Mr. HUYNH TAN TAI , the front-desk who wearing a glasses is very helpful. I appreciated what he did. It is a small hotel, but the location is surrounded by restaurants and convenient. The room hygiene is also ok.

Stayed here for 3 months during my business trip instead of renting an apartment. Location is perfect - not too noisy, very close to literally everything: beach, coffee, central square, foodstores etc. Secondly, if you stay here more then a week you start to feel "home vibe" because of the staff care - they really do their best to comfort your stay, always friendly, helpful and you feel that client oriented service, thanks to the managers: you created family atmosphere here🤗 Thirdly: price to quality ratio is perfect: different dishes at breakfast, vegetables, fruits, for me its important that rooms don't have any smell, comfortable bed sheets, good view from a pool, nice for a chill or coffee break. To sum up, i really like the product that Seana team created, a lot of extra efforts done by managers - more than a maximum for it's price, thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the four-star hotel in Nha Trang for a really cheap price. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the welcoming and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to access, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. During our stay, we took advantage of the hotel's facilities, including the pool. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel in Nha Trang and would highly recommend it to others. The hotel's combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a truly memorable experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staff was accommodating to let us check in a bit early since our bus came in early in the morning. Location is very close to the beach and eateries. Room was clean and spacious with a little balcony to hang wet clothes after the beach. Breakfast was alright but for the price it’s decent. Only complaint is the shower was intermittently cold

Good place to stay in the middle of the tourist area. Everything is in walking distance, nevertheless no outside noise in the room. The rooms are okay, some interior design choices are hard to understand (bathroom will most likely be flooded after showering, no reck to dry towels,...), but nothing terrible. Noise isolation could be better. There were some problems with the internet, but the excellent and helpful staff tried their best to fix them. The staff is in general super nice, friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool is tiny with three sun beds, the breakfast was well done and had enough choices - you must like Asian food though. The price for the room was incredibly affordable, therefore value for money was outstanding. Everything up to 20-25$ per night is an absolute bargain.

Excellent hotel. As tourism is slow to return, a lot of value to be had in Nha Trang now. Booked Seana based on price but would pay much more for this quality. Most comfortable bed I have slept in anywhere. Super clean. Staffed 24 hours. 5 minutes to beach. Pool and gym are tiny but beach is colossal, why you come to Nha Trang.

Fantastic staff. We arrived and were told our room was upgraded. The room was perfect for a couple. Spacious, good bed and great bathroom. The breakfast was great, even for us vegetarians. Special shoutout to the egg-master! Espacially the staff is very friendly and helpful! Eventhough we left so late in the evening and long after our check-out, the staff at the reception kept our luggage the whole day, and offered us to stay in the rooftop and reception area as long as we wanted. Good laundry service aswell! Recommended both for people on a budget or just in general if you are looking for a great place to stay!
