This location is the BEST in the Buffalo NY area. They have menu items you won't find at the other locations. Food is always fresh and hot!! I suggest taking the drive to Niagara Falls to eat here.

Ordered from here through doordash. I ordered the chicken platter and paid extra for beef. I receive the order and the chicken is missing. My partner ordered a chicken pita wrap and the wrap fell apart and some of the requested toppings was missing. I received some credit from door dash but called the restaurant and spoke with someone claiming to be a manager. This "manager" is totally lacking empathy. She jumped right away to telling me to work with door dash. I told her I will work with door dash but wanted to talk to her because door dash didn't make the food and her employees did. Her tone and attitude told me she didn't care. I received no apology. No empathy at all. Again, door dash didn't make the food. They may be responsible for reimbursing me but they are not responsible for teaching pita gormet employees how to read English and they are also not responsible for hiring "managers" who exhibit the very basic trait of empathy. You need empathy as a manager especially when working with the public

Large portions for the prices, food is really good. Dressing is amazing. Tzatziki has way to much garlic or whatever is super strong tasting in the sauce. Like a sharp taste

Not pleased whatsoever with this location anymore. I payed $14+ for less than half of what I use to get. This is beyond unacceptable, especially for a regular customer. From now on, if I want Pita gourmet, I'll drive a good 45+ minutes to go to the other one.

My niece ordered the falafel dish it was so bad not done from inside and burned from outside went back to change it they only fried it more made it so hard to eat she throw it in the garbage waist of $14 never again

13 dollars for a filling meal (I had the open with falafel and rice) Taste was decent, slightly on the spicy side No napkins were put in my bag, so I had to go back and get them myself, slightly inconvenient Overall I would say it's worth trying

This has been my go-to for quick Greek near me for years but the last 2 visits I really don't need a cashier with a bad attitude and old dry chicken. If I'm going to pay more for food these days then I'm not paying for stuff like this sorry to say.

ASHLEY, the front end manager, is amazing. When she works, my order is fresh and delicious. This is my fav restaurant and thier chicken soulvaki is the best. Please come and eat here.

Really really really amazing food. Tried the Vegetarian Falafel Wrap. It was mind blowing!! Very very nice service with a happy & smiling staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in the vicinity to try this place.

Food is really good, IF they make it right. We order delivery a LOT at the hospital, but 9 out of ten times we have problems... no dressing on salad, no feta cheese, cold fries, forgotten pitas, things made wrong. It's become such an issue with this place that most of us will no longer order from here.

The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. This open face chicken with salad was delicious !

Pretty good food, I would recommend it. It cost about $20 for two people. They have a decent amount of options and the service was really fast. The customer service was fairly nice and my food was really good. I wouldn’t particularly say it was authentic or anything but this is a Mall ,so your expectations can’t be too high

Weird experience bad food, waited almost half hour for chicken cooked by a fat guy in shorts why is he wearing shorts in the winter when everyone else is fully clothed in their outfit? Anyway who's horrible services whatever but really gets me is the fat guy in shorts. Not very professional.

Great service and overall the food is very tasty and fresh. The Gyro meat needed to be grilled a bit, but was still delicious. I felt the falafel were a little too salty and over priced at a dollar a piece. I have made them from scratch a few times and they're pretty inexpensive to make. The stuffed Grape leaves were excellent! I will be returning there everytime I shop at the Outlet.

I'm so sad that this place only has two locations and they are both too far from me! They make fresh food fast and accommodate food allergies. They are reasonably priced and you can buy their sauces in large quantities. Iwill always eat here when I have a chance!

Good place for a quick bite and some options for vegetarian or vegans. I tend to avoid their salad dressings as they're high in salt for my liking. Salad bar is kept tidy and clean and most importantly it tastes fresh - relatively healthy option considering what's available in this food court. Staff are helpful and friendly too. Would recommend if you're stuck for options!

Terrible. Took the 1) The Tour 2) Breads and Dips. Below average. The Baba Ghanoush and Tabbouleh weren’t fresh enough, the hummus wasn’t flavorsome either. The dips were pretty basic as well.

This place used to be palatable but it has gone downhill. They served overcooked falafel sand balls that were so burnt they tasted like Texas BBQ and the pita pocket was torn in so many places I had to dump it out on a plate and use the pita like Indian roti and pick up the vegetables and burnt falafel with it. The "wrap" is made with bread that is too thick yet too small. I don't think I'll eat here ever again.

Very disappointed in pita lately. I went on Sunday and their fryers and grill were off so I left. Went again today and they closed 30 minutes before 7pm, right after I called them and asked if their fryers were on this time to get the falafel and they told me yes. This location used to be really good but with new staff it’s really gone downhill and have become very unfriendly.
