Free Parking? Check. A nice view of the falls? Check. Great food? Check. Friendly and quick service? Check. Great atmosphere? Check. Costs less than you thought it would?! Check. And how are you paying? Well, any way you want really. I'd never been to a Milestones before, my fiancee suggested we go as she loved it. I never doubt that she's she's about things, but yeah, she was right. Will absolutely be going here again.

Went here for dinner and I left feeling hungry and ripped off. We ordered two meals at 7:50 and didn’t see our food til 8:45. I ordered the 8oz steak with vegetables, and couldn’t believe how bare the plate was. Then as I started eating, I saw another waiter bring an identical plate to another person that had double the potatoes and vegetables on the plate. Lovely. The cheesecake I ordered for dessert was discoloured around the top showing it was clearly quite old. Then to top it all off, when trying to pay with a restaurant gift card it was refused as the server stated the restaurant no longer accepted the card. Poor service, food was over seasoned and the portions were very small. Disorganized operation and poor food handling. Will not be returning.

I recently dined at Milestones Niagara, and while the food was enjoyable, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The cushions on our table were torn and in poor condition, which detracted from the ambiance. Additionally, the usually inviting fragrance that fills the restaurant was noticeably absent. Despite the tasty food, these issues left me with a somewhat less satisfying impression of the restaurant.

Great place to have dinner or lunch. We went on a Tuesday night 8pm and it was pretty packed. We were sitting beside the windows with a view of the falls. Quite relaxing to have that view while having dinner. The appetizers were delectable (fried shrimps and fried cauliflower). Rating: 4.2 out of 5 The steaks both filet mignon and strip loin were cooked to the requested doneness and was satisfying. Rating: 4.2 out of 5 The Tuna Poke and and sea bass were super fresh and melt in your mouth. Rating: 4.3 The salad was decent as well fresh and vivacious. Rating: 4.1. The best part of Milestones was the impeccable service we received from Alicia. She was super attentive and served with a beautiful smile at all time. Rating: 5 out of 5.

Had a delicious dinner! Had the stuffed mushroom and my husband had the seafood steak. Everything was amazing and our server Annette was awesome and super friendly! Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone

We made reservations for 6:30pm on a Friday night and didn’t have any issues, it was pretty quiet when we arrived. My only complaint would be, when I called for the reservation I requested a table by the window for 5 people, when we arrived they seated us in a spot you couldn’t see outside, when I asked to move closer to the window (plenty of open tables) I was informed they couldn’t fit a party our size closer. This should be mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Later on a party larger than ours was sat in a booth the same size as ours with a better view of the windows. This is obviously something minor and shouldn’t take away from the food, which was delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their entrees. Also, just check your bill, I had ordered an iced tea which they were out of but they left the charge on the bill and I didn’t realize it until we were back in our room.

Overall, the food and service are good. It is conveniently located in the hotel, so we often grab a drink and beverage before heading out. We had the spinach dip and crab/salmon cakes.

Must to go restaurant when you are in Niagara. Located inside Marriott on the Falls property. You can dine with falls view, but inquire first about the availability of tables with falls view, as mostly they are reserved on weekends. Ambience is nice, serving hospitality is perfect. Coming on food, you can get both veg and non-veg options to select from. (in some dishes tell them to remove meat if you want veg). Must to try dish is their cheese platter.

Lovely place to dine with a view of the falls. The food was good, the service was really great, and they were very accommodating to children. There’s a children’s menu which includes a small dessert (mini ice cream sandwich), and my kids loved the sweet surprise at the end of the meal.

In the Marriot hotel. So, it is very convenient. The food is average. The chicken was too dry. But salad 🥗 was good. Nice view of the falls from the window.

My partner and I came here on two different days and were served by Tessa and Annette! We were greeted with friendly faces and were seated right away. Such wonderful servers with great service! The only thing I’d say is that it is quite expensive… The Original Bellini was AMAZING… but it was about $16 I believe for 1. One of our bills came to almost $90 and we ordered 3 drinks and 2 appetizers… This isn’t really a surprise to us as everything in the Niagara tourist areas are overpriced. This is just something to note! Other than that, we had a great experience!

Very nice view Milestones and the food maintains a pretty decent level of quality compared to other locations. Not sure if the prices are slightly higher due to Niagara tourism or Marriott location. I give them 8.5/10!

I was skeptical eating here at first, because it was the restaurant inside my hotel. However, their prices were comparable to the other places I had been. Wish now that I had eaten here as opposed to some of the ones I did chose. I made a reservation, so that I could sit at a window, overlooking the falls. I would recommend requesting a table at the window furthest from the Host desk, to ensure the best view. I ordered the spinach & artichoke dip as a starter. This wasn't the salty, thick dip I was used to, however, it was better. The dip wasn't salty, but the tortilla chips were perfectly cooked and salted themselves, so it was the perfect balance. The fresh salsa was a great add, as it was more of a petite chopped tomato instead of what you think of when you hear salsa, wasn't even like a Pico. It was *chef's kiss*. For my entree, I ordered the Roasted Garlic Caesar Salad. I chose not to add an additional protein, and glad I didn't. This salad was filling in itself. The Romaine lettuce was some of the freshest, crisp lettuce I've ever had. It was refreshing. The salad was very lightly tossed in a creamy dressing, just enough to add that flavoring but leaving the romaine stand out with its natural sweetness. It was also topped with shredded parmesan and asiago cheeses and expertly cooked bacon pieces, which made the salad pop with flavor. Homemade croutons rounded out the toppings. I think adding one of the extra protein options would have taken away the simple freshness of this dish. For my drink, I chose the Strawberry Haze. It was just the sweet, fruity beverage the evened out my dinner. There was no strong alcohol taste. I saved most of it till the end of my meal and treated it as my dessert. Lol. Definitely a place to hit when your in Niagara Falls Ontario.

Great view restaurant inside of Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls. They offer breakfast buffet with omelette bar for $35. It is little pricey but they have a great view. If you stay here make sure you have the breakfast included!

Food was okay, we did the buffet. Wish we did the other option instead. View of Niagara Falls was amazing from that high up.

We went for dinner. We were sat quickly and they accommodated us with a booth as well. Our server, Sarthak, was very accommodating, understanding and welcoming. He gave us phenomenal service. The food and drinks were amazing and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The manager had also checked on us a couple of times. We would definitely go back for the food but would be even more inclined to go back for the service!

Fantastic customer service and excellent atmosphere. Rachel was a top notch server. Food was great however portions were too small for the price. I was still hungry when I left so it wasn't really to die for.

Stayed in the hotel, so this restaurant on the second floor was very convenient. California Spring Salad was fresh and tasty. The spicy nuts did a great job to level up the overall flavor, highly recommends.

Milestone is such a great restaurant with a beautiful view. Our server Sarthak is super friendly and informative about the area. Service is quick and the tuna sushi bowl is amazing. Steak was very good as well. Very convenient that it's in the Marriott where we are staying and priced fairly. Breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine and it was very good as well.

Quality restaurant, great Bellini drinks. Had the California Spring Salad, Mushroom Soup and the Green Curry Bowl, all were awesome as well as the service. The restaurant is a bit too low in elevation to enjoy a good view of the falls but you could get a good view of the fireworks.

Milestones at the Falls is a favourite place of ours when we’re in Niagara Falls. The service is consistently good, the food always tasty and the ambiance pleasant. The restaurant’s protocols during COVID were really well implemented. Always fun to visit this restaurant 👍

Had the breakfast buffet. Staff was nice but the wait to get in was almost 20 mins. They need a better system. But server was nice and buffet options were adequate to start your day.

Conveniently located with plenty of free hotel parking. Food is higher quality than the options closer to the falls. Amazing views right above the horseshoe falls. Service is attentive, timely, and generous portions.

Terrible. Ordered the Chimmichuri Sea Bass. There is no chimmichuri, nothing even resembling it. It was more like a cajun spiced fish so a complete misrepresentation of the dish. Additionally the fish is served skin side down, the number one killer of crispy skin which every chef should know is the best part of serving skin-on fish. Tons of bland quinoa underneath the fish, very minimal veggies (some over cooked some under) so the ratio of veg to carb is completely off. Amateurs through and through, $40 down the drain.

Google maps address is wrong, had to walk with my 70 year old father-in-law in the cold for 20 minutes! When I told the manager he was aware of the wrong address and did not bother to call of any of their guests informing them of the issue. All he said is that they are aware and they contacted google. Poor management could’ve handled the situation way better.

Everything h as had at this restaurant was amazing! My husband, son and I placed our orders but all had entree envy. We literally took turns on each other’s plates and went back for dinner to order more.

The only reason I am giving this a one star is not because of service or taste of food . The manager on duty took upon himself to deny a member of our party for being double vaccinated but did not meet his requirements of 14 days . This is absolutely astounding that clearly outlined in all provincial a federal mandates is that anyone who is double vaccinated and provides proof of I'd is allowed to dine in. This was extremely embarrassing and having worked for cara and also a restauranteur myself it's utterly ridiculous . Training and knowledge should taught to your manager's and explain to them that there own personal mandates is not law . The manager's name is Gerald and he needs to learn proper hospitality ethics a

We went here for dinner during our stay at Marriott because of the convenience and the coupons for free beer/wine that included part of hotel’s welcoming package. In terms of the dining experience the service was very slow. It took well over 45 min to get our food. We ordered burger with salad and tacos. Burger was ok but the salad was excellent! But the tacos lacked any flavour. Next time I would just skip the burger and tacos all together and get the caesar salad.

Tried to eat at Milestones on Sunday with 10 other people. Was told they were to busy for a table of 11. Said they could sit 4 people at a time every 30 min. While we stood in hallway looking for another restaurant they sat two tables of 4. Definitely won’t be coming back now.

We went to Milestones for the view, which was delightful, on our honeymoon. The Falls can be seen in all their glory while you enjoy some fine dining. The food was impeccable. Mary was our server. If you have read reviews online prior to this writing, you may have heard about how attentive Mary is, and that is no word of a lie. She was kind and helpful, with great suggestions when I was on the fence with my meal decisions. I ended up having the pesto chicken penne Asiago, which was delicious and plentiful, and my husband had the seafood steak, which was yummy to the point that I ate a bit off his plate. The sweet chili chicken bites were a great starter to share! Overall, a great romantic dinner. I highly recommend it!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in (Niagara Falls Marriott). The service is unmatched. Julie truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in (Niagara Falls). Highly recommend!

Our starter drink was the blue margaritas and chili chicken bites for the appetizer. We ordered the Mediterranean Chicken and Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago. The meals were very good and good portion sizes. Our seating was great overlooking the falls. Our server was attentive and helpful.

I just want to leave my impression here. I can’t say that I’m a gourmet, but as a picky small eater, Milestone gave me two extremely impressive joy. First of all, I recommend you to meet Julie who has work there 22 years, so that you can feel what the real Canadian hospitality that warm, friendly, and quick service with her million dollar beautiful smile. Second, Fried calamary I had was the best one I’ve ever had so far. I’m kinda calamary mania, I can’t explain in any language that how it was juicy, fresh, and delicious. If you are trying to find a nice restaurant around Niagara falls, I strongly recommend here. 100%, without any shortcoming.
