Well I would consider this place is overpriced and overrated the waitress at first friendly etc but then as I didn’t take a starter lost interest l only wanted to go with the main. I just ordered a glass of wine and asked for a glass of water as well ordered the main course and waited and waited service is very slow and there were only 5 tables and when I sat down the big tables were already eating. When dinner finally arrived l had to ask for more water it wasn’t refilled, I was hungry the steak was good the shrimp didn’t taste of anything wasn’t really well that was great and you certainly pay the price and what was funny when paying the tip goes for 18% which isn’t very professional didn’t appreciate that.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DONT GO TO BREAKFAST HERE!!!!!! i can’t believe what we got for the price. firstly, a small box of cereal, they have the audacity to charge almost $8??????? i’ve uploaded the receipt so you can see i’m not lying. second, the french toast, i don’t even know if you can call it that. looked like an omlette on top of toast and the inside was not fully cooked. 2 pieces of bread for almost $12! the portions, i don’t even want to start. they barely put any potatoes and on top of that, they were dry and not seasoned well. make sure you ask to get the DMF tax removed as this is voluntary. i do not recommend at all.

Great pizza if you like it COLD and left sitting around somewhere before it was served. We were excited about the wood fired pizza, only to be disappointed. Wednesday night…not busy. At least a 40 minute wait for two pizzas. The very kind young lady who was serving us offered to reheat them. At that point we were skeptical about how much longer it would take. The live music was great. Disappointed that the manager didn’t bother to acknowledge our concern. We know that Niagara Falls is overpriced but would expect fresh food. I would never order anything else from their menu. Couldn’t imagine if I had ordered the $45 steak and it was also cold. So disappointed.

We attended Coco's for 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts through Holiday Inn's 'Breakation Package'. Standard eggs and meat and french toast, for breakfast. Spare ribs and prime rib for dinner. All very good meals. Frozen Stawberry Daquari and Appletini cocktails were delicious. Cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating. We were also on our honeymoon and let server know this, she brought us out complimentary slice of cheesecake. Which was also very good. We will definitely consider eating here again and ordering off the standard menu.

Went here for breakfast and the place is quite fancy! Beautiful decor and great coffee! Throughly enjoyed and also took the leftover coffee in disposable cups to enjoy at the Falls ☕ Service was pleasant 🙂 Ordered their fresh start wrap and the taste was refreshing 👍👍

We were here on a weekend. We sat at the bottom patio where live music is. Steak was great! I must say their pizza is the best I’ve had in Niagara. Very friendly and attentive server. Laiza was her name if I remember it right. She kept checking on us and made sure we had refills for our drinks. She recommended Creme brûlée and chocolate cake and it didn’t disappoint. I’m surprised their rating is low and more surprised that people on the review complain about tips. It’s a full service restaurant, they have bussers, live music, bartender, servers who run back and forth and tip is earned. I would say stick to fast food if you don’t want to tip.

May be a decent spot to have a drink but definitely not for food. We ordered crispy calamari, nachos, fillet mignon burger and coke and the best was coke with ice. Lol Very basic and food with no flavour and generic ingredients. Paid $120 for all this😢😢😢including tip.

Five star for the burger here, it was so tasty! Also, kids menu, good round table for the big family, high kid's seat is available. Check for 5 adult and two kids (10 month and 2 years old) is $150 with 20% tips.

I went for Christmas dinner with a friend, the person who was waiting us was not friendly at us was kinda super friendly with other white family. We ordered Vegetarian pizza which was worst pizza I ate ever no cheese, the veggies were raw and the dough was unbaked from within but burnt from outside. On the top of that the waiter is saying if you didn’t like the taste why did you ate a slice. Never seen such a passive aggression from a server. This place needs to hire new chefs and new waiters who knows what they doing.

Delicious food. We bought spaghetti, pizza and salad with shrimps. Cozy environment. We were excited to taste the wood fire pizza. The guy who served us was very nice person( Mr. Angad ).

Went there for lunch. Tried their pizzas and I surely fill in love. Fresh and tasted amazing. The service was good as well. Very nice lady with a cute smile that made you feel welcome. They have a nice indoor dining area and a cute patio. Will return for sure. Recommended!!

Wow. Seriously. Wow. It seems impossible to find something to complain about at this place. The decor, the food, the service, the atmosphere! The patio, even the washrooms!!!!!! 200/10 would recommend. Also, the waitress of kindness and skill, Dasha deserves a mention. If you get an antifreeze cocktail from her, you can consider it a successful vacation. I'm demanding to come back here next time I'm ever in the area.

Calamari mixture was not consistent. Some was spicy, and others pieces were not. When we ordered the ribs they smelled not so good and tasted even worse. When we looked at the ribs it seemed to have ketchup on top of them. The chicken was at best ok and cold mashed potatoes were hard.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn where Coco's is located over New Year's Eve weekend. Had breakfast here all 3 mornings, PIzza twice and lunch once. Yes, we ate 6 out of 7 meals here while in Niagara Falls. The food was delicious! The mini waffles in the AM came with a bowl of fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries - super fresh and perfectly ripe. Not a canned style gloppy fruit filling like you so often get in the US. We also had some of the egg dishes. All delicious. The salads were made with baby greens - not a piece of iceberg in sight. Yay! The wood fired pizza oven really caught our attention. It's gorgeous. And all the pizzas we had were delicious. The staff was so kind and courteous - even on a holiday weekend when things can get crazy. Dasha was our server several times. She was amazing. So kind and friendly and on top of her game. We will definitely be eating here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls. Highly recommend!!

This is our third time visiting Niagara Falls. We tried almost every kind of pizza they have, overall - Pizza deserve 5 stars. However, had an experience to dine in and me and my wife got Prime ribs stakes. Not going to lie, worst meat I have ever had. French onion was dry and plane.

Visited on a quiet Sunday in December, not a lot of people in, but food was good. As a visitor to Canada/USA we appreciated the vegetables served with our food (there is a distinct lack of vegetables with any food). I had the salmon, and my husband had a steak, which was beautifully cooked. Would recommend.

Very nice service, price was very good, tasty food, nice interior. I check price for pizza by the watterfalls and was so expensive. This is just 10 min walk and the pizza was delicious and big enough.

Great location for live music and hanging out for drinks. Menu is pub like - you can get pizzas and other casual dining favourites. Suitable for families and larger groups to eat in. Patio is a bonus. Atmosphere is great but the food is just okay.

Fantastic service and amazing food..! First of all we were welcomed with a smile and been seated. Our waiteress, "Eliza" was so friendly. By checking the menu, we decided to go with Coco's signature menu items... We ordered the "Niagara Spring Salad". It had a nice blend that we liked so much. From the appetizers we got the "Nachos". It was delicious with large portions of Nachos with jalapeno, olives and melted cheese on top of it. It can serve up to 4 persons. After that we got our wood fire oven pizza which were so delicious. We ordered the "Coco's special pizza" and the "Pizza Vegetariana". Both were so yummy! It was great experience.

seriously, I ordered Steak king cut and it came in a size of my palm. Not to mention the steak was DRIED. I paid $200 (tax + tip) for my dinner. 2 steaks, 1 hot dog, Seriously that the size of steak I got? I remember I went to this restaurant in 2019 before covid, the steak was SO GOOD, Tendered. Did they change the chef? The lady who served me was good, that I give her 4 stars for her service, beside that, everything else is 1 star. I'm not going back there again.

The food was ok for the price. It was not too expensive but the food is average. Service could be better. Definitely they need to work more on presentation of the good it felt like I was at a take out more than a restaurant.

Service was great and our waitress was so kind. Atmosphere was ok just a little bit dated, but that’s like almost everywhere in Niagara Falls. Did enjoy the live music though. However the food wasn’t the best quality. I had their pasta of the day which was a rose mushroom pasta. The sauce was runny, sorta salty/bland and overcooked. I had to add more seasoning to make it taste like a rose sauce. While my friend had a margarita pizza which was such a disappointment, honestly you can find better pizza anywhere else and I’m not going to lie for what you pay for, it’s not worth it. The only thing we found edible was the bruschetta :(( ://

Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Spent 11 dollars on a slice of cheesecake. The potion size is only half of the one from Cheesecake Factory ghost kitchen. I should have just ordered from the Cheesecake Factory ghost kitchen. How dare they charge the same price as Cheesecake Factory but quality and portion only half?

Wanted something sit down and walking distance. After a long drive from NJ this was the perfect walking distance from our Marriott hotel. Derek was an amazing server. The food came in less than 15 mins (yes I timed it) lol we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Got here around 730pm this Tuesday evening. All the food was very hot (even the veggies that came with coco beef ribs). Coco pizza was amazing and so was the drink. The beef ribs $30 and potato was perfect. Our server checked on us and ensured we had a great experience. Good pick.. especially since my guy wanted pizza $20 and I wanted something else so this was the perfect in between. Had a strawberry Pina colada with alcohol. Didn't taste any alcohol so skip that and just go for regular drink. My guy had the Caribbean martini and he said it was strong. Saw families here too so definitely family friendly. Price range $18-40. Thanks Derek for great hospitality.

I warmed up from the cold with their Christmas Chocolate Holly (hot chocolate) after admiring the beautiful Winter Festival of Lights. I was filled up heartily by the Pasta of the Day - Cheddar Bacon Broccoli Fettuccini. What better way to end the night than with a New York Style Vanilla Chesse Cake (with strawberry sauce, of course). Everything as delicious! Thank you Coco!

Ordered pizza and drinks at the end of the night and both were delicious. Sat at the outside bar and the wood oven provided a warm ambiance as there was a cool breeze.

Good food and atmosphere. Outside dinning can be a little rough with the busy street right there, road noise can hinder a nice quiet meal. Service was a little slow but that is normal these days with every place being short staffed. Pizza and salad were good.

Very nice place right at the top of the hill, we sat on the big patio out front they had live music and on a hot night the breeze was perfect there. We ordered the New York Pizza and a Garlic Bread with cheese and it was amazing. They also have a pizza bar in the pictures and they cooked the pizza right outside on the patio in a stone oven. Also had a Corona and the price was under $50. Great place i highly recomened.

The pizza,was amazing!!!! We will definitely be back for more. The fish and chips were delicious. The ambiance and service exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Chilly night but sitting in front of the pizza oven and a few drinks to warm up. Pizza was delicious and we were lucky to have live music playing.
