Some good, some bad. The arrangements are great for trailering a boat. Exterior power was plentiful. Good location, convenient drive to a couple of the Cayuga Lake boat launches and of course, you are in the heart of NY's wine country. Close to both Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake. The family that runs the motel was friendly and did their best to be helpful. The apartment room 20 was very well equipped, though it literally had no veggie peeler or sharp knife except the one big one. I had to go buy a paring knife. Lol. The apartment also was clearly recently renovated. The paint was fresh, the floor in the bathroom and main living area new, seemed like the chairs and couch also way newer than in the room we stayed in the night we arrived. Room 22 needs a new fridge. Well, it needs new everything except the paint and TV. Please do not talk on a personal phone call when checking in a guest. I got over my bad first impression but that doesn't happen easily. The bedroom carpet was old and stained. We had dresser space but didn't use it. Because there is a need to call an exterminator. We made it work but we kept the Raid handy and washed everything we used before we used it. There also is an active yellow jacket hive under the outside light for the room in what looks like a light switch hole. We met some other anglers that all were pleasant. Some of The other clients there were the definition of domestic violence/just trashy and their drug smoking smell permeated into ours. After I spoke to the manager about them, they quieted down but it was kinda uncomfortable and we weren't comfortable really having our boat out unattended in the lot. The cops were there every day for the first 4 days we were there. We paid enough I didn't really think that would be the issue. I didn't blame the owner and I'm not blind to their efforts to try to clean up the place but we will not be vacationing here again.

Refused early check in when the room was absolutely ready by 2. I sat in the parking lot and waited. Refrigerator was open and not working, no remote control and couldn’t change channels on the dusty tv.

The room didn't have a closet, or drawers for clothes. It had only one night stand and no bedside lamps. We didn't need a jacuzzi tub in our room. The price was too high for the accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

THIS PLACE HAS BUGS informed two different staff, they were very argumentative and denied it, when they showed me the photo they blew me off. broken handrail on the stairs, clogged shower drain, and room was not vacuumed. found dead bugs on floor. booked over the phone for one set price, then upcharged at the office. would rate less than one star if i could. dont bother.

There was no mirror in the bathroom. The rug was very dirty. The floor popped and cracked when stepped on. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We would have had a better experience sleeping in the car. We had a king size bed on a full size frame which was held up with 2x4's. No phone in the room for easy access to the desk. No table lamps just the over head ceiling lights. No mirror in the room either. I booked this room online and when I went to check in they started to demand a $100 cash security deposit for a $82 room. That was not on the website at all not to mention there was a family living there that allowed their children to run all around the parking lot. They were loud and obnoxious! To me this was a very trashy hotel. You know that old saying you get what you pay for well we did.

Checked in 12/29-12/31 with my husband for a little get away. We booked thru Expedia... Charged a certain rate... Have to pay at the hotel upon check-in. I arrive at the hotel the last at service desk tells me OYO hasn't been charging correct prices.. They have to charge me more than what I contracted thru Expedia. After a conversation with owner... He agrees to let me pay said price I booked with Expedia. We get into room. Appears nice... Fast forward to Saturday ... Toilet stats leaking all over bathroom floor. Started with that issue... By 5 am Sunday am we were leaning the hotel due to septic water and literal poop coming up from the shower and Jacuzzi. The room smelled horrible. Tried to tell staff at front desk no answer... Left hotel. Called around 8 am was told I'm upset for no apparent reason. Very upset about the experience. Do not recommended!!!
