Customer service here is exceptional !! Our server: Gretchen A , is the best server I ever had on my Oliver Garden visit all over states. Super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We really have an awesome time, thanks to Ms. Gretchen !!

Best olive garden I've ever been to. Been going to many for years and in different states across the US and always something lacking. The most consistent issue I have is the line to get seated or the speed of service which trends on the slow end. This one was fast seating, everyone was courteous and the server named Zapria B was the best. Food came out fast and they accommodated the very weird demands from the family without skipping a beat. Food was on point and no mistake on any of the orders. Refills didn't have to be asked. She was really on top of the table while also taking care of other tables.

We visited this place during our cross-border shopping. It was my first time visiting their Niagara Falls, NY, location & Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food had generous portions. The ambiance was great! I would assume the same quality of service is also consistent in their other locations in the States.

A great place to dine out. We specially drove from Toronto to dine here. Food portions size is good, taste is great and service is excellent. This place has a good vibe. Veggie options are available.

Food is always delicious. My kids took me to celebrate my birthday. Service was great except we didn't get our appetizer of toasted ravioli which I've never tried before. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend.

I have been going to O G for many years but now I went after a break of three years and was surprised at how different the bread sticks taste. Salad was the same except for the black olives used are of inferior quality. Soups were ok,nothing to brag about. Still love their decor and the overall landscaping. Parking is always ample. Good to see in times like today prices are very much the same.

Midday, a Saturday, 4 in our party, 10min wait for a table. Was very busy. 2 of us had very loose legs on chairs. 1hr 45min wait time between ordering food and receiving food. Waitress was polite but forgot many requests and long waits between attentiveness, very apologetic though. Entrees inc. endless soup, salad, and (salty)breadsticks, so be sure not to fill up before your meals arrive, as we waited a very long time. Inconsistent soup consistencies. Two orders of the same chili looked completely different (assuming their pot wasn't stirred before each serving). Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara entree was not available so the recommended substitute was Shrimp Scampi with added Chicken (no pricing accommodation). When food finally came out, The Shrimp Scampi was still being made and was brought out by a separate wait staff. Asparagus was way undercooked and Shrimp was cold inside. The pasta of the Shrimp Scampi w/Chicken was cold. Both Scampi's were bland to taste, lacked flavor. These meals were neither eaten nor taken home. Eggplant Parmesan was perfectly cooked and delicious albeit very hot. Chicken tender meal was very good. Our initial plan was to add two $6 additional take-home entrees (current deal), but did not want to have to wait any longer. Overheard other wait staff apologizing to their tables for such long waits for food so was not just our table. Manager was VERY polite, accommodating and understanding of our concerns. Thanks to the manager I am giving them 2 stars, else THIS visit would've got 1.

Visited this location on a Saturday evening. It’s been a while since I have eaten at an Olive Garden and wanted to try at this location. All my previous experiences from various other locations across the country were great. This time it was disappointing especially with the service. There was a bit of a wait to get our reserved tables. No one cared about us for about ten minutes from the time we got seated. I had to check with the front desk to get someone to attend to our tables. The waitress came after a few minutes and took our order. We noticed she has dropped a neighbouring table’s order twice and we were a bit worried she would do the same with us but didn’t which was good. Her accent was strange with low volume which became a challenge to understand. I ordered a couple of drinks which any restaurant would get them within the first few minutes right after getting water but before the food. Here, I kept reminding the waitress about my drinks which she eventually brought almost 3/4th way through our dinner which was not a good experience. The drinks tasted so-so and had lots of sugar, tasted like a sugar drink instead of an alcoholic drink. We ordered the usuals breadsticks, soup and salad, Fettuccine Alfredo, Eggplant Parmigiana and Chicken Alfredo, all tasted good and were filling. Hence the 3 stars. Otherwise, would give 1 star. The overall waiting to be served and level of service before and after ordering ruined the experience.

This Olive Garden location in Niagara Falls was awesome! Service was great, food was great! The Chicken Gnocchi soup was oh la la! The only problem was they ran out of Lasagna however waiter Renee made up for it!

Firstly if you have visited other Olive Garden’s in the country, this is extremely below your expectations so you can plan on trying better places in the city. The food was not great, had a bad smell of low quality oil or maybe overused oil. The service was poor. They charge $2.99 for table games so don’t even explore the games as you will be charged. Make sure to confirm your order after placing because they got ours wrong twice. They are usually not as busy like other Olive Gardens so you can easily get a table within 5-10 mins of wait time. Overall, I love Olive Garden but didn’t like this one.

The manager lacked problem solving skills and common sense. That's why I'm giving it a 4 star and not a 5. From here on, I have nothing but good things to say. Briana, our waitress, was super pleasant and attentive. She checked in often, was helpful and friendly... we loved her! The food came quickly, and it was hot and delish.

Had a great time. Food was good and service was excellent. All of the hostesses, servers and staff that we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was full but service did not suffer. Food came out fast and orders were accurate. Breadsticks are amazing.

There are plenty of seating options for a family of any size. Food is great and so is here service. I went there to place a 'to go' order. My order was taken properly and relayed back to me. There were no hurry as there were others waiting in the line. Grill chicken Margherita and chicken scampi were delicious. However, I didn't like the Calamari. It's totally ZERO compared to the taste/quality we saw with other items. There are no issue with parking. I would love to go back.

Olive graden never disappoints! Great food, very generous portions and awesome service. The bread sticks and salad are the cherry on top. Keep up the great work!

Haven't been to an olive garden in quite a few years. Had bad experiences and poor quality food and didn't return until friends from out of town visited and they really wanted to go. The breadsticks were kinda undercooked and over seasoned. The salad was crisp and tasty. Everyone in the party said the food was good. The waitress was very friendly and helpful The food was surprisingly better than I had remembered. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The men's room was clean and looked to be serviced often

Olive Garden disappeared from Ontario a long time ago, but I still have great memories. Like most things, they're different today than you remember them as a kid. The food was good, not great. The service was great and the atmosphere was just fine. Bottomless breadsticks and salad. Endless buckets of iced tea and lemonade, and an entrée portion sized to choke a horse. It was great to be back.

Always fun to stop in when im in Buffalo. The pasta was great. But its almost like its too much food and really rich. But i did enjoy it. So thank you for that.

First time here from Canada and we were very excited. Super easy to get a table on a Friday afternoon. Our waitress was really kind and able to explain the menu for us. Super neat that you get a salad/bread sticks with any entree. The Alfredo shrimp was absolutely delicious and a great portion size. The spaghetti and meat balls from the lunch special menu was a bit smaller but for the $12 deal it was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

Everything was so salty here. The salad dressing was way too salty to eat, had to get a new salad without dressing. Even the mayo can't cover the saltiness of the calamari. And for the first time in my life, I found tomato sauce tasted salty.

Busy place. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. Warm and friendly environment. Food was ok, a bit on the savoury side for my taste. The broccoli that accompanied the entree was not fresh & tough to cut through. The soup/ salad / bread sticks options that comes unlimited with the entree is a plus.

If you are in Buffalo, Niagara falls area, best place to eat Italian cuisines. 10 min drive from Niagara falls area. Best food, quantity and quality both excellent. Fresh bread, tasty soups. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

Food was delicious. Bread sticks as always were amazing! Portions are HUGE!!! So definitely get your monies worth!

I cant believe I didn’t go to this restaurant for so many years! Went here for my husband’s birthday and they definitely made it real special. The food and service is 11/10.. I loved the chicken and Gnocci soup – so hot and creamy with bits of chicken..  The salad was fresh and flavorsome .. they gave bread which was soft and garlicy but not too much on the face… these were all unlimited.. for main course we had the chicken fettucine pasta & grilled chicken Margherita – both were amazing and too good..lotsa main course options in the menu too. I told them its my husband’s birthday and they gave us a piece of cake complimentary .. we got to chocolate brownie lasagna – omg it was to die for !! very tasty – we brought it home and finished the rest as there was too much food! The place has ample parking and seating capacity. Definitely Good interiors! Service is top notch - The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Our server (unfortunately I forgot her name) was too sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place. It was such a memorable dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in years and decided to do lunch. We were told it was 1 hour and 45 min wait but we were able to get in before that thankfully. Service was good and food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals (minestrone, salad, eggplant parm,chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs and breadsticks) Got a free piece of chocolate cake for my birthday which was delicious. It was a great visit.

Made plans to cross the border to do some shopping and have dinner there for my birthday. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, salmon w/broccoli and pasta dish with chicken. The salmon was a bit on the salty side and my friend mentioned she was disappointed with her dinner cause it didn't taste like real chicken...how she worded "fake chicken" was rubbery. Very disappointing to cross the border and drive all that way.

Our waitress was amazing, very kind and great customer service. She was 10/10. I am giving a 1 star because we came to this location twice , once on Friday the other on Saturday (visiting from Toronto) 2 hours before close and they didn’t have lasagna. On Friday we left (without even ordering because they said they ran out of lasagna) so we came back Friday same thing. They said there chefs leave at 830pm when it closes at 11pm. I ordered the trio meal and something about it tasted completely off. This location does not taste like others, very bland and weird after taste. And to top it all off they didn’t even have take out bags. Would not return to this location and I was really looking forward to having a great meal at my favourite restaurant. Completely salted my experience. The manager didn’t even come out and apologize for our experience just told the waitress that we could order the shells with feta which tasted absolutely disgusting and I got sick after eating it. Should have just went to the Cheesecake Factory!

The service we got here was fantastic. The waitress was wonderful. When we walked in the door there were about four people five people near the hostess station they all greeted us and welcomed us. The food was fantastic and when we left they all said goodbye and said that they hope they would see us soon! I’m so glad that we came.

Micheal was our server and he did a great job making us feel comfortable. It was my first time traveling to niagara Falls from NYC and service from him was better than any I had in the city. Food came on time and was tasty will def come back and ask for him when I travel to Niagara Falls again.

Had the soup and Salad deal. Waitress was very prompt and friendly. 2 lunches for under 20 bucks. How can you go wrong.

I love this olive garden for it has some great staff and amazing food. Shout out too Sarina our nice hostess and tash for the great dishes she recommended us. Great place to eat when visiting Niagara Falls.

Great experience! Sandy our Waitress was amazing. She was so kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we have an fantastic experience. The food was good, I got Tour of Italy. I was impressed with the quality of the service, so far the best customer service I've experienced in the past few months. She makes the difference. Best

There is a lot if variety to the menu. The $6 take home meals are great value for lunch, kids lunch, work, and heat up meals. They have instructions on them. The servers are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with their work. Anything that could go wrong is always resolved in a fast hospitable manner. This restaurant is always a delight to visit!!!

April 16th was our first time back since August 2019. We always look forward to our trips to Buffalo so we could eat at Olive Garden. Melissa was our server again and she is just fantastic! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and on the ball! Our appetizers and meals,were timed perfectly and piping hot. As usual, the servings were super generous and bonus that we had dinner for our return back to Ontario that evening. Can't wait to go back!!

Staffs are so friendly here and the food was so good. I loved the seafood alfredo and the spinach artichoke dip, calamari was not what I expected as it had too much batter on it! The salad was so good as well and also the hot bread which comes with the salad.
