I absolutely LOVE this juice bar! The Al Green was my go-to but every time I go, I discover a new shake! I love that you can substitute things out. I honestly look forward to my shakes after my workouts. I love that it’s open to the public because I can even go on my off days and bring the kiddos!

Amazing service! Juice Wave’s bar is located at LA fitness. As an employee, I love seeing that our members are able to go spend time at the bar and chill out, have conversation and not only get their water, snacks, fruit smoothies, protein shakes & energy drinks, but some positive energy also. Juice Wave is definitely that… juice and a wave lol! It adds a great vibe to our gym & their bartenders are always welcoming and friendly, especially Kelsey. Highly recommended 🧡

My boy Jordan always makes me a bomb shake, highly recommend this place anyone who needs a recharge after their workout. I also think it's mad cool they have macro sheets on all the shakes if you ask. 5/5 easily.

Hands down the best shakes in Buffalo. I love that the shakes are customizable as well. You can add or remove ingredients based on preferences. My go to is the cookies and cream (and sometimes I add peanut butter) and it is always top tier. They are also on DoorDash now, too!

Staff are social and welcoming and the shakes are delicious. I buy anything from water bottles to protein snacks to shakes. It's nice to have access to a shake bar after a workout!
