After so long not going to the states we decided to have dinner at Applebee’s last night. To say this location has gone downhill is an understatement. My husband says the taste of the bourbon street chicken was so overly coated in a lemon pepper type spice he can still taste it in his mouth despite brushing his teeth twice. The chicken on the Mac and cheese was yummy but the “Mac and cheese” wasn’t anything close to what you’d think. Instead it was like knock off, runny Alfredo with no cheese in sight. And I’ll let the picture of the spinach and artichoke dip tell its own story (this was taken after eating some of the crumbs and the whole chips that were on top). I have never seen any restaurant think it was acceptable to send out crumbs. Only giving a 2* because we genuinely liked our waitress.

Okay, where do I start. Every time I come in here it always takes the people at least 30 seconds to greet me. I’m not saying that their washing dishes or busy, I’m saying they are talking to eachother about vacations and stuff and acknowledge me a few seconds/minutes later. Now, the people are always nice, never had one bad waitress/waiter, but they almost never get my order right, today was my last resort when they gave me my donuts but instead of a chocolate sauce they gave me a BBQ sauce. Otherwise the food is pretty good and people are kind.

So so disappointing ordered stake and shrip and the shrimp where almost as big as the stake. Not only that it's not the cut of meat is to Supposed to be don't think they new I grown up on a farm and know the cuts of meat. Don't think I will ever order there again. They say you pay for what you get. Well this time I did not get what I paid for.

I had never been to an Applebee's before,this was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and personable. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. I had the full rack of baby back ribs and the person I was with ordered a salad with chicken which we asked they substitute shrimp instead. The ribs were excellent, not a big fan of their fries though. The salad with shrimp I was told was excellent.

A well experience. Shockingly this was my first time at Applebee’s and I enjoyed the dinner. Well proportioned and nice staff

I ordered through grubhub and the "Cosmic Wings" name that is actually just applebees. They claimed to have cheetos and hot cheetos cheese bites and wings. I ordered both types of cheese bites, and an order of the Hot Cheetos boneless wings. Unfortunately the wings didn't make it here with the delivery, and I was disappointed to find that the Cheetos Cheese Bites were just fried cheese bites with a few Cheetos thrown in the box. I generally would give this restaurant 3 or 4 stars, but today really disappointed. Not sure I missed anything by not receiving the wings... Except meat..

Very disappointed with our first visit to Applebee’s. emailed head office about our experience it gets sent to the actual restaurant and all they is sorry to hear that they will follow up with the issues. not even a oh can we offer you something on your next visit or I hope you come try us again and we will make things right. Very disappointed. The only thing I can say is the waitress I believe her name was Casey was very nice. But the food we ordered was not what we expected. Ordered the spinach dip most of the chips were bits and pieces. I ordered the chicken and shrimp skillet with mushrooms maybe there were 3 mushrooms and a ton of onions and chicken was very chewy, only thing good was the mashed potatoes that came with it

Service in this restaurant is a hot mess. My wife and I ordered a appetizer before our dinner. The appetizer was placed on the table and we waited no less than 10 minutes for silverware and napkins to eat our appetizer. Please see attached picture, no utensils!!! We asked two employees for silverware before receiving our basic eating utensils. The manager was too busy walking around trying to sell holiday discount coupons, rather than making sure customers were being taken care of. Not to mention the waitress totally got my wife's order incorrect. Needless to say we will not return to this restaurant. If you are looking for a frustrating free dining experience, then DO NOT visit this restaurant.

So we ordered our food and never got offered this promotion offer. Now from what I understand if they don't offer it too you when you sit than your appetizer is free for that meal and if they don't offer it before you leave than it's free Mozzarella sticks before you leave. We were about to leave and brought it up to the waiter and she said "oh I was about to offer it, so unfortunately since I was about to offer it. it doesn't count" so we didn't get a free appetizer!!! Biggest gimmick ever!!! I spent 86.29. and that's the thanks I get ??? Not again.

I ordered 4 french onion soups and brought them home. They were horrible. No broth and no cheese. Called to complain and they said they would remake them. This is how you remake soup? More horrible than the last. She told me to put the together that it would equal one. That's not how you make French onion soup. HORRIBLE

Me and my husband came here to celebrate out 10 year anniversary. When we got a table it was very sticky like it wasn't cleaned at all.We ordered our drinks and appetizers (I ordered a water in addition to my drinks). Four different times I had to ask about the water. The 4th time asking for the water the waitress sounded annoyed and stated that it was coming. About 45 minutes later we got the appetizers, which were just ok. When we got our food I cut into my steak, which was supposed to be a little pink, and there was no pink. I tried the potatoes and they were cold. When I flipped over the steak it was burnt and dry on the one side. The burnt side was literally face down like they were trying to hide the fact that it was burnt. My husband has to work early tomorrow so I just asked for it taken off my bill because I did not want to wait any longer. I was very disappointed and do not recommend. I would also like to add that my husband woke up today with food poisoning.

My husband and I were in for lunch after a day of shopping. We are from Ontario and we were absolutely floored by the level of service. We had the most wonderful server(I think her name was Nyce). She was attentive and on top of everything. Such an amazing dining experience. When we come back for another day of shopping we will definitely be visiting this establishment again. One of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time☺️☺️

My server Shauna was amazing and a really knowledgeable about her job, she gave me the customer service the way it’s supposed to be, I wish more people were like her, she’s AMAZING!!!

Came here for dinner , the server was absolutely terrible . On the tables it states free drinks if the feature cocktails aren't featured. The server didn't even know the cocktail , walked off and then came back and just suggested something . The food was some of the worst food I've eaten. I got the 3 cheese mac and cheese / honey chicken . It literally tasted like someone took a dump on the plate. It tasted like pasta dumped in honey water . I returned the meal , he literally didn't even apologize or ask if I want a replacement , literally walked away and had to process his thoughts , came back and then said can I get you sometging else . He messed up the bill and took of 12 bucks than the cost of the whole meal . Never again , biggest joke ever . This server needs to go .

I had DoorDash bring a steak meal. Steak was burnt. Caesar salad had 3 croutons and 2 shreds of cheese on old brown lettuce. Gotta admit that the mashed potatoes were delicious. Very disappointing!

This location never disappoints. Always good food and good service. Great selection of food and drinks and servers are very friendly.

I recommend the wanton chicken tacos!Visited this location today with the family. Service was average, but consistently good. The environment was quiet and outdated, but it looked to be cleaner than most places; Except for the sticky table. I had the bourbon chicken with shrimp, which was good, but I would not get it again.

Walked in and walked out 20 minutes later. A complete and utter waste of my time. I have been to this location many times in the past and have never had a bad experience until tonight. We went in around 7PM and were told there was going to be a wait but not notified of how long - about 5 minutes later another group came in and was notified that it was going to be 45 minutes for them to get a table. Optically the restaurant did not look busy there were plenty of clean empty tables available yet there was a wait. There were 3 parties ahead of us in the queue all of which were waiting for additional people to join them and the hostesses were refusing to sit them at a table saying that they could not sit the parties until all members of their group had arrived. Any other establishment who cares about guest experience would have sat those parties and let them at least get started with drinks or something while they waited but apparently that isn't a thing here. Our party had 3 people all of which who were there together and yet there was no offer of table made yet once again any other establishment would have taken the smaller party to a table if larger ones were not yet available. The hostesses clearly lacked training because rather than give any explanation every party that walked in was essentially told it will be 45 minutes for a table. We watched multiple parties ask why there was a wait when about half of the tables in the restaurant were clean and empty and their questions were ignored. I witnessed a walk-in party ask about a table on the opposite side of the restaurant and the hostess actually had the audacity to say there's none available yet as mentioned half of the restaurant was empty. I'm normally not the type of person to leave a bad review but this is the by far the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant whatsoever. I have worked in numerous restaurants in the past and the way the hostesses dealt with guests was completely unacceptable - in any other establishment they would have been fired for turning away guests. No restaurant should be telling guests it's a 45 minute wait for table when they have clean tables available - they should be filling those seats and servers should be at a minimum starting them off with drinks. Rather the hostesses eventually started to blame the kitchen for the delay stating that they just had a rush and the kitchen couldn't keep up. Either way there is no excuse to leave guests waiting to be seated when there are empty tables because the "kitchen is behind". Needless to say, we will not be back. The service the hostesses provided was subpar and their communication skills were highly lacking. When the hostesses were questioned they avoided any questions and placed blame on the kitchen. With poor service at the door it's a surprise anyone wants to give this establishment any of their hard earned money. Not to mention the hostesses effectively made their server counterparts lose out on any extra money by continuously blaming the kitchen and having parties walk out of the restaurant. Don't waste your time there are plenty of other places to go that provide better service.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, but we were waiting 45 minutes for our food to come out. They weren't overly busy, our waitress was not as attentive as she could have been, and we had to keep sending things back and correcting the orders because she was not paying attention. Great restaurant under normal circumstances, but the waitress was scattered and disorganized.

I just had my wisdom teeth taken out a couple of days before dining here and the staff was so sweet to me and worked with me to create a meal that I was able to enjoy! They continued to check on me constantly to see if I needed anything else throughout my meal and it was really appreciated!

I rarely leave reviews, but felt that it was necessary to give some positive feedback to the workers at our local Applebees!! We were served by the bar tender Angela. She was super fantastic and was working at mega speed to make everyone their drinks while maintaining her professionalism and ensuring everyone was having a great experience. It is such a great atmosphere, we will certainly be back! Kudos to Todd for managing such a great team.

Fast and friendly service. Food was tasty. Good value for money.

Fast service, manager was very nice and stopped by a few times to check in and grab plates. He was training new people too and was very patient. Food was good but a bit salty. They cooked my steak to a well done instead of the medium rare I asked for, but it was fine and not worth returning. The Halloween drinks are really fun though and cheap and highly recommended the zombie one!

The Manager was very welcoming to the place, staff are very helpful. As always the food was great

Well located, good was ok, I liked the chicken with shrimp. My husband tried the sirloin and my daughter the mac and cheese with sweet chicken. Good lunch offers

Pre covid Applebee's was a good place for a late night pint and snack. Unfortunately the after 9pm deals aren't nearly as good as they used to be. Cheaper in Canada tbh.

One of the reasons why I love going to Niagara Falls, Buffalo. Love Applebee's.

There was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't very long. We had a good waitress and the food was awesome. You can't go wrong with ribs at Applebee's!

Food was OK, and the reason I'm giving them 3 stars. The service was lacking. While our server was friendly, it felt like we were a bother... while taking our order, another server called her from across the bar to say she got a big tip... which took out server's attention away from the customer (and, maybe why order was wrong) not a big deal, but again, it was like our table was in the way of the servers social time. There are plenty of other examples, from forgetting to bring cutlery, to not taking our order properly (asked for no onions in my burger) to walking away while we were still talking to her (she blamed the speaker was too close to her head, but then turn it down or don't sit people there). We were a table of 5, so expensive enough to deserve a better experience. We like Applebee's as a chain, but likely won't visit this one again.

Nice service manager was really nice even though we went little before they close it but the Host was kind of Rude and waiter was nice he was great. Otherwise good was good.
