Horrible bar! bouncer grabbed and pinned my friend up against the wall when she was heading into the woman's bathroom just cause she had short hair and dressed different. That is wrong and disrespectful. Bouncers shouldn't be able to do that, reacting like that just because of what she looks like. They shouldn't even be touching her in anyway let alone assaulting her. Not impressed.

This is the worst bar in Niagara falls. Guys don t go there. I went on a Monday night and the bartender didnt know how to make one single drink we asked for. Seemed like he was toxicated. We ended getting two shot and both were watered down and half of the time he was outside smoking. Nice play the inside and everything looked nice but got the shortest service ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

ugh. this place is just fine. A bit of a smaller club, but I did really enjoy the djs they had playing. My ick with this place is the one bartender skimped me out of $5. I wasn't drunk (I think he assumed I was) I was fully aware that he was a con artist.

I went to niagara Falls like everyone else to experience the amazing waterfall. But after a while you start to wander a round looking to kickback and have a drink. Well I came across Jack's and well I don't remember the falls I remember Jack Rooftop I had so much fun! The bar tender was awesome even tho I was hammered and probably obnoxious. The bouncers where great even tho they could be like every other bar rude and throw there weight around they didn't. This was like 13 years ago but still tell story's of my night at Jacks thanks for the great memories Cheers

20$ cover. No draft. No good drinks. Bartenders wear lingerie. Would not recommend.

My husband and I decided to stop here on our way back to our AirBNB as we had passed it earlier in the day and it looked like a cool place. When we got in there, a sign posted said they couldn’t take credit/debit cards because their machine was down but they had an ATM. After getting money out and being charged the $5 fee, we sat and watched as the manager (?) and employees dragged all the chairs and pool table outside. After watching the gentleman next to us pay with a credit card, an employee came up to us and said “can you get up?” I’m sorry?? Yeah, because they have a DJ playing and they have to clear all the chairs out of the way, apparently for all the people that WEREN’T there because it was only my husband and I and the employees. Sure. Cool. We promptly left as this place is not very well managed/maintained and it wasn’t fun there anyway. The bartender that served us was nice, while the other bartender stood around making herself a drink and checking her reflection out in a picture behind the bar. I wouldn’t go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Stay away and waste your money on anything else.

Stopped by while waiting for the Greg Frewin show on a Monday night. We had burgers and beer and food was excellent. Place looks cool, some walls open up to the outside so during patio season the place must be hoppin'. Manager Warren was very pleasant. Washrooms were very clean. Looks like a fun place to hang out.

Great place. We were planning on hitting Club Seven initially, but a local restaurant waiter recommended Jack's Cantina instead. No regrets! Jack's Catina had great crowd. Good music, male to female clubbers ratio was good, high energy and enthusiasm. Overall we had a great time clubbing here.

$20 cover to be harrased by homeless people on the patio sick place!

Owners are amazing. Great servers and security. Prices are great for the area. They play current and throw back hip hop and rnb music. Has a lovely patio on the roof open during phase 2 of covid reopening. Does not serve food. Bathrooms are clean . Offers bottle service. Cash only but atm out front and inside.

The signs informing patrons that all payment machines were down did not look new. What business is cash only during the pandemic?No cider options so if you gave celiac disease it’s hard liquor for you. A $5 cover a- but for what exactly? The only redeeming quality of this place was that the DJ booth looked cool.

They play hits from 90's and early 2000's and both times I attended this place it was packed and bumpin! Can't wait to go back. The staff are awesome and friendly, plenty of security!

Best hospitality in the area. Bartenders are phenomenal and the staff is always pleasant. Cannot recommend it enough.

One of the better clubs in the area that plays hip hop music with a live DJ.

Good very good. Owner knows how to please the customer.
