It started off good. But I was very disappointed with the food and the ultimate experience. We sat down right away which was nice but we ordered our food 20 mins after sitting. It then took over an hr to be served our plates. My husband and I both ordered a pasta dish. You would think how can you go wrong with pasta, right? Well, apparently very wrong. My husband's food was cooked, he got to eat his. But my pasta was uncooked. Raw to be exact. I told the server I can't eat raw pasta. Especially when the pasta dish cost $36.00. The server apologized and returned it to the kitchen. The manager was very apologetic and said they would make sure I got a new meal. I waited yet another hr to get my food. By then my husband was done eating. I was frustrated. People who came in after us also was done eating and I didn't even get to begin. By the time I got my food, I asked for a carry out bag because I went there to celebrate my 52nd birthday. The place was pretty, my drink was great the server was nice and yes we still have her a nice tip nonetheless. Their prices are way to expensive. It may have been cheaper to go to Salvatore's Restaurant instead. But I got the experience even though it wasn't great for me. The 2nd pasta try was good and cooked. But it's never good to have paying customer's waiting like that to eat. The manager didn't charge me for my food as an apology but I still would have liked to have had a good meal the 1st time and ate with my husband. I won't be going there again.

This place is fun, and very themed. While the hostess seemed a little cold, our waitress was wonderful. The manager had to come to our table for a coupon, and she was wonderful as well. While the food was a little more expensive then I normally would like, it was worth it all the way around.

5/5 atmosphere (let’s be honest that’s why people go here above all else right?) 5/5 service. 3/5 quality of food. Not great. High prices but typical for tourist area. Would go again with kids for the atmosphere. Wouldn’t go just for the food though. 4 stars.

We ordered Ribs Steak Shrimp Trio to share between and it was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The ribs were almost fall off the bone tender and the coconut shrimps were alright. Saw a lot of reviews about poor service, they were not completely wrong. The waiter checked on us 3 times which was a fair amount of visits. However when we needed someone to bring us extra plates or the check, we had a hard time getting a waiter. Overall a very fun place to dine at.

Great place to visit and have a meal. Nice family friendly atmosphere, and great location-especially if you're staying in the Sheraton. Prices a little high, but decorations and frequent thunderstorms and animal movements make it more like a dinner show. Burgers were great. Will probably return.

The nostalgia factor was the main reason we went. I used to go as a kid and they haven't changed it one bit. The service was great and the food was perfect, you get a ton of food! You have to get the volcano dessert!

Overhyped & overpriced! But I’d like to explain my ratings. On labor day weekend, when the place was crowded like a flea market, we finally got in after waiting for an hour. I’d say the location is prime, everyone visiting the state park wishes to dine in here at least once! Agreed that the ambiance is fun & inviting. At times, the sound of nature & wild animals makes you feel like dining inside a forest but that's it. The souvenir drinks we ordered were just sugar lacking any great flavors. My kiddo got some fries which was good, the staff was friendly too. But I came here for the appetite primarily & if the food they are serving isn't flavorful it fails the purpose. Moreover, the seats were highly uncomfortable. Waiting an hour just to sit on those chairs wasn't worth it. But now I know! #RoadTrip #ToNiagaraFalls

This was a great experience for us. Like nothing we have around us so it was nice. It was a little pricey but you are definitely paying for the experience here. The staff was very friendly and good was good.

The food was great, the restaurant itself was great, it was busy, but still can give it 4 stars. I took a star away because the bartender (Veronica) this Friday night was terrible. When seated she greeted us, i asked for water with lemon and a moment to look over the menu, she just walked away with a blank face. Tended to everyone at the bar, never brought me my water or came back to us, I had to flag her down for every thing. She literally double checked on everyone at the bar but ignored me and my husband. We are on vacation for our anniversary, this should have been a pleasant experience, I flagged her down to order or food, i mentioned we would order drinks after our food order was in and asked her again for my water please. She went to everyone at the bar then sat my water down, no straw. Never came back to take our drink order. I waited maybe 15 minutes, flagged her down again, ordered our drinks, waited for her to do some miscellaneous things then she made our drinks, brought them to us, again no straw. My husband tried to ask how they were made, she gave him a blank answer with a shoulder shrug. She clearly served the man next to us too many drinks because he threw up all over the bar. We were moved to a table and accommodated by the managers who were absolutely amazing. They remade our drinks. I wish I could tip them. Being in the service industry before and a bartender for 10+ years, I understand when things are busy and stuff happens. I also know when a persons attitude is just poor. Sad to say, im kinda happy our experience was saved by the poor guy vomiting.

Today was my first time as a customer. Four of us went and enjoyed a great meal with no complaints. The desserts were very good too. The staff was excellent. Our waitress Angela M. Was the most personable who just wanted to make sure her customers were happy and had everything they needed. She went well above and beyond highly appreciated as if things went a little longer in the kitchen She would let us know. This weekend was leading up to the 4th of July on Tuesday so they were busy. Overall it was a great experience. Will be back again.

Finally, I found the best foods and services around NY. Rainforest Cafe at Niagara Fall is the BEST. * The staff in any direction are awesome with a good attitude and friendly with a smile on their face. The waiter will stop by to check if everything is good every time they passed our table. * The meals are fabulous and very tasty. * I really recommend that all Niagara Fall visitors should eat here vs. Hard Rock Cafe and especially the Cam Building that's by Niagara Fall, Maid if the Mist. Rainforest Cafe is about 10 minutes walk from Maid of the Mist.

absolutely love the ambiance. The entire family will love it. Staff was great. The food is the only reason it did not receive a 5star. It is a simple menu catered to larger partied and family gatherings and hotel guests. There was nothing wrong with it but if you desire a good meal and creative dishes this establishment will not be your first choice. We loved it .

The hostesses gave us a mini tour of the restaurant on the way to our table, pointing out the mushroom bar and the animals. Our server was very attentive. The food was better than we were expecting! The shrimp- fried and grilled were delicious. My husband got rotisserie chicken and ribs and loved it. I got the trio of meats and loved every single one too! The kids had a great time. We will definitely be back!

There are larger Rain forest cafe's. This one was alright, though. $30 for parking. The new menu the waitress didn't know. A few things were forgotten on one plate. Burger was good. Coconut shrimp was just ok. Chicken sandy was also good. 45 minutes wait at 3 pm on a sat. Don't go to the arcade next door. 5 bucks a game for the one and only game we played. Utilize the free games out back, pong, bags, and checkers. I give it a 3.5 stars overall

The food here is amazing, portions are large and you will definitely not leave hungry. Reservations definitely would be recommended. Will be returning seems like you can have a different experience each time depending on where you sit.

Our server was Bruce, he was super kind, patient, and quick! The food was amazing and the animatronics were pretty cool, sat right next to the tigers. The fries were really good and everything we ordered was delicious 😋

I loved the atmosphere and the service. They were friendly and professional. I ordered the natural burger, one of a few vegan options. It was very good.

Had a great meal here tonight! We both ordered the Primal Steak and it was excellent! Garlic mashed was so good. Atmosphere is so awesome. Our server, Kayla was amazing! So glad we decided to stop in.

An amazing atmosphere eating in the jungle. The only problem with this location is the open doors which let in too much light and take away from feeling transported to the jungle, like the other locations I have eaten at do. The overpriced food is not worth the money either. My three kids had a $15 cheeseburger kids meal and the wife and I split a veggie wrap. Almost $100 for three kid meals, one adult meal, no drinks or anything extra! I can spend money on a good meal, but this was not money well spent. If you want to enjoy the view, plan to split an appetizer and eat a meal elsewhere.

We had a great experience for dinner. This restaurant is located in a hotel, so it's a very busy place. We had to wait about an hour and chose to walk around the lobby and gift shop area rather than play in the attached arcade. I'd recommend you send someone in to get your name on the list a bit before you want to eat. We enjoyed delicious food, the kids loved the animatronic animals, and a minor issue was handled very well. The staff here works really hard to give diners a memorable experience! Dessert tip: the volcano is HUGE, comes out with a sparkler on top, and was plenty for our family of 4 to share. If you have room, it's a fun way to end your meal!

What a great place. Extremely well done from our fantastic safari guide to the incredible decor! The food was very good! I had the Blue mountain chicken sandwich with onion rings, yum! Hubs chose ribs, steak and shrimp trio along with the Peanut butter porter... while I had the cheetahrita with sugar not salt! Delish! The animal show was delightful! We will return!

Really cool cafe and breakfast dine-in restraunt, family owned. A lot of mechanical animals, tiger, elephant, and more. The breakfast meal is not able to be picked and choosed. You only get a plate of exactly what they serve and you cannot change it. Its an ok plate though but not vegan and no vegan options. The orangejuice is watered down. Get the apple juice. The english muffins are good. 1 breakfast meal and 4 drinks was 50$. + 10$ tip.

Jewell was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive. This was our first time at a Rainforest Cafe. I had the salmon and grilled shrimp, my husband had ribs and coconut shrimp. Both were delicious! The glaze/sauce on my salmon and shrimp was incredible. I asked for more of it to put on my rice.

This place was a 10! We were so happy to find a restaurant that was open a little later than the rest - we were so hungry! Our waiter Keenan was friendly and helpful! We ordered a burger, ribs and the appetizer platter! All were delicious! Everyone was so kind to let us finish up dinner even though it was closing time. Thanks so much for being a happy memory from our trip to Niagara!

The ambience and service were great but i can't said for the food. Our steak was over cooked. Beer and chips were good. A nice place for family catch up especially for young children.

Excellent place. We almost didn’t come bc of a review we read, but are so glad we did. They were super busy but our waitress Brianna was very patient and kind! The food was amazing as we shared the ribs, steak and shrimp and were full when we left! It has a very neat rainforest theme and the animals are animated.

Fun place to eat while in the area. The food and drinks are way too expensive for what you actually get (for reference, picture was $18) but the atmosphere is fun and the service was great. Nice walkable location.

(FOOD WAS GOOD PRICED FOR AN EXPERIENCE NOT CHEAP HOT DOGS ..WORTH THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS@ 175 FOR TWO APPETIZERS TWO ADULT DRINKS AND THREE DINNER ENTREES) Its a great to PLace to escape the dreary sunless days of western New York ..IN THE WINTER ....kids or not ..you can still go as an adult 😜 they have drinks ..staff was great ...it was not as busy....so we asked to be sat in a quiet space for my shy son and they happily made accommodations while I'm sure that's based on availability it still went along way to my son having a positive time ..food was yes not as cheap but large portions and angles envy bourbon made for a fun time....

Where do I start? Do I start with while waiting to be seated, we were passed over multiple times, even when our name was placed on the list before others who walked in and received preferential treatment? (I actually saw for myself the names list and where we were on it). Do I start with the food that took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive to our table that was cold when it was supposed to be hot, soggy when it was supposed to be crisp, and sour when it was supposed to be fresh? Shall I continue? The two good parts of our experience was 1) the animitronic show, and 2) our server. Now our server may or may not have been responsible for this horrible first experience for a family with a small child. I cannot say for sure. Because from a customer care perspective, she definitely would be a valuable asset as an upper management team member to any employer smart enough to pay attention to their employees. She had schmooze, finesse, and caring all wrapped up with her ever present humor. Could she really be evil once behind the kitchen door? Or genuinely stuck in the middle and doing her best to get through a frustrating situation? Only she knows. And for this reason...I'm out.

Expensive, but what isn't anymore? I got the steak, shrimp and ribs. It was great. Steak was perfect and melted in your mouth. Shrimp were very flavorful and the ribs fell off the bone. The onion rings and beer didn't disappoint either. All fantastic! Worth the trip! Great atmosphere.

I like the food it is super expensive though it is over 50 dollars for steak and shrimp. And when I got a bbq bacon burger it was 19 dollars but the service is great and the animatronics are so realistic

A little on the noisy side. Very decorative. Large portions. If you're having the fish and chips it can be shared. Friendly staff. Located in the Sheraton Niagra Falls Hotel. Hotel is a -3 star $$

Great place to take the kids. The majority of the animated animals and plants were pretty dusty, but still really neat. The food prices were very high but worth it for the kids to get to experience it. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent.

🫤 For a place with the "original" chicken wing, I admit I was a bit discouraged. Surprised at how we were treated as a customer.
