My massage was wonderful! The masseuse was very kind and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The only recommendation I have is to change the way of approaching people about the packages you have. I was so relaxed after my massage and didn't really want to be asked about this after the fact. Maybe a follow up email or text instead.

I've had a Massage Envy subscription for years now, and truly valued it in that time as regular massages have been great. However, these days they seem to cancel more than they deliver in my experience. If you cancel same day, you'll get charged a cancellation fee, but they'll cancel same day with nothing more than an "oh well". At this point, I'm just trying to use up all the banked hours I've accrued and get out, but I can't cancel my subscription without losing all those hours I've paid for. Every cancellation puts you back further on when you can stop paying them. Don't get in because you can't get out.

Corrine gave me a great massage! My girlfriend got me a gift card for Christmas and we finally got around to using it. The massage turned out so good. Corrine is a very relaxing person.

Danielle was awesome she put me to sleep I always say if you don't go to sleep, don't massage it wasn't a good one. I have no complaints. She was very very good.

My 60 minute full body massage with Nicole was fabulous!! Nicole was very professional & she concentrated on the areas I requested. I felt great coming out of my session.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I entered the building until I left. The best massage I have had in a long time. My body was relaxed and feeling pretty good all day. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next massage.

I have been a member for 1 year now. I signed up when I got my sister a massage for a Christmas gift and December 2021. I've not been able to schedule her any massages it's impossible and nor have I been able to schedule myself any. I feel like I'm wasting money every month paying for this membership that I can't even use. My mother and my sister made a mistake of going to the wrong location for their appointment and I was charged 50% fee even though I called and told him that they were at the long location and I asked if we could reschedule because there was no way that they would be able to make it to the other location within 15 minutes. I am very Furious about this and it makes me not even want to be a member any longer and if I cancel now I would lose all of my massages. I no longer want to be a member no longer interested in referring anyone to your locations because it's totally impossible to get any kind of massages.

Had my 1st massage here with Cassy. I was a little leary being that this was a chain, but I received this as a gift so I tried it. I have had massages elsewhere so I was comparing the entire time. Well, guess what? Cassy was wonderful! She was polite, knowledgeable and an awesome therapist. She did everything that my old masseuse did and went out of her way to work on my stubborn areas. I would highly recommend her. So far I'm satisfied with the whole experience. I go back in a month for my next one.

My massage was great,I felt like I was made new, the way my body was massaged was so great I didn’t want to leave, her hands worked great on my whole body expressly on my back,I felt like a new person when I left there. I am so glad that I had my body massage, I would love to be able to have a massage at least once a month

Horrible business practices, we placed our monthly subscription on hold, they still ended up taking money out of our account the next month, asked for refund got it then the next month it was taken out twice, we canceled the subscription, then 6 months later we all of a sudden have a charge from them again even though we canceled. Unacceptable

I had a facial with Gia, and it was literally life changing. Her hand and arm massage was enough to put me to sleep! Very gentle and relaxing :) She explains everything as she goes, and even got me to upgrade to their new red light therapy treatment which comes with the cooling globes. It was an amazing combination, and my skin is still glowing!

Ryan was AMAZING!!!!! Enjoyed working with him very much. The massage was the perfect amount of pressure and he listened to where all my problem areas were and had me walking out feeling like a million bucks. 10/10 will be seeing him again.

Receiving different information at every visit is confusing. The therapist are amazing, however the front desk staff need training. Massage Envy used to be “the place”’to be …now it’s “the place” to run from.

Christina is absolutely amazing. I have had two sessions with her and have my third one already booked. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping me improve my skin. She has helped me tweak my skincare routine and recommended products to me that are now staples in my routine. I always leave our sessions feeling very relaxed and feeling wonderful.

Had a massage at this location. The massage was decent. But I highly don't recommend this to anyone because of poor service, unfriendly front desk manager, and forced tipping.
