Amusement park Haunted house

😠 I'd give zero stars if possible. Lines were ridiculously long, got there 4+ hours before closing and still didn't make it though half the attractions. Were misdirected by staff into the wrong lines so that helped nothing!!! You had one job 😂 ⬆➡⬇⬅? Also, some of the attractions weren't the least bit... People often mention time, actors,

I'd give zero stars if possible. Lines were ridiculously long, got there 4+ hours before closing and still didn't make it though half the attractions. Were misdirected by staff into the wrong lines so that helped nothing!!! You had one job 😂 ⬆➡⬇⬅? Also, some of the attractions weren't the least bit scary. I'd have been more scared walking through a cemetery by myself at night! And that would be free and no travel time! Seriously disappointed it didn't live up to the hype :/ *EDIT: Went during pumpkin fest weekend last year by the way. Laughing at whoever put a comment on my review and is refuting everyone's bad reviews I have left two reviews EVER when it was important enough to me to so!!

My son is 9 years old and he has autism, I'll admit we were nervous to take him here because he struggles with sensory overload, but we always let him try whatever he wants. We had him wear his noise reduction headset and told him when he had enough we could leave. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered went above and beyond making my son feel safe, confident, and included. He got so many high fives and fist bumps he was thrilled. To be included and accommodated without explaining or asking was an amazing experience for our whole family. Thank you so much for all of your acceptance and understanding we will be back! ❤️

I'm only giving one star because I have to. If I could give this place negative stars, I most definitely would! This place used to be so much fun, and I would look forward to it every fall. It seems that more and more for the last couple of years, the blood moon meat market has been the sole focus, while every other house lacked the luster. Perhaps if more effort went into other houses, Ghost Lake could once again be a reputable haunt! All of the other attractions have so much potential, but they just don't get the attention to detail that they should.

typical if not below average haunted house(s), seems like quantity over quality, as you get through more houses it seemed like less scare actors there were and you were just walking through an abandoned house even if they state there’s 130 actors it didn’t seem like more than 50 people were working. there isn’t much direction either to where you’re going just walk and hope for a scare. still a good night had fun

Overall I had a great time! Friday was my first time at Ghost Lake, and I'll definitely return next year if I have the opportunity! I have two friends who work there that have been hyping it up and I was not disappointed. St. Lucien's House of Evil and Phobia were my favorites when it came to quantity of scares I received. Hollow was probably the coolest concept-wise. Clown Town was probably the most disappointing, it had the least actors and I didn't get scared, but I had heard from my one friend who works in Blood Moon Meat Market that there weren't as many actors as planned that night and had to stretch out on placements. But I totally understand that and still thoroughly enjoyed myself! I've seen people complaining about how dark some of the houses are, but in those dark corners are where I received some of my best jump scares! One actress in St. Lucien's followed my friend and I, she had managed to scare me at least 5 times or more because she knew how to use the darkness to her advantage. As someone who grew up in Ohio going to Halloweekends at Cedar Point and Blood Prison at the Mansfield Reformatory, and someone who is always seeking out new haunted attractions to try, this was definitely worth my time and money! Plus it was fun to see my friends in action and scare people, even if they couldn't scare me haha!

Just finished going through everything and I had a great time. The decorations were amazing! The actors were interactive, scary, and funny. Going from house to house was organized and cohesive. I would definitely recommend a fast pass if you're trying to avoid the long wait. Overall just great fun!

Been coming to this haunt for many many years, even though the new owner of the park has changed things which may be for the best, or for the worst, but the owners of the haunted attraction haven’t change the thing. Always a good time never no complaints. and will always be a returning customer for many years to come. There’s no other Haunt, like this one where you can go through multi levels money well spent.

Had a really great time this year! The actors walking around seemed really engaged despite the rain and lines moved quickly. I enjoyed all of the houses this year, especially the new ones. Would definitely recommend
