Everytime we come to NY this place is welcoming and friendly and the food is top notch! Don’t let the small menu fool you they have perfected every item to a T and even make adjustments for people with dietary restrictions as well! We love you and we will be back - friends from Ohio

Visiting from out of state and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! The staff is so unbelievably kind and considerate- a member of my group can’t have gluten and not only did the owner go out of their way to call the cider company to make sure it was gluten free but they edited the breakfast burrito (AMAZING btw) to be GF and increased the quantities of everything to make it amazing! They truly go above and beyond and treat you like they’ve known you for forever. PLUS everything on the menu is superb! Side note: Be nice to small businesses and the people that work in them. They’re working in weird times and still try their best to make sure you have an amazing experience. Show kindness and understanding!

Food was good 👍🏻 Bathrooms decor loved it , but needed toilet cleaned , trash empty ,soap filled . Servers were young adults , hand written sign at entry on lines paper and highlighter read seat yourself . Guest were seating themselves at used I cleaned tables with dirty dishes still at them . Grill attendees were eating and cooking at the same time without glove changes. Bar served craft beers however we’re currently out of 3 of the 5 beers and restocked a cracked glass out of the dish pan . Our bill was tallied and handed off to us before the food had even hit the tables ( hope we did t want another glass of the 3rd choice beer, because we already had the bill in hand ) Upstairs setting was closed for the night leaving only 5 available tables and 7 bar seats …. Well again the Turkey club and burger was good 🤷🏻‍♀️ Patrons were left standing then told they were unable to eat due to closing time after waiting more than 20 min on seating

I guess we'll start with what made us decide on this restaurant. The menu shown online looks absolutely amazing. Creative, affordable, delicious looking menu items. This is not what we were given when we arrived. The menu was one page and featured maybe a dozen items to choose from, at most. The waitress explained that they were under new ownership and the menu changed. Ok, fair enough. Being a "pub" one of us decided to order one of the draft beers listed on the chalkboard. They were out of it, the waitress explained. Ok, fine. But it's on a chalkboard...can't you erase it or make a note? Just a thought. My daughter and I stuck with soda, and even though it came in a 10-12 oz cup we figured they had free refills. Nope. No biggie, lots of places don't do free refills. I just asked for an ice water instead. Our waitress went back behind the counter and decided to forget about it despite there being only 4 tables of people there. I wouldn't have cared if she wasn't hanging out behind the bar with her arms crossed. Our food arrived, all of which came with sides of tater tots. Awesome! We love tots! But don't ask for ketchup. They don't have ketchup. The food was just okay. Even the tots lacked crispiness. As far as the restaurant, a couple slight adjustments to your service and attention to detail could work wonders for you. As for the consumer, spend your money elsewhere until they've figured that out.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Vibe is awesome and so is the beer! Lol🍺But seriously it is a family friendly environment that will have something for everyone. One of my friends is vegan and loved the Mediterranean omelette so much she got it two days in a row! The cranberry club is my favorite. You can't go wrong!

This place was no more than mediocre . They were understaff and our waitress wasn’t really in no hurry to seat people. A group of four had left waiting to be seated. Only reason why we ate is because we sat at the bar! I didn’t understand why the waitress wasn’t seating people. Place wasn’t packed. Plenty of tables were available! The food is not anything you can’t make at home. If you looking for a culinary experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you just hungry and don’t really want anything new then his place is fine. Like I said , mediocre nothing memorable.

If you only have 7 things on the menu, they better be amazing. Sadly each of our items were below average. The bacon cheeseburger with Jack cheese was flavorless and I'm pretty sure the meat had been frozen. The beef weck was again, boring. The chicken fingers were "store bought" and not fresh. I could go on. Service was mediocre at best. I'd pass on this and find something else.

The food was average. The wait staff spent more time talking to each other than they did serving the customers. I asked three times for a refill of my drink and was ignored. The kitchen staff could be heard by multiple people insulting our order after they added peppers by mistake. The comment was made "what? Don't you like a little heat?" By the time our food returned, it was cold. All in all, a terrible experience. I will not be returning.

Very nice little hidden gem for cheap but good eats. Parking is free... but you have to park where it says for Jefferson apartment tagholders, because Third Street Retreat shares the spaces with them. Inside is pretty nice. It's basically a pub with lots of knick knacks, the usual money-from-everywhere gig, record labels, etc. Food is pretty good. I got the ghost roast and my wife got the breakfast burrito. Not huge portions... but just right! Again, very budget-friendly as well. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for all-day breakfast!

So good. Huge portions with a simple menu and great stuff and atmosphere. My teenager requested to come back after 2 bites of her burger! My husband had a ghost sandwich that he raved about. I had a turkey cranberry sandwich that made my pregnant heart happy. Definitely a good find! Be warned, Google maps takes you to the wrong location. It's on third, not Niagra

This place is quaint. The breakfast menu has typical offerings. We tried the French toast and Mediterranean omelet. They were average, but the staff and ambiance is what makes this place enjoyable. I recommend this place for a quick breakfast when you aren't in the mood to cook.

Great local spot tucked away from the less than appealing options closer to the The Falls. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, good food. Definitely recommend eating here if you’re visiting this side of Niagara Falls. I had the Greek Omelette; very good.

One thing you want to experience is the feeling of being welcomed in a restaurant, and this place makes you feel warm and welcomes you with a smile. The servers were great, food tasted fantastic, we ordered fruit pancakes, two eggs any style with sausages and hot coffee. Everything was great and prepared fresh, quantities were just enough and not the usual insane diner sizes. I'd highly recommend this as your go-to place in Niagara.
