I don’t know how this place is still open. The staff were super nice, but the place was horrendous. I didn’t even want a refund, I just wanted to leave. Blood stained mattresses and bugs. I feel so sorry for the people who have no other option but to stay there.

A terrifying place! The most dirty hotel in which I slept. The person from the reception said he did not know if he would find a clean towel for us but he would do best! They were dirty and smelly. There were black spots and hair on the bedding. A terrifying and nasty place! All night someone walked around the corridor, and the toilet was fear. Run away from there!!

TV had no remote so you could not program it to scan channels, so the TV did not work. You could not control the heat and though I am quick to be cold, the room was way to hot. Only one very used pillow on my bed. The bed was comfy. The 1935 type bathroom was not clean and the shower was so small that anyone over 150 pounds would have problems using it.

Old, very old building. The plumbing is wonky and the environment is grimy. The staff seem nice which is great. But the building itself is in disrepair. Only stay here if you have no other option Update: I wrote this review 5 years ago before the New Management and the rebranding. I haven't stayed since so I don't know Firsthand what the conditions are but I have heard that things are Improving

We had a 'maintenance man' enter our room while we were sleeping. He said he wasn't aware our room was occupied, but only shared that after my husband chased him down the hall. We packed our stuff and left immediately. I did not feel safe with a child there. No apology or refund offered. The bathroom was disgusting. I would not have showered here. Ended up driving a few hours home that night instead.

Disgusting, we had no toilet paper, no handsoap. Not to mention no TV, but I could hear a tenant down the hall with their TV blaring. Yes you read that right, Tennant it seems this is an apartment building that rents out emoty rooms. my room had two heaters but no A.C when it's 80° out. Not as worried about the fact there was no microwave or fridge. No elevator access unless you're with a worker not to mention we had BED BUG POOP on the mattress. There was McDonald's napkins and plastic coat hangers in the bathroom. Toilet was rusted, sink and tub was constantly leaking. Everything was dusty. Absolutely disgusting place. We paid $62 dollars,

If you wish to save yourself a headache and the hassle of finding a replacement hotel in the end, I'd suggest finding this hotel's number in Yellowpages. I booked through the phone number Google maps gave me and I was told I was good to go, but when I got there to check in, the front desk had no record that I made the reservation in the first place, that they didn't have any 2 bed room available, and informed me that the only place you can find the accurate phone number for them is Yellowpages. Considering both sides were frustrated with the dilemma, the front desk people were polite and pointed me in the direction of another hotel that likely had availability. The number I called sounded like they were in a call center with all the background sounds and hardly able to hear/understand the person on the other end of the line, but he was polite also and luckily I didn't give them my card number since they said I could do that when I checked in.. I'm giving this review a one star because I didn't succeed at getting a hotel room here and having to go through the hassle of finding a different hotel to stay for the night, again not the hotel's fault but whatever call center is connected with the number on here for this specific hotel.

Rooms smell of mold there no bathroom in ur room unless u pay extra then still not in ur room no TV no fridge microwave or air conditioner and guest can't use the elevator. Only good part was women at front desk she was nice and at least let's u see room before deciding

Place is pending license revocation because the residents in the building have been living with bedbugs, a leaky roof, and electrical/heating issues. They fixed up a little bit for the hotel area and have the other residents live in squalor. Another violation is repeatedly blocking off the emergency exits, which there is absolutely no excuse for.

Very unclean place there was no hot water bed bugs no tp no TV. very bad place to stay. Never again
