The menu has a lot of choices with good explanations. The food was delicious and presented well. The service was excellent as well.

Found a seat at the bar and enjoyed a nice cold beer and some complimentary chips & freshly made salsa. I ordered the El Combo which said good for sharing. They brought two plates out and I thought it was the dinner for me and my guest but I realized it was my dinner! All of it was great and definitely would feed two people. I'm a pig so I ate all of it except for one piece that I took home. I believe it had poblano pepper, burrito, tamale, taco, and one other item I can't quite remember. Fantastic sample platter!

The spot was dope!! Pure joy!! I enjoyed every bite. Getting the only bad part out the way. I was supposed to get 3 flour tortillas and I only got 2. My wife was kind enough to get me two of her corn tortillas and all was good. But the food was delicious. Each bite I took of everything on the table, was so good. Can't wait to go back. But I'll like all 3 of my flour tortillas next time.

The staff was very friendly so I hate to leave only 3 stars, but they are at least 3 strong stars. I ordered my food and was told I could pick it up in 30 minutes. I waited 35 because they looked busy and then headed inside. I paid and was told my order would be out in just a couple of minutes. After 45 minutes, 3 or 4 different staff members had asked me if I was taken care of (which was nice that they were all paying attention,) I said yes I'm just waiting. Yes I'm just waiting. Yes, I've been waiting over 45 minutes after the initial 35. It was definitely very busy so I understand some delay, but it would have been much better if I had been told to pick up in an hour, instead of sitting inside the restaurant for the hour. I got the food and the staff was still very friendly, and then headed the 3 minutes to home. Half the food was totally cold, as in the cheese was not even melted inside my chile relleños (sp?) The food still tasted good, but nonetheless I was an hour late getting home, with cold food. Hopefully next time will be handled better and I will up my stars!

Arroz con Pollo... Chicken and Rice... a great dish to compare recipes with. This one is genuine Mexican food! Try their Bjue Margareta, excellent!

Typical menu items, typical decor, the same chips and salsa tasting the same as any other Mexican restaurants. I was disappointed the one item I wanted that you don't typically see offered, Horchata, was not available. The flavour of our food was a little better than other establishments I have visited. The only issue I had with my food was they were all a little too salty but it wasn't a dealer breaker. I would come back again.

I should've gotten our waiter's name because I would name drop. He was very polite and attentive. Then the gentleman that cleared my table was very nice as well. When I return to this area I'm returning to this establishment...❤️

Had a delicious lunch with my son his wife and my 3 grandkids. We sat on the patio. My husband and I tell everyone about the food...so good. Waitstaff are awesome. Atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Our favorite place!

Our waitress Angelica was absolutely amazing! We dined in when it was extremely busy however, she was very prompt and attentive. There was an error with my sons order however, we never mentioned it because he was able to eat some of it. When Angelica came back around to refill our drinks for a third time, she noticed the error right away and had the kitchen remake his entire dish without us asking. Thank you for such outstanding service! The food was delicious and you definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!!!

05/13/2023 The best place for authentic Mexican food! I ordered steak $16.45, which was carne asada. It came with two warm homemade flour tortillas, which were soft and absolutely delicious, steak, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo. I ordered a small Don Julio's margarita $8 which was mostly tequila. 🤣 My server refilled the no charge chips and salsa. They were delicious as well. This is a brand new location, very clean, including the restroom!

Food was pretty good but service was crazy we were sat at a booth with chips and salsa which was good but it took between 15 to 20 mins before someone asked what we wanted to drink and the salsa had a kick so drinks would have been amazing much sooner. Then about 20 min after our order went in the waitress asked if we wanted any more chips and salsa we waited and waited they never did show up mind u our first batch was done before we got our 1st drinks. Needed more drinks but no one able to help. Food did come out hot which was great since it was a long wait. Food tasted pretty good. They place was super busy and staff was working very hard trying to keep up they were just in to many directions working inside and outside with no ability to pay attention to the smaller parties. I do believe they all tried and didn't intentionally ignore us or forget about us it just is what it is these days with all the people that are no longer actually willing to work for a living.

A must go! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they make the experience that much better. The food is delicious. Everything is fresh, seasoned generously, great sized portions and DELICIOUS. We got a the burrito Supreme and the molcajete bowl. I got the mixed option so it had chicken, steak, catfish and huge shrimp. The bowl comes with rice, beans, and shells on the side. It's a huge serving of protein and veggies. 10/10

Went in for some burritos/tacos and was I blown away. Authentic south of the border menu! I had the locos tacos beef and the chimichanga lunch item beef as well and I was stuffed. You get chips n salsa when you're seated and the house salsa is sooooo good and the chips were still warm. It's a nice new location, very clean, and a very warm n welcome vibe when you walk-in.

We've been here a few times and the food is OK (why don't you do seasoned ground beef tacos or burritos?) but the drinks are hit or miss. Today, we went for lunch. It was obvious that they were overwhelmed and the waitress forgot about us. We finally had to flag her down to get our order taken. Never got the Sprites we ordered despite asking three times. When the food finally came (almost an hour later), the order was wrong. Despite telling them that we had to get back to work, they had absolutely no urgency. We ended up leaving with one meal in a box (which got thrown away) and the other person didn't get anything. We paid way too much for not getting any food except chips and salsa.

This is our favourite spot for quality Mexican food. It's all good, and the frozen lime margaritas have a good kick to them.

Great place for authentic Mexican food! Very clean and bright. The server was good, but needed to check back more. The cooks were running behind at least 20 minutes or more. I have to say that even though we had to wait, the food was well worth it! Very delicious food, perfect seasonings. Salsa was good, and the chips were fresh, not stale like some other places. This is a great place for adults and children. They have a variety on the menu for everyone. Would definitely come back and refer family and friends!

Went in the mid-afternoon, so not many patrons. Service was polite and attentive, but food took a long time to arrive. The food was fresh, and very good. Portions were generous - a little pricey, though. I'd happily return.

One of the best salsas....not too spicy...really good flavor. The chicken was really tender. Good ground beef flavor. Overall a very tasty dinner!

This place was recommended by a coworker who's more familiar with the area and he did not disappoint! I ordered the El combo which has about 5-6 different items to try and they were all delicious. Very flavorful and the meat was cooked to perfection. With how busy it was, our order still arrived in a reasonable time. We will definitely be returning here soon.

Food was okay, service was a bit lacking. After receiving our drinks and complimentary chips and salsa we were nearly ignored until receiving our food (not even a single check to see if our drinks needed refilled, and I had to flag a server down for the check. My spouse and I ordered the Special Steak and the Coctel de Camarones (Shrimp Cocktail). The Cocktail was pretty good, but I was moved to fishing for a hot sauce to spice it up as I ate it. My husband said his steak was overcooked and the veggies on top were extremely bland. *Definitely* wouldn't call this the "Best Mexican food in in the U.S."; I've had closer in Chicago.

Busy spot. Food seems to be authentic. Certainly tastes great. The service is ok. Margaritas are nothing special. I would come back for the food. The parking lot is full. Plan to wait if you are coming for dinner.

The service is friendly and the outdoor seating is nice! This restaurant really has the potential to be good it's just new and short staffed There were longer wait times, mistakes on orders and they were only seating at half capacity so long wait times to get in. Again I think in time they will be great and I look forward to trying it again once they get more situated.

We visited from out of state and found this nice little Mexican restaurant. The staff was so friendly, food was great. They we a tiny bit understaffed which made service take a tad longer, but it was worth the wait. Very delicious, would return if we lived close!

Food was so good!!! I specifically wanted Authentic Mexican during my shopping trip to the USA and came across this little cute restaurant. About a 5 min drive from Military Rd. As mentioned food was very good, not greasy nor heavy. Esthetically pleasing atmosphere and the servers were all so friendly. They give you bottomless chips and salsa and overall just divine.

Very clean. Food excellent. Waiters very social able and pleasant. You may have to wait if they don't have enough help, but they put a sign on the door before you go in so at least you know, which was nice.

Good Mexican food at reasonable prices. The staff was attentive and friendly. The chicken soup is really good. The chalupa was better than it looked, nothing like taco bell and way better. I have been here 3 times now and the food has been consistantly good. I will be back again in the future.

Amazing staff, even when short staffed! Thank you so much for treating our family so wonderful. Food was great! My 7 month old loved the rice. Made a mess and even when I offered to clean up they said NO! We will be back when we visit again!!

Food was great 5/5 stars... Although the building is new, it's not that nice on the inside. Sort of cramped, and the tables are set up really weird. La Galera has a much nicer setting, but El Cubilete has better food!

If you’re looking for an Authentic Mexican restaurant experience, please don’t even bother coming here. Waited over half an hour for foods that could have easily been prepared in 10 minutes. Ordered a sweet tea and “black” chicken salad; I couldn’t stomach either of them down. The sweet tea wasn’t even sweet, it tasted like tap water. The chicken salad itself looked very sloppy (almost as if they just threw the food on the plate) and not only was it very messy but it was also very salty as well. No excuses for this, the restaurant itself was not even busy.

I love Mexican food! It was a little spicy, but that is fine by me. Everything was very tasty. The staff was very friendly, too. The only two things that take away a star were that it was stifling hot inside (in late October) and, even though there were few other customers, the meal took a bit long between ordering and receiving- but that is probably a good sign that it is made to order!

Honestly the food is ok, but it didn't taste like anything I am use to. I understand that I ordered take out, so I have no issue with soft taco shells or burrito shells being soggy. My issue with the food was this, the shells all seem to be uncooked. All the places I have had chimichangas, and tacos from. Have always cooked their, corn taco shells to a nice crispy state. I also didn't care for the quesadilla, it was prepared like a regular taco. There was no onions, or peppers, and they did use mix cheddar's. They use queso cheese, and I am not a fan of this type of cheese. I did though, enjoy their chips and salsa. I used the salsa, to add some flavor to the steak tacos. I personally wouldn't be coming back, but again I have to mention. The food is ok, but not as great as other places I have been to.

Niagara Falls has some amazing Mexican food with some stellar margaritas! At least at this gem!! I had the taco loco and my partner had the carnitas. The refried beans were seasoned to perfection. We were in on a Monday, so we got the little margarita for free by purchasing the big one. Made with lime juice and not all that nasty too-sweet mixer. Our server Terry made the whole experience perfect with his helpful suggestions. Lovely!!
