsed coffee beans running through an espresso machine within 25sec to create 25ml of strong/dense coffee) per shot and milk is steamed heating milk to 55–65°C (139–149°F) with a maximum temperature of 70°C (158°F) and minimum of 50°C (122°F). Otherwise it will destroy proteins which are necessary for the texture and microfoam that you want and it looses taste and burns your tongue. So sad if you know what efforts and prices are paid to get both beans and milk on the island. Also reusable cups would have been nicer for ambiance, taste and especially our planet. Even though I did not try, I liked the fact they are selling vegan and sugar free gelato.

I was in Palau with my Wife for a liveaboard and we discovered this very good ice-cream place. I am Italian, and can tell you that this a high quality ice-cream, well prepared. We enjoyed the "specialty" flavors very much!

Really unique flavors and a few dairy free (calamansi and pina colada) options that were delicious and not too sweet. The price is reasonable for a gelato place and I highly recommend the ube, fruit, or chocolate flavors whether in a cup or cone. The texture was nice and creamy. There is a lot of seating to enjoy your treat or a good place to stop before or after you shop.

I traveled to Palau in September 2024. I rented a car from AVIS and they gave me a coupon for one free complimentary item per rental. I decided to use it at L'Amarena Gelato Shop located at the 2nd floor food court of the Surangel’s Supercenter Airai. I received one scoop of Mango Tango and Ube (Purple Yam) Royale. The mango was free but I had to pay for the Ube. This was my first time having Ube. I loved both the Mango Tango and Ube Royale Gelato. Both were good. I set in the food court, finished my gelato and then went shopping in Surangel’s Supercenter.

The best atmosphere in Palau with pretty interior and very kind staffs. Gelato taste is mediocre than it looks. Coffees are nice.

Awesome gelato! Special flavors we don't see in America. We tried the Hibiscus Rose and the Seaweed, both were excellent, super flavorful. They also sell baked goods like cookies and cheesecakes, along with some savory snacks. The staff is very friendly. At $6 for regular cup, two flavors, you are getting a great price for your Ice cream.
