    Customer service is awful and horrible. The cashier was extremely rude. It was 9:24pm and she asked us to leave the dining room because they were cleaning but the store closes at 10pm. Not coming back at all to this Chipotle. The cashier and another girl that was taking online orders both of them were taking turns asking us to leave the dining room. We left at 9:47pm and the front door was already closed and I let the girl that was taking online orders When leaving the restaurant I let the girl know softly that she was rude (to the online girl) and then the cashier came back after closing the front door and reopened and yelled at us that I was rudder. I don’t know how you can employed people like them. I’d fire both of them.

    I have ordered a TOGO order for me and my daughter. Its an app order and we order the same bowls always from the app. Upon pick up and when I opened the bowl from my daughters plate, it was so lite, the bowl was half empty vs what was served in other locations. I have returned to the pick up counter and some rude red head had the nerve to say the food must have settled when you were driving. LoL I just picked up the food and started to eat it outside. The plate had almost no chicken, handful of veggies, it was a disater. My plate had the same issue. Will not be back to this location ever. The picture was taken as soon as I opened the bowl. Shame on you Chipotle. Poor managemnt of this location.

    My family ordered 3 burrito bowls. One had cheese when we didn't want cheese on one. Only 2 spoons for 3 burrito bowls. Waited for 20 minutes on pre-ordered and paid food. Extra ingredients we're definitely not added even though we asked for them. We deserve gift cards or something

    Customer service sucks. Very rude cashier. It was 9:20 and they asks us to leave the dining room because they were cleaning but the store closes at 10:00. Not coming back to this Chipotle. The cashier was very rude and the other girl that was with her was the same. When leaving the restaurant I let the online girl know that they were rude and then the cashier came back after closing the front door and reopened and yelled at us that I was rudder. I don’t know how you employed people like them.

    This location is always dirty. I thought maybe it was just an off couple times…but literally have never seen it clean. Bathroom is usually “closed to the public”…tables all have remnants of the previous occupants. Floor is a mess. It’s a busy place…I get it! But there is normally a lot of staff. They do not often operate like other locations and have a couple people working on making the burritos. Often it is one poor soul doing it all and one other processing payments. The usual standard is one person starts and adds your protein and then passes off the the next person to add toppings and wrap it…this frees them to get to the next person. But here you stand and watch one person go down the line doing it all. This may be why there are always line ups. Also, why do you NEVER have the fajita veggies?!! Every other location does. You’re always “out”. Being it’s a chain you would expect some consistency. It’s clearly a poorly managed location. Usually I can handle it…today the food matched the entire experience. A mess! Hard dry crunchy chicken and wilted lettuce. Yum! 🙄. Honestly it’s worth the 20 minute drive to Buffalo where the locations are clean and well stocked.

    The workers and their manager is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I have been there twice and had a bad service experience. They’re the worst go to Amherst for much better experience.

    Place is disgusting. Garbages were overflowing. Just a mess. I ordered burrito bowl. They were out of lettuce, tomatoes salsa, cheese, etc. Picture shows the trash I got, and was told I couldn't get a refund. Sickening

    This was by far the worst service ever and the food counter was disgusting. Food everywhere the quacamolie was black and she was going to serve it to me I was shocked. Then while putting the silver lids on the bowls she got food all over the tops not even whipping it off before handing it to us. The girl who served us was so rude had no personality and never spoke a word to us. There was food all over the floor in both the kitchen and the dinning area as well as dirty tables. Just a terrible Unwelcoming environment so dissatisfied and disappointing to say the least. I will not go back at again.

    Ordered via the app. Bowls were half empty. Kids tacos had two veggies and half of the cheese was missing. When I showed the manager, he replied, "what is the problem?" No one was apologetic - instead they were rude and treated me as if I was the problem. Chip bag had 8 chips in it. Garbages were overflowing, tables were a mess. And to boot, our food was cold. Never had a problem before ordering at the counter, but ordering on the app was terrible!

    Food was lukewarm and sloppy. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and acted as if you were a bother. Been like that the last 2 times but the food used to be so good that we kept hoping it would "be better" this time. We're done for good now. Never again

    I live nearby so I'm here every couple of months. I've been to many other chipotle stores and none compare, this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Matter of fact, the only bad experience I've ever had has been at this store. If they're not out of something (often) they're understaffed and or no motivation to speed up. Today was it however, a salad with barely a handful of wilted lettuce, no beans as ordered, about tablespoon of rice, and a few and I mean FEW chunks of obviously BURNT chicken. Add the other topping and the brown wasn't even half full. The last $ I'll ever spend here.

    Every time I come here, the workers prove to me why I never want to come back. Girl at the register was unbelievably rude ON PURPOSE. When my app says that my bagged food is on the shelf ready, I thought that meant it would be on the shelf ready. I waited until I got this notification since I had my dog in the car with me. My bag was not on the shelf ready but it was next to the register ready. The girl working the register couldn't extend her arm to hand it to me because "She's not working the mobile orders" even though she confirmed that it was ready. She told me that the gentleman who was busy making two bowls would hand it to me in a second. 😅😅😅 Great customer service I must say!

    Pros: Food tasted great and was made exactly to my liking. Cons: The prep counter was pretty filthy. It looked like it had not been wiped down in quite some time. They were sold out of quite a few items but that did not impact my order and they told me about their shortage upfront. The server girl who made my meal was friendly but the cook was quite rude to her and told the girl to “shut her ass” when she asked for more chicken. It was shocking to see that kind of behaviour being displayed… let alone in front of customers. That cook would not be working for me if that was my restaurant.

    The food is good, when they don't run out. The lines are atrocious! It seems like there is no 'hurry up' in most of the employees. Wait times have been 35+ minutes on average, and that's just for the mobile order pickup, I can only imagine having to wait in that order line! They usually don't restock the area that holds forks and sauces, so trying to get back up to the cashier is another task in itself! In my opinion, they need a better managed team. If someone has to leave a spot on the production line to fill a couple bags of chips for customers, everything comes to a stand still and it gets all backed up, and they can't seem to get the rhythm back, it just all goes downhill even further. Also, Most of the employees seem nice, others look like they would rather be somewhere else and you're bothering them. Unless you have a serious craving for their food & have at least an hour to spare, I would avoid this place, but, that's just my personal opinion. 👍

    The cashier was very rude. They should tell customer before they serve that the dinning is close so we can decide if I want to eat there. They told me I was closed after I paid and it was only 9:30. They were asking customers to leave while they were eating. Don't go here after 9pm because will throw you out. I was with family visiting from out of state and they experienced this awful service. Not coming here again.

    Worst service ever. Waited in line 25 minutes to order, then after I order for my family when I order for my self a quesadilla they told me they can’t because is online only. They should have a sing saying is online only and not have people wait for half an hour and order for their family for then to say sorry you cannot order your quesadilla here online only.

    I travel around western ny for work and yesterday 11/7/21 I decided to give the chipotle in Niagara falls ny a try. Let me back up a little bit first, a couple weeks ago on 10/29/21 I ordered online at the chipotle located at Webster Towne Center927 Holt RdWebster, NY 14580 and was given a pickup time of 8:10pm, unfortunately I ended wasting most of my lunch break waiting until almost 8:30 when I finally received my order, and once again I lost most of my lunch break waiting for my order at the Niagara Falls 1785 Military Rd Niagara Falls, NY 14304 location which said my order will be ready at 5:50pm and it was after 6:00pm when I received it. I can understand being super busy but what is the point of giving a pick up time if your not gonna atleast come close to it? Wouldn't it be a good idea to provide a couple minutes window to the online customers instead of giving a time that isn't realistic? Needless to say that even though I enjoy chipotle I can't afford to continue wasting my lunch breaks waiting for my food that isn't ready at the promised time.

    We haven't had Chipotle in over a year because our last visit was no so pleasant. I ordered a chicken burrito and my wife ordered a chicken bowl. My burrito was very bland and the chicken was scarce, and my wife find a long hair mixed in her burrito bowl. This caused my wife to throw her dinner away. We had ordered our order for pickup which was 15 minutes late, what's the purpose of picking a time if you can't keep that time?

    Waited for 10 mins for someone to finally get to the buffet to take the next order HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER HAVE I WAITED SO LONG HERE BEFORE I remember when the line would be all the way out the door and around the corner and you would be in and out in under 10 minutes now you wait 10 minutes just for an employee to take the next order with a line all the way to the door it took 25 mins to get in an out

    To start with, the lady who was serving the food was so impatient and had zero cleanliness. She was cleaning the food from the table, with the same hands was serving the food. She wasn't paying any attention to my request. Will give zero star for this particular location very very bad behavior from the lady. This is my first time seeing this type of response from the Chipotle chain.

    15 people ahead of us who said they’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting for chicken and steak to be cooked.. mind you this is a popular location beside the border then another 15 minutes later we get to the front for them to tell us they’re out of veggies, brown rice, sour cream and lettuce.. then to top it off the portions are horrible and the staff serving are ignorant and filled with attitude.

    The foreign lady at this location was extremely rude and pushy. When there's three people in the building, there is literally no need to rush. Another employee went to grab something for me and she was literally shoving my food down the line and telling me to hurry up.

    90% of the time it's really good and 0 complaints. Mobile Orders are behind the counter to the left. Everyone is super nice. The last time I ordered though, my bowl was so skimpy I thought someone was gonna tell it to put a sweater on. Other than that, this is a pretty good and consistent location.

    May 14th @ military road location. Waited ~45min in line & finally got to the counter to order and they said "we're closed, no more orders." This was at 7:45pm, with lobby hours clearly posted till 8pm. I waited patiently to speak to the manager, and their reason was "we're short staffed." That is probably true, and all your employees are working hard. That's why no one complained about waiting in line for 45min. The issue is you didn't remain open until your posted time, for the people that waited since 7pm, you just told to leave, "you're not going to serve them." The employee said "I'm just doing what my manger is telling me." Which is good, but that manager needs to be trained better then or you're going to lose more customers. I know about that 20 left tonight, and might not come back.

    Great fresh veggies and salsa. All of the meat is really good even when they change one up. If I order offline my food is always done and waiting for me at the time I set. I took 1 star for atmosphere simply because it's always so busy in there and it's a small space. As far as service 3 stars because I have had missing items before. More than once a burrito or chips and queso have not been in the bag when i preorder.

    First time trying it. Was surprised at how big the servings were. We ordered the 3 chicken soft tacos and could only eat two. The salsa was bland but the guacamole was good. Wish the music wasn't blaring.

    The wait can be very long throughout the day but I believe it's worth it. Great food and friendly workers. Prices are reasonable for the time we live in but definitely aren't low. Expect to pay $15~ per person.

    WORST EXPERIENCE YET. If you see Anaja working you might as well walk out. The rudest employee I’ve ever had take care of me. When i was cashing out, i tried swiping my gift card and she snatched it out of my hand. Every customer after me said how rude she was when cashing them out. If you’re that miserable opening at 10:45 then perhaps you should find a different job. Thankfully, Lucas was so kind in preparing my food or else i would have had a worse experience.

    This is by far the worst managed Chipotle in the entire US. Restaurant is filthy frontvyo back. I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen area looks like. Chips are ALWAYS stale. Food temp is always Luke warm. The portions compared to all other locations is about half. The employees never look like they know what they are doing. None of them are happy to be there. The line always moves at a snails pace because nothing is ever ready to be assembled. Just an abomination of Chipotle’s standards. This place should just close. I won’t be going back.
