One of the better restaurants to visit in this tourist area at Niagara Falls. Part of the chain, Boston Pizza, the price and service was one of the better options around the vicinity. With a huge menu of food ranging from pizza, pasta, burgers/sandwiches and wings, there's something for everyone to eat during lunch or dinner. Staff, service and food were all pretty standard. Staff were very friendly with proper protocols in place to check for Proof of Vaccination and ID at the entrance. They also do ask for your preference of area between bar or dining room. Do note, this is connected to the Strike Rock N Bowl Games so it does get occasionally noisy with the games and kids. Service was pretty good and our server was very attentive and followed up with us during our experience. We ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza and Chicken Wings. The Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza was pretty decent, maybe a bit over the top with the buttermilk ranch drizzle for the finish but a nice mix of toppings. For the Chicken Wings, we ordered oven-roasted (twice baked) wings with a double order to share for the table that came with celery. There's also Fried Wings or All Meat Bites to choose from. With the double order, we were given to flavour options, which we went with Honey Garlic and Thai Chili. All the flavours tasted pretty standard and delicious.

We went here for a quick bite before hitting the road after a long morning at Clifton Hill. We are a vegan family, so was able to order some vegan cheese pizza and some other items made dairy free. It was tasty and quick.

Niagara location of Boston Pizza is fun !! Its huge and lot of space to cater . After a little wait we were seated perfectly and served on time. Food was amazing and we enjoyed the dining experiance at this location. Staff was super nice and quick to serve us. Parking your car is easy as there are two parking (P’s) at a little walking distance. Location is right next to sky wheel as easy to find. I guess every one to try this place! Yes, very much recommended!

Dined in on a holiday night ordering nachos and their new vegan BBQ crumble pizza in large. The Boston pizza and nachos serves 3 people. The nachos were okay and toppings were in great quantity. The chips did not taste like restaurant quality and were thick. The sour cream and salsa were basic. The vegan pizza did not taste good. The combination of Parmesan and mozzarella did not taste well nor digest. The next couple of hours the food gave me severe food poisoning. Be careful what you eat here. It’s a busy tourist area and the food tasted cheap. Ambience included great entertainment like the bowling and arcade view. Staff were attentive.

Place is always buzzing and super busy and why shouldn't it. It's a sports bar in the middle of busy Clifton Hill. We waited about 30 minutes to get seated and it was smooth from there on. Server was quickly at our table and food didn't take much longer. The restrooms are stinky and not well maintained, not sure whom to blame - high foot traffic or negligence on staff's part. Anyway, we had a nice time while we were here, service and food was good and that's all that matters. Cheers.

Had a good time here. The pizza and the winds were good. Loved the atmosphere. The restaurant is very spacious with lots of tables. In a walkable distance to the Niagara Falls.

If you can’t find a place to eat just stop by Boston Pizza. They have enough tables for a large group. Even during its peak season when Niagara is usually packed. We ordered: Spicy Perogy, Mediterranean Pizza, Tropical chicken and Spinach & Artichoke dip. Overall experience was good. My favourite was the Tropical Chicken except for the pineapples. I do not like the idea of pineapples on a pizza. The Spinach dip was okay. Not that great, but the pita bread was nice and crispy. Will visit again to try other dishes.

Really disappointed. Been going to this restaurant for years. Waited a long time for our meal to arrive. Ordered chicken wings, got chicken bites. We were so hungry we didn't send it back to the kitchen, we should have. It's a tiny piece of chicken with a lot of breading. I don't get it, did the kitchen run out of wings? Why didn't our server tell the kitchen it was wrong and have the order changed before it was brought to the table? So many unanswered questions. The nachos were dry and cold, like when they're left on the counter for far too long and weren't brought to the table on time. Again, we were really hungry so we just ate them. After the meal we ordered dessert. The dirty dishes were left on the table for decoration while we had dessert. Unbelievable how this business runs short staffed, barely any servers working and my server was running between a bunch of tables. She told me she was trying to go to all the other tables (when she saw the look of disappointment on our faces) - that's not the customer's problem. That's the management's problem, and the owner's problem. So sad we'll be looking for a new place to eat at when we visit Niagara. Also, it was freezing in the restaurant, so uncomfortable, in so many ways.

One of the best pizzas I had in a long time!! Hubby & I visited here twice on our 4 day trip!! Nothing fancy about it; attached to a game spot. Service was good! Good view if you get a window seat, next to the Skywheel.

Big servings of food. Our server (Nathan) was very nice. He always check on us if we need something. The restaurant was huge and many seats are available 👍

We had a great time at Boston Pizza, located in the center of Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls. The food was serve in generous sizes and it’s so delicious! Dean our server was super friendly and exceptional! They have high chairs for babies and after dinner we walk next door to play games! So much fun!

Food was very delicious for the most part. I tried Bandera bread for the first time and I really liked it. Quantity of Nacho's was also great for four of us. Drinks were unlimited. Even the pizza was really good. I liked the cactus cut potatoes although I thought it to be something else. But with the food we ordered and the bill that we got, it was totally worth it.

Food is okay, definitely just a chain bar restaurant and not much special to it. Rather expensive because it's in the tourist trap section. You'd be better off going somewhere else, unless you're looking for generic boring food that anybody will eat.

visit: november 21, tuesday, dinner time we were a group of 6, and niagara falls wasn't packed so we were seated immediately as soon as the server saw us which took a few minutes. staff isn't the friendliest but did touch tables as necessary.. we tried the carbonara pizza and did the half and half, I'd recommend just sticking with the deluxe pizza because nobody really like the carbonara (new). pasta was good, but not something that would impress (it's boston pizza, not a fine dining restaurant, right?) we had a pitcher of beer, and those potato things were good.. them tater chips and beer sure make a great combo -the chips had a "zesty kick" to it.. this place is closer to a 4.5 than a 5.. I'm just leaving a 5-star review cause some people aren't fair at rating places. would come back again if i wanted something easy and familiar.. there's an arcade inside boston pizza, and bowling (we didn't try these here) but just around the corner outside is the niagara arcade place... so location isn't bad.

We were two families, each with three children under the age of 7. We waited for about 20 minutes, and even though there were plenty of regular tables available, they offered us the highest chairs, which made us anxious about the kids potentially falling. The Sangria wine didn't taste good to us. We ordered chicken tenders for the kids, but the first batch was stale, so we switched to wings, which were tasty. I'm unsure if I want to give Boston Pizza another try; the price seemed higher than the value.

Had a lovely time enjoying the hustle bustle of Clifton hill road while having food and drinks. The atmosphere is abuzz with activity. It was a busy day and had to wait around 15 mins before finding a table but was happy to get a street facing table.

This Boston Pizza location is my tried and tested go-to place in Niagara Falls. It’s reliable. The menu has something for everyone. This time I ordered two large veggie pizzas. It’s a high-volume location, so you may have to wait sometime, especially on long weekends

The food is just average, not good or bad. The customer service was great however and the waitress kept the drinks filled up and the food was quick and hot. Big a arcade in there for families. TV’s all over tuned into sports which creates a very fun atmosphere.

One of the best location. Such a good place for Italian food. Vegetarian options are available. Staff were friendly. We really enjoyed our time there. The food was delicious. Good spot where you can enjoy bar vibes.

Busy night for a Thursday. Went for a bite for King Lemonades' birthday and it wasn't bad. No reservations, just walked right in and was seated right away. It took a moment for our food assistant to arrive but Alex was very pleasant and helpful the entire time. We placed our order and it took no time at all for it to arrive. And it was very delicious. The drinks not so much. The arcade was super crowded 😳 so we just looked around a bit and left after the meal. Overall it was a nice spot to visit. @according2teau 👽🦄

Came here with my family for dinner. Loved the service and the food was great. Our appetizer was brought out so quickly after we had placed the order. The pizza was so fresh. Everyone was having a great time here. Vibe was awesome. It's right on Cliffton Hill so it's very close to many attractions. Make sure to eat here when you visit the Falls!

It was busy there, they served both the starters and main dish together maybe because they had to serve to a lot of customers. I had to call the server to refill our drinks as they were not checking in. Overall, the food and ambience were good .Jalepeno popper dip is a must try.

Great place to go as they offer a lot of things on their menu! It was very spacious inside. We did have to wait for our table but the wait only was 5 minutes which isn't bad. I loved their chicken wings, I got honey hot and it was just the right amount of spicy and sweet! The pasta as well as pizzas were good choices too!

This restaurant is at a great location, very busy all the time . The wait time for 2 was 15 minutes which is not bad considering how busy they were . I ordered grilled wings to start with they were okay . I also tried their individual size Bourbon BBQ chicken pizza . It was delicious, the portion size is just enough for 1 . I also ordered tropical chicken pizza , it was tasty but to my taste it had too much cheese that made the pizza more greasy . Our server was helpful , took his time to explain few things to us about the area etc . Only down part is their bathroom. It was very very dirty and you can tell no one cleaned the bathroom for awhile.

A very lively and happening place to go after visiting Niagara falls🤩 Yummy options available for vegetarians as well!! We had the baked 7 cheese ravioli and veggie garden pizza which was more than sufficient for 4 people. The spinach artichoke dip as starter was quite filling and cheesy. Great place for Italian cuisine lovers. The server was very friendly too.
