Wonderful dining experience with a beautiful view of the fall. I was eating my birthday lunch here today and could not ask for more. We had to wait a little to get that window table but the wait was worth. Yummy food. Specially the chicken cilantro bowl. They made it without chicken(bowl) for my husband who is vegetarian. Mac & cheese with buffalo wings was delicious too. Our server was nice and polite I loved how every time she kept saying me “bday girl”. It is a busy place usually so be prepared to wait, but the food and the experience will be worth waiting.

Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Every seat has a view of Horseshoe Falls. The wait staff were delightful. The food was delicious. Perhaps, if I must suggest something, I would recommend some shades in the windows. The sun coming in was hot. I know they don't want to obstruct the view, but I'm sure there is a way. Totally recommend.

Stopped in for lunch and view the Falls on our way home from PA. Sat outside looking at Horseshoe Falls. Beautiful setting for lunch. Ordered a hamburger and was surprised at how quickly the order came out. My thought is that they are pre-cooked so they can turn over the tables quickly. That said, I was surprised that the burger was still tender and slightly juicy. I feared it would be a hockey puck 🏒 Our server was very pleasant and she would ask her guests where they're from, etc and have a nice conversation.

Great place to go for any occasion!! Very nice place overall, the food quality was great and the prices were average. Staff were friendly + nice. The ordering system worked well, we got our food fast, and it was hot, fresh, and tasty!! When the food did come though, one of the dishes wasn’t delivered. We informed the waiter and he apologized for the inconvenience + brought it right out. We got a table next to the windows as requested, and the view was sooo beautiful!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the falls!!

Loved it! Great food with great view. Though they have very limited number of items on the menu, but have some options for everyone. The service was excellent. This place can get little busy, but a table was ready in 5 mins. We ordered fish and chips and the chicken salad. Very reasonable price and quantity. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Niagra.

The place was very clean and had a ton of seating, which provides a great view of Horseshoe Falls. Our server, Jessica was fantastic, as well. Food quality and pricing were on par with what I would expect, for an above average place, which is co-located with such an amazing landmark.

The food was really good and the location is amazing, but what really stood out was the service. Cheryl was the best part of our meal, she was so nice, friendly and attentive with us! Would definitely go back

Very expensive for subpar food that tastes and resembles heated frozen food from a grocery store. All of our items were missing several sauces or toppings that come with the dish. Server did not apologize or provide any reason for any of the errors. Beef on weck sandwich was very dry and barely had any beef. The soda was good, but the hot chocolate and tea were just simple generic mixes from a store that they have you prepare yourself. The buffalo mac and cheese does not have much sauce in it. Also, the chicken and pasta noodles themselves were both undercooked. Things to keep in mind if you eat here: There is no milk/Creamer for the hot drinks. Bring your own straw. They do not have eco friendly straws available. I recommend going to the snack and ice cream shop next to the Cave of the Winds entrance instead of Top of the Falls. They have delicious sandwiches, chicken, ice cream, and more. You can also get the same great view by bringing food over to the picnic tables under the restaurant.

Hellooo!!! I have heard plenty of times that hospitality is bad in miami. Well, I live in miami, I dine out a lot, and I can say that service was bad her at top of the falls. Our server wasnt friendly, in a rush, like we were in the way. Tourist trap??? Possibly!! Menu is very limited, overpriced, not worthy!! I will not see yall in my next trip!!

Went here with my family. Great food, decent view of the falls! My little ones enjoyed the chicken nuggets and grown ups had burgers 🍔 delightful!

Top of the Falls restaurant is conveniently located in the State Park right off of the trolley stop. They offer inside and outside seating with wonderful views of Horseshoe Falls and Canada. The food was amazing, and the portions we're large enough to split. Make sure to try their pretzel appetizer and one of their local brews on draft.

On top of the falls , restaurant was amazing where we sat inside Air-conditioning was good. Specially, in a hot day Sandra was our server. She was excellent. She is very sweet and overall a awesome person food was good but it was more about the view the Love Berry crème brûlée was really good

We went there for the lunch. It is little challenging to find the seat close to the window for the Niagara Falls view. So, there are limited seats available and you need to prepare to wait for about 40 minutes if you want the view. Otherwise, the food and the service were OK!

The menu is small and the food is premade just waiting for you to order it. Seriously, we got our food within a few minutes of ordering it. The food is definitely spendy for what it is, but the dining experience is simply amazing with great views. Not sure why they close soo early, but we had a great lunch.

The Fish Chips plate is their favorite. The fish chip was super tasty and crispy and the fries are perfectly crispy. The fish chip was huge and fish (haddock) quality was so fresh, thick and savory. Hotels don't serve such a big chunk of fish. In the attached image, you can estimate the size of the fish chip compared to the piece of lemon beside. The venue is extraordinary because of the Niagara Falls view. Compared to the ambience, the price of the food is relatively cheaper.

Food was great. The view was really nice of course. The lady that seated us, however, was extremely rude. Unwelcoming from the moment we walked in, shaking her head. Though we were a larger group, she seemed very annoyed to have to seat us. We were stared at by a few staff members, I’d even go as far as to say glared at. Not to mention the lady who seated us also hovered over our table without saying anything which made us all very uncomfortable. It wasn’t all bad, our waitress was super sweet, but the service was awful. We will not be going again.

Loved the shaded outdoor patio. Excellent service and atmosphere. The localized charcuterie board was nice, but the cocktails were "light pours," to say the least ^_^

This place is definitely a 5 star rating although I only had 1 disappointment. Let me start with the cheesecake was not the best, infact, it was disappointing to me and others during dining. It was small, too firm, and not much taste; maybe it's just me. I do understand that The Village Bakery sometimes provides baked goods for events, but I can tell you that this wasn't the case. See my review of them, they are a must visit and should be sought out by all other places to provide them with bakery perfection. Everything else here at The Falls restaurant is great. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional and the views......it doesn't get much better!

This conveniently located restaurant at the top of the falls boasts some of the local favorites and American style favorites. The wait was reasonable for lunch time and the food was served promptly. The wait staff were extra friendly. The bill was not bad for the amazing view.

The food was fast food quality and incredibly over price. You order your food via an app. The food was brought out very quickly after submitting our order. The view was very nice.

The fish and chips is perhaps the best I have had - anywhere. The fish was huge. A perfect piece of haddock with just the right amount of breading. My wife agreed that hers was incredible. I expected average food at high prices because of the location but I was genuinely surprised. Sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the falls.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Overlooking Horseshoe Falls not 100 yards away. The only thing I would have to say that would drop this down a notch is the portions are slightly smaller than what you'd expect after seeing how much they charge. That being said, all was delicious and if we're in the area again we'll be back again.

We shared several appetizers and they were all delicious. We worried it would be overpriced and not goid because it's such a touristy place but it wasn't. $3-10 appetizers and our drinks were 6 and $9.

Food was great! We had a pretzel and two mixed drinks. Everything was great. Server was amazing and we enjoyed talking to her. She made our experience special. The hostess took care of us quickly and sat us on the deck in the shade. Great service all around. Also their music selection was awesome. More people in my party showed up later near closing time and they were happy to accommodate us.

What an amazing experience? We got the window table and could see the fall while enjoying our meals. The service was excellent and everyone in the restaurant was friendly and polite. The food was good too. They were able to modify an entree and make it vegetarian. Will recommend this place.

Great spot, great view, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food was great for the price and location. Big portions. Google had this as temporary closed. They just reopened this week for the season. Menu was updated and didn't have a kids menu.

Had a great time here, good food and service. The fish & chips and the burguer were delicious. The view is the best!

The restaurant is fairly busy, and it did take me a while to get a table. When I sat down, I was able to easily order food and it came quickly through a mobile ordering system. The ordering system weirdly did not work on my phone's browser until I selected the Desktop mode. Even then I couldn't use Google Pay as the payment processor. The pasta and cheesecake I ordered were fine, but not great. It was the view though that made the whole thing worthwhile.

Had a fabulous lunch at Top of the Falls today! We sat at the bar as the tables were busy and we didn't want to wait. We cooled off with an ice cold beer served by two fabulous bartenders, Sabrina and Lexi. We both had the Cilantro chicken bowl. We got it fast! Filling and delicious. Highly recommend it!

Our hostess Kara was very nice. We decided to wait for a table with the view. Our waitress was Jess. Our food came out pretty much immediately. The food itself was average but the service was very good and the view was fantastic. The food is a bit expensive for what it is but in comparison to pretty much every other tourist spot I've ever been to it's much better quality.

Great place to get food while visiting the American side of Niagara Falls! We were supposed by the reasonable prices and large portions and we were able to get a table either inside or outside on a week night in the summer. The food was classical American fare but was good quality and the views of the falls were just as good as the overlooks outside.

After walking around Goat Island and visiting the falls, we wanted to have a drink to relax before our trek back to the hotel. Sat out on the deck facing Horseshoe Falls and had a beer and a Prosecco with a pretzel. Exactly what we wanted and the view was great. Had a light breeze and some mist from the falls. Based on a snack and a drink, this was a perfect way to end our afternoon. Great service too.

My server, George, was awesome! Recommended beverage was on point! Thank you, George! It's not too bad of a view either. Come here to eat, everything was delicious!
