IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE AS 0 STARS I WOULD! BEWARE:this place charges mandatory 17% tip on take out orders. Their food is so overpriced it isn't funny. Plus the food was not even good, it was very bland, and the pasta was very chewy and not cooked. $93.23 for 2 dishes for take out, this was not even delivered! We walked in and picked it up ourselves. Will never ever go to these crooks again! Go to this place at your own risk!

At first we were very impressed at the proportions of the store. There was room for 300 people but only 10 were present, which made us a little suspicious. We ordered drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for them. A drink was even forgotten and that with an order of 5 drinks. A drink was 7up. This only tasted like water at first and extremely like chlorine. When asked to replace it, a "new" one was brought with the comment that they tried it and it tasted like 7up. The second drink was even worse and the smell of chlorine even burned my nose. I then decided on the cola that was brought too much. Next we went to eat. We sat relatively close to the kitchen. We had to wait at least 40 minutes for our food. During this time we observed that our food was on the table in the kitchen for 10 minutes. The staff kept taking fries off the plate in passing, it's not possible! For the price of the meal, totally overpriced! As an example, I paid $64 for my regular spare ribs. The menu included these with $28 and $42 on the bill. When asked, the service said it was in the menu?! We left a total of $355 there for 5 people, for which you can usually eat twice in a 5-star restaurant. The very best came at the end. A tip of 18% was automatically added to the bill, for the service it was absolutely cheeky, if I could speak English better as a tourist, I would have withdrawn the tip! I will never go into a Fridays store again and the one in Niagara Falls should be closed immediately!

The food is over price! I got takeout and was charged a mandatory 17% tip. Spending over $90 dollars for 2 pasta dishes was not worth it. With not much chicken on both plates and a few shrimp. I don't know if I ever went to TGI Friday before but if this is how it is I would never go back. Don't get me wrong I have gone to expensive restaurants before but I don't see the value in the food when they don't even care about the environment with the Styrofoam containers.

Seriouslystay away unlessnyou like to eat literal garbage! Unbelievably bad food. Unreal. Incredibly overcharged for frozen fried Mac bites, tasteless potato skins and a tasteless burger. Fries were frozen and gross. Absolutely not worth eating here. The place was empty, now I understand why. I am in shock that they stay open. I am in shock of how much I just paid for the worst meal I've had in years. Stay clear of TGI Fridays on Fallsview Blvd.

Quite sad to read so many reviews on the overpriced food. My family ate here in May 2022. We were tourists and did not know about the fact that they were overpriced. We also did not know about the culture of tipping. We heard that waiters would chase after the customers if no tips were given. So we tipped on top of whatever service charges levied as part of the bill. When we entered the restaurant, no one bothered to show us to a table, even though the restaurant was fairly empty at around 3pm and there were many staff standing around. Overall experience was not positive. We did not go back again even though we stayed in a hotel next door.

Got a handful of fries and gross chunky gravy. The restaurant HUNG UP ON US FOUR TIMES when we called to make a complaint and they accused us of being a prank call. The kitchen staff as management clearly don't want to be there. I would avoid this location if you can. This was my first and probably only visit to a TGI Fridays. Disappointing. Got a Ceasar salad too and got all the end chunks and only a couple croutons in the salad no bacon bits... 20 dollar salad?!?

I have always been a huge fan of TGI Fridays, Have been since I was a kid whenever we would travel to the United States. The food at the two Canadian locations is much better then in the United States and so is the drink offering. The ceasar here is really good and so is the Electric limonade, highly recommend to also get the sample platter. This visit was up to standard, food was very good, served fairly quick and service was good, Camilla took good care of us and was friendly However, I believe one employee was dining at the bar, this employee or person was chatting with everyone and seemed like everyone new him. He was being extremely loud and obnoxious, ruining the atmosphere for everyone around. The cherry on the Sunday, at no point were we informed that a 17% autograt was going to be charged to any bill until we received it. This is common for groups of 6 or more, but we were two... I'm very disappointed by this practice and this is unacceptable. Ask for it to be removed, when I did, I was told this was due to inflation end the hard times. Sure thing as if that's my responsibility. That's too bad for them because I never tip below 20% but if you autograt me don't expect me to tip 1$ more. Servers will be hurt by this in the long run when really it's just a bad business decision by poor management. Don't think I will return for this reason. It's just greedy and nobody should be forced to tip. Tip is earned and diserved, not garanteed. They also mandatorily charge you an NFDF fee Wich is just a scam. A Niagara falls fee that just goes to the owners pockets. ITS NOT MANDATORY. Make a scene and ask for it to be removed specially if you were not informed before. Go to the other location down the block, they don't seem to be charging 17% unless for large groups of 8 people.

The food was absolute trash. What a scam. The burgers weren’t even real burgers. No seasoning on anything. We couldn’t eat them. I’ve had better starters from the frozen food section. You can tell they choose the cheapest of quality at every touch point. The best part of the meal was the sour cream and green onion. Do better.

Very disappointed in the service. We were a large group and only had one server. She was pleasant but made many mistakes. She would forget our drinks, or give them to the wrong person, and she couldn't keep track of who was with who on the bills. Being charged 5.76 for the NFDF and having a 17% tip automatically added to our bill was not acceptable.

The only compliment I can give is that they will sell you alcohol to go. Other than that, I can't say much in their favor. The food was way overpriced for what you get. Low quantity and low quality. Check out the actual price of a salad we bought from them for the price of $25! Crazy. There are much better options within close walking distance. Also you can easily door dash and Uber eats to this hotel so don't feel limited to the on site restaurants.

We visited TJI Friday for a quick bite and beers. The location is awesome.. right before Niagara falls 🤩. We ordered a burger and a couple of beers. The food was fresh and delicious. The service is fast. The restaurant is pretty big. I have been to TJI Friday, India, which is such a happening place which raised my expectations over here. Comparing that I would say the drinks menu is limited and very few in-house beers 😕. This restaurant does not have a beer tester/flight which is disappointing as well. overall, a good place to hangout 😊.

Food was really good, service was also pleasant. Our server was very kind and accommodating. The food prices were very expensive for the little portions and overall taste. Good for the experience, but I would think twice before going back. They also charge 17% gratuity on dine in & takeout… BTW, the Chicken & Shrimp Sizzling Plate, and Chicken & Shrimp Cajun Pasta were the BEST out of all the dishes we tried. (We tried 6 different dishes)!!!

Professional service, enjoyed the beer that the server recommended. But the quality of food is not the quality that I expected. However, the early 2000s American family dining vibe of this restaurant was fabulous.

The service here was good! Restaurant wasn't busy at all. Likely due to the inflated menu prices. Not sure if they are inflated cause it's in the lobby of the Embassy suites, or cause it's close to the Falls. However, the food did not meet the price they were charging. We decided to share the appy platter. Which had small portions. And a spinach dip, which was mostly artichokes. Not much dipping. Lol Lasly, we had the brownie dessert, which was the highlight. I would recommend just the dessert.

Nice place with good service I got the veggie burger here which was pretty good. A good place to watch a game I got a Long Island iced tea which didn’t taste good at all. Otherwise the server was really nice and accommodating.

Well I’m a huge fan of TGIF, we visited the ones in the UK a lot, this is the second time we have been to this one, gotta say not great. Our server was good, but food was meh…… the atmosphere was dead, menus were beat up, staff uniforms and general appearance were of a really drab, used up, worn out bar. Probably won’t return there are far better restaurants around. Sad really

Friendly, flexible service. Good comfort food. Flexible because they made a vegetarian version of their chicken pasta. It was a tasty spicy broccoli tomato basil pasta. The hostess at the front had told us they will not change anything in the menu but we took a chance and asked our waiter and we could have our tasty veg version 👌. It’s a spacious restaurant conveniently located for embassy suites guests.

Love eating at TGI Fridays when I travel so I came here for the first time. Ordered the Signature Steak and Signature Salmon for takeout. Tasted great like usual although the order was missing the sauce, which was provided upon request. Was surprised at the bill. $135 for the two meals and that was including a $20 dollar coupon. I was not given an itemized receipt, only a debit receipt. They did not provide a receipt when requested.

Very good location in the Embassy suites lobby. They are open until 2 am which is great. Wait time is reasonable. Sitting arrangements are good and comfortable seats. They offered colouring kits for kids. Rib was very tasty and tender. Sizzling chicken was good but quality was small. Food is expensive. They included tips in bill, which I don’t like. Restaurant size is medium. Very neat and clean. Nicely decorated. All staffs are very professional and helpful. It is difficult to find parking around this area. Highly recommend to try this restaurant.

I was shocked at the low rating of the restaurant. Amazing staff, great food (if you’re European the portions are huge, one dish can serve multiple people), and a clean & beautifully furnished diner. Gives a real American vibe. And compared to the other restaurants in the town, one of the best here. Literally, the only reason I gave the food 4 stars was that it was waaaay to much of it. All the drinks were great too.

We went in for snacks and drinks while we watched a hockey match, we asked for good TV seats, and they delivered. The game we wanted wasn't on the TV where they sat us, but they quickly fixed that for us. Service was excellent, the waiter was super friendly, checked in regularly, and gave good recommendations! Food and drinks were good.

Broke my 30th birthday here with a delicious cheese cake. The food was good, rye wings was good and burger was good too. Definitely would see me again

I wish people would stop giving poor reviews for the price of places in Niagara falls. It's a tourist trap. They all charge twice as much as anywhere else, plus the Niagara Falls tax, and that's just part of staying here. A tip is never mandatory. They might add one on, but you can always request it be removed. And really for 17% vs the standard 15%, it's not worth arguing to me anyway. So on to the actual review, the food was average. We had an appetizer platter. Wings and potato skins were good, the cheese sticks were nothing special. Also chicken sandwich. Just a piece of chicken on a bun. Veggies were fresh and nothing overly wrong with it, just good enough. Selection of taps was good. Lots of sports on the TVs and convenient being in the hotel. If you want to go somewhere else, sure. If you don't want to venture out it's good enough.

I don't know what I expected out of this place from all the cool commercials I saw over the years but it was absolutely the worst roadhouse type place I've ever been. Frozen everything. Came fast but I guess that's easy when everything is precooked. Just not good. Go anywhere else there's 13 other places nearby. One star for the fries which at least kept me from dying.
