One of Worst Clinic In Lockport Very Disappointed Today I call Morning time 10 O clock to Make Appointment for my wife On Phone I Talk to One Lady She Told Me your Appointment Set For Today 3:30 When my wife went Clinic Ask On Reception Disk That I have Appointment 3:30 I am Sick Pregnant lady Told to my wife You Don't have Appointment today Nur She Rejected how could This Impossible morning they Give us Appointment later in office they say you don't have Appointment my wife pregnant & Sick walk all the way 8 block to went Clinic for Appointment & my wife say I Saw My Doctor Jody Sleeping On Chair Behind Reception lady .I know Doctor Jordy Was Tired We Straight Came Out & Went to Urgent Care Very Unprofessional. We Don't wanna Go Again To This Clinic they Are Careless. Who ever Making Appointment with that clinic later Before going Make Sure Confirmations of Appointment . Even Some time when Call Clinic for Appointment Other end kids Received Call I don't know what's Going on with them

Received a letter stating I needed to change doctors, so I chose Jody because of rave reviews from her patients. Went right on the website and within a half hour had scheduled a new patient evaluation for next afternoon. Jody and staff were super friendly. She was very thorough and all went extremely smoothly. Highly recommend her.

You're open 3 days our of seven. Yet everyone has no problem with it. Needed a simple note for work from the doctors for my job but instead of me having the ability to call and/or obtain said note, I have to wait four days? I'm no detective but I know a scam when I see one.
