Was nicer than I thought it would be. Big name designers there. And some more normal names as well Pokemon stops are nice. Some shops inside and Some outside. In pretty good shape. There was a food court there too. Really nothing to complain about. A couple of places were empty. But mostly filled.

Very nice mall with many brands. It's huge and very spacious. There are not many options in the food court, so that's a bit disappointing. But overall the mall is quite good. I was surprised to see not enough people at a weekend when I visited. Some of the nice brands had great deals. So it's definitely worth a visit.

Very large and nice indoor outlet with a lot shops and factory outlets. The prices werent as good as they are in other outlets I have viisted. May be it wasn't a good time. The sales werent that good. It was very clean and well Maintained. Parking were nice, rest rooms were dirty. The food court was crowded even though it wasn't crowded overall. Perhaps the need a bigger food court. The selection of food was good.

Had a great time with the family at this mall. We enjoyed the amazing Indian food and other eateries. We shopped for a few things but mostly enjoyed the busy atmosphere there. It was a very international scene as there were people of many ethnicities there and heard various languages spoken. We had to drive a while to get here and thought we could find the items for about the same price at various stores closer to home.

Very nice place to shop. Was not to crowded and the stores had good prices. The Nike outlet had very good deals.

This is one of my favorite places. Just to walk around the mall is relaxing. The security staff, store employees, food court employees have always been very helpful. The building is always clean on the outside and inside. The amount of stores in this mall is fairly adequate for its location. I would recommend this mall to anyone.

This outlet has tons of stores, really decent sized outlet mall close to Canada. Came in on a Friday afternoon to snag some deals seemed clean and well kept. Visited a few stores and from the way that the staff was walking around with us in a few stores led me to ask if they get a lot of shoplifters within because some of the staff in a few stores really watched us like a hawk, after being told its pretty common made us feel a bit better sad they have to do that these days but that didn't stop us or won't stop us from driving nearly 2 hours to come catch the deals.

2023 January 3★ Not quite what it used to be. Found that this "outlet" was more expensive than some other stores that were on sale. While online shopping can be more convenient, visiting malls and physical stores has benefits - physical activity and if your lucky, you do find something cheap. Though less of that lately at this location. Lots of free parking. Great option for indoor walking and shopping.

Great prices, bought a few things. Indoor outlet mall, which is surprising! But there are some great deals, bought a ring for my wife and toys for daughter!

I enjoyed this outlet of Niagara Falls. Shoes and T-shirts for summer. It was a little early for a winter jacket, but the price was perfect. I will be back before summer is over.

I would say for a small city, this outlet mall is very good, with many brands that offer good discount prices. It has some small eateries, with about 8 stalls operating. There are also some shops outside the building, but do go back into the mall via the same entrance you exited, cos it will be a long walk otherwise.

Lots of walking space. Stores are big. Food court is pretty small in terms of choices but lots of tables to sit. Staff and even guests here very gracious to my service dog and I really appreciate that.

I'm all about a good bargain. When we first walked in...they were giving away free backpacks for back to school, with supplies inside. The had all types of sells in every store for the labor day weekend. I found some good deals!

I visited the Kate Spade store. It has been a long time since I visited this Mall. Was looking for something for a pre-Mother's Day luncheon. Cute outfit. Went to Off Fifth Avenue store. Mall closed at 7pm.

FOUND A FLY IN MY FOOD today. I used to love getting my food from Ding Hao, but not anymore!!!! The workers weren’t even wearing gloves,masks, or washing their hands. Had to throw out my food. Really disappointed

The merchandise was slim but the Brooks Brothers store personelwere wonderful. They gave suggestions and allowed us to try on a dress shirt to see if it fit and also white Tees. friendly and knowledgable, great sales technique!!! Thank you Brooks Brothers

We visited this few weeks ago. There are brands and shops that we like. There were lot of sales, We bought a lot of things. The mall is very spacious and clean. We love shopping there.

Given it is supposed to be an outlet mall, I found the prices were a bit on the higher end and the stock was not too eye catching. However, it is a big mall and one can spend time walking here and enjoy the evening by the Tim Hortons which has a kids playground and a colorful Niagara sign.

It was nice. My kids enjoyed the stroller that looks like a fire truck. It was really cool. There food court is a bit small but its okay, and they don't have a private area to change baby diapers, so I hope you don't have a 'shy' baby who needs to change. It's a nice place, I really enjoyed myself and so did my kids. The staff are really nice too.

Located not far from the falls. Lots of great outlet stores. My favorite was Yankee Candle! The mall even has a decent food court if you get hungry.

Outlet malls are pretty good to go to. This one is good. All depends on which store you go to. Are mall is busier than normal because of Christmas and all the stupid canadians that shop here. Mall was pretty and clean. What else can you really say about just the mall?

We had a great time at this mall. The variety and prices are amazing. I found some good designs at the Coach outlet. For anyone visiting Buffalo, make sure you come here to get the most of these great prices. Also, the interior is extremely beautiful. The space is big and you do not have to get out of the mall to go from one brand to another. Great experience all in all.

Oh my, this mall is absolutely stunning! It's a pretty big mall and there's several, plenty of different locally owned stores and designer brand stores as well. There's so many different places where you could window shop or go to buy what you need, as well as eat some food with their delicious food court options! There are several big parking lots and doors too which is so great!

Outlets are nice. It’s great to see some malls can still stick around with so many closing down. A lot of good stores, food court has a ton of variety. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to shop with good deals.

We went there on a long weekend. The mall is big and has fairly good variety of stores. It is value for money to shop there. Clothes ,make up, skincare , shoes , bags ,accessories, perfume are very reasonably priced. Must visit stores are Marshall's, MK, banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Kate spade, Nike and many more. All stores have really good deals .

Great place. Lots of stores to shop at. The food court was lacking. But overall, a pretty nice mall. Also, don’t skip those massage chairs. They’re worth every dollar LOL.

The outlet mall is really nice great brands great prices, but lately been noticing stores that I use to go are no longer there. I would've gave 5* but because of some stores leaving and nothing new to replace them that only gets a 3*.

I really like this mall now, especially since it's the only place in the Falls to get name brand clothing all whilst avoiding Wal-Mart. The food court was a little underwhelming, but the stalls that were open are fantastic. A pretty good variety of international food is available.

The fashion outlet in Buffalo, NYC, was decent but fell short of my expectations. The store had a decent selection, but the prices were a bit high compared to similar outlets. The staff was friendly, but the overall atmosphere lacked excitement. Average experience overall, but not outstanding.

Beef Jerky was great! Large variety of jerky & meat sticks. The even have vegan jerky. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Yes very very nice and old Navy personal very helpful and nice..I did find the jeans I was looking for. Low rise skinny jeans.. For a very reasonable price.. And they give veterans discounts.. I'm going back when I need more Jeans

Found some good deals at Rainbow. Didn't go into any other shops. I come from the other side of the border. This has been one of my favorite discount shops for years.

Hours are pretty steady throughout the mall. Sometimes they do vary store to store based on business needs and season. Something for everyone

While I was able to score off your deals, you do need to be careful and not over pay for some items or buy some beat up return from their main stores. The food options are decent and the washrooms are very clean. Parking can be a challenge so pay the $10 for the valet.

Really large and comfortable outlet mall with indoor and outdoor shopping options. It felt more like a regular mall as it was well maintained, everything was bright and fresh. It was nice to see that there weren't a lot of vacant store fronts.

Love it here!!!! I drive an hour and a half anytime we need to go to the mall so we can go here. The mall is clean and well kept. There is nothing about the center than feels like an “outlet”. Not to knock other malls but Waterloo isn’t looking too well these days and Niagara is a breathe of fresh air. This center confirms that yes the pandemic has impacted retail it isn’t dead by any means!!! Love this center and the stores are really outlets not full price stores in an outlet mall.

Shout out to customer service representative from Lids. He was so personable that we ended up buying a hat even though we had not planned on it. We were so impressed by his skills at interacting with customers. Even though he is a KC Chiefs fan. Also wanted to thank the Ann Taylor staff trainer. Your new employee was lucky to have you as a trainer. I am honored to have been her first sale. Hopefully she will have many, many more.

Great shopping mall! You can find there not just expensive brands but also forever 21 etc. So I guess it's something for everyone. Very good deals 🙂 definitely worth a visit and especially during the week it's not too busy so you can easily do some more relaxed shopping here.

Most of the stores are out of business now. You will be lucky to find what you are looking for. Not too many stores so not too good sales either. No competition at all so prices are high. Not any deals offered.

We visited here to go to Torrid and H&M. Nice small clean and the employees were very friendly. I love this place and will always visit when in Niagara Falls!

Nice and clean. I was surprised at how few people were there. I'm glad they have maps everywhere because it was easy to get mixed up about which wing you were in.

Wow slow roads and bad traffic lights on the way here. It took me 10min to get here from the i190 that one can see from the mall. Wow what a mess. Reminds me of Toronto. I'll go to Erie PA next time.

Very clean and nice on the inside. Also wheelchair accessible, and there are many benches for you to rest while shopping. My only negative would be the store placement, considering the stores aren’t categorized and just scattered throughout the mall, which is difficult for someone who only wants to go to things like clothes stores. Besides that, it’s very nice and the workers are friendly.

It was my very first time going to fashion outlet of Niagara falls, and it was a wonderful visit! I visit over 10 stores while I was there. Checked out all the wonderful bargains from jury to clothing to household needs. And I'm definitely going back and spin spin spin LOL!!!

I love most of the stores here everything is very affordable and they have amazing Chinese food. I was looking for a peacoat for 2 yrs I finally found the one I want at 5th sax for a great price 100 bucks for a 450 dollar jacket. So I was happy.
