Chloe took my reservation over the phone and was very helpful with assisting us. Devin was also amazing with helping coordinate and facilitate our game. We did the Hangover room and it was really challenging and definitely worth waiting for. Definitely recommend coming with at least 4+ people because it’ll be more helpful with more friends. Would definitely come back for the other game rooms!

Santina was great!! She made our experience fantastic and helped us when we needed it. Had so much fun and definitely planning on booking another one!!

We did Over the Falls. Best escape room place I’ve been to by far! It was so immersive with the look, sound and other effects. Troy who gave the instructions and clues was great. (One piece of advice: think of the clues as riddles and not cheating as you’ll probably need some to get out.)

I've been through every room at Escape City, the Hangover room being my favorite! I've had a couple game masters there, out of all of them I think Troy really stands out. That's someone who truly loves their job and has a passion for it, I hope to see him there again! Jenna was also really good! I'll say this place more than deserves their 5 star rating!

We went to escape city for a birthday party and did the Hang over room. We had a blast and made it out with 2 seconds to spare. CJ was our game master and did a great job.

What a blast!! The Body Collectors was so fun and creepy. Our game master was Izzy. He was very enthusiastic, kind and great with the clues when we needed them. We got out with 14 minutes to spare. Would highly recommend!

Great escape room: My mid-20's kids and I did the Niagara Falls Escape Room at Escape City. What a GREAT time! They spared no expense with making you feel like you were on a real ship for this adventure--VERY WELL themed compared to other escape rooms we've done. Troy's clues were helpful, but not obvious. Can't wait to get back to Buffalo and try another one of their rooms.

Love this place! Just went with some friends recently and had such an amazing time. Huge shout out to Troy too!! He was so nice and helped us along the way since we were new to this. Definitely made this monthly gathering a great one!

I completed the hangover room and the over the falls room and had a blast each time. The puzzles are so fun! Anna was great and made sure we all had a good time.

We celebrated an adult birthday with a party of 5, in The Hangover escape room, with Anna as our host. It was such an elaborate, clever, design and we had so much fun.We were so impressed with the way the puzzles trigged more clues. Anna made the experience more fun.

The employees were super polite and helpful to me and my group going. We played the hangover and it was a super fun room. Izzy helped us though the room and overall was a great experience. Great staff, definitely a good place to go for a fun night. Thanks again guys
