Wait time was a little on the long side, but once you order, it comes pretty quick. The interior also felt a bit underwhelming.. The food, on the other hand was delicious, as a family agreement. I had the (HUGE) B.L.T., and it was very tasty and filling. And the fries were very close to, if not, perfect.

This place does what a burger should do: be something everyone can enjoy. It is located in Seneca Casino and to the left when you are in it. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who asked us for our order. Our meal total came out to 52.32, a perfectly fine total for the great food we ate. My kid could also eat there too even though it was a casino. Unlike my experiences at the casino, we had a lucky time. It was fast, about 10 minutes, give or take 2 minutes. We looked at the fries and saw pure beauty. Fries like these keep me alive. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the burgers were just as good. Well done, not any of the hippie stuff you call "Medium rare" and a nice crust made a perfect patty. The toppings weren't special, but the barbecue sauce needs to be bottled. It left my mouth watering when I went out the casino. You will only see 7s when you go here and a must-eat in Power City.

I am not one to leave reviews often but I felt compelled after having what was the worst meal of my life. This restaurant was an absolute train wreck. Starting with the cashier taking our order with sunglasses on and slurred speech I knew it was gonna be tough. We all got burgers or tenders. The most flavor on my burger was from the 3 day old iceberg lettuce. Everything else was cardboard mush and an embarrassment to decent food. But hey! At least they were open.

The lady that takes the order was slightly rude and unfriendly, she was rushing us to place our order, very loud and impatient. (Yes she's the black lady) and I am also a black woman so race is not the issue here she was just flat out rude. I ordered take out when my food was ready it was on a tray to dine in, long story short ended up getting food to go, and my food was fresh and hot.

July 2023 update: Super friendly staff working here. We ordered the loaded fries and a 1/4 burger which came with fries. Really good value for what you get here. Wow. What a great place at the casino. The food was fast and tasted great. I would recommend the Garlic French Fries, super crispy, fresh with lots of fresh grated cheese on top. The manager was working really hard to ensure things were running well, he was even emptying the trash himself to ensure his staff didn't have to stop serving customers - what a great leader. The bar was hopping and had a cool vibe.

Watch out for the the extra $1 charge for cheese on the black bean burgers. This is not mentioned on the menu and when confronted the staff said "Oh well they are not going to update the menu to show the surcharge." They had no problem updating the menu in terms of raising the beer price however.

Pretty good burgers. The quality exceeded my initial expectations. They have a variety to choose from or you can build your own. The reason I took a star off is because of the level of customer service. There was one customer ahead of me being helped and I was next, about 10 feet behind the cashier were 4 employees chatting...it took 5 minutes for one of them to come to another register to help me, and that was only because 3-4 people had now been in the line behind me... not really cool and the manager was one of the chatting people. The cashier was lacking life and personality, she seemed like she was in a trance. The burger combo also cost $18, a bit excessive for a casino and is more than airport prices, which I'm used to.

Nice burger / sandwich shop in the Seneca Casino. Custom order your sandwich or burger or order something from the menu! One of us got a custom grilled chicken sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, I got an Italian sub- both where good! Fries were nice and hot and service was great! Food arrived quickly! Definitely worth the trip. We went for lunch, bypassed the casino, and would definitely go again. Free drink refills were a nice touch too. 2 lunch combo was about $32 USD

The food here was okay but a mess. The burger was so soggy that it fell apart less than halfway through. The beef on weck was dry and the bun practically seedless. This was the only thing open in the area in off season so we are thankful for that but would not recommend it.

We had a group of five people. Never eaten here before or heard of the place. We were going to do the buffet but they only got a 2.4 star so we checked out the Blues Burger Bar. So excited that we did because we all ordered something different and it all came up fresh hot to order. We were all very pleased the burgers were perfectly done. I got the Texas Hold'em. It was phenomenal. I wish I had taken pictures before we ate. W had the burgers, BLT and pulled pork. The fries were also hot fresh crisp on the outside soft on the inside. Reasonably priced. Our group of 5 ate for less than $100. Staff was friendly. Definitely eat here again when we come back.

Starting with chicken tenders, burger, and two drinks comes to $40. The price is a bit steep, but the burger defended the price: a nice thick piece of meat, not greasy, lettuce was fresh but shredded. The tenders were also surprisingly bomb, although they were greasy.

Comparable to burgers in other restaurants nearby, this joint is very good. There is no table service, but for the prices, no complaints. They offer gluten-free buns, and the chili is too. But, no other sides like fries because they are made in a fryer with other gluten items. The atmosphere is nice and it's ok for families. There is a bar, but no one under 21 can enter, and it is divided from the eating area. The only odd thing was that their bathroom was outside of the restaurant. But, it is still inside the location.

Fried Mac n cheese burger is amazing!!!! Loaded fried are good too. You order at the door and then find a table and pick up your food when your pager goes off. The only issues were that we couldn't find a clean table to sit at and there was no place to wash our hands. After using touch screen to pay, I really would have like hand sanitizer or a bathroom.

With your restaurant claiming "The best burger you've ever eaten," I was expecting to be blown away, I was not. Don't get me wrong, the burger itself was cooked excellent and the quality of meat tasted great. But it was certainly not the best burger I have eaten. It tastes comparable to similarpriced burger places, even chains. At $20 per person with fries and a drink it's also pretty steep for the embarrassing amount of topping they give you. The cashier was very nice and professional given the near constant line this place has and the food came out quickly so excellent job to the staff.

Ordered a medium burger with onion rings got no onion rings but was charged for a full side and a well done burger. Wanted an adult order of chicken fingers with fries they charged me a $2 sub onion ring on that but at least i got them. I got 3 of the smallest chicken fingers I have ever seen it was not even enough for my 2 year old to eat. I used get the same order a year ago and it was much larger portions and better quality. I spent over $40 total.

Not a sit down and order restaurant but great food around lunchtime. I ordered a half chicken fingers/fries and a drink which was $10, my boyfriend ordered a burger combo that was $17 with drink.

Pretty decent burger and prices considering it's inside the Seneca casino. The burgers are a 1/2 lb. and lots of toppings to choose from.

I recently came here for a fish fry. The food was delicious and fried just the way I like it. The customer service was excellent and the food was prepared quickly. I will be back.

Garbage. Cole slaw tasted like dirty socks. Sister's sweet potato fries tasted like my fish. Tartar sauce was way too sweet. The fish looked fine, but was dry. I think the sweet potato fries tasted more like fish than the fish did. Service was bad. I kind of wanted to walk away. I ordered the fish and was instantly asked, "anything else?" I commented about a drink, "anything else?" and I asked about desert, but I guess too quietly because they already said the total cost. Really wasn't welcoming. I guess that's what you get in a casino? Just way not good. Please go anywhere else.

Looked better than it tasted. It was okay, not our first choice of restaurants, but the other had a one hour wait at least. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The garlic fries weren't cooked as much as I requested and was on the receipt and I couldn't taste any garlic. The Philly was cooked to order but it just wasn't anything to brag about. My husband enjoyed his burger but said the milkshake was the best part of the meal. Super-loud. Overpriced casino food. Personally, I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Pretty good burgers. Little on the greasy side. More of a fast food type with a sit down restaurant feel. $18 for burger fries and fountain drink. It was clean and the staff were ok. Not over friendly but not rude. Went about 8pm on Friday found it to be busy but not crowded.

Amazing Food! Prices are very reasonable, the portions are large, and the quality is too notch. Got a fresh ground 1/2lb burger for $12, with whatever toppings I wanted. The loaded fries are spectacular, the philly is fully loaded. Overall amazing experience

Service was slow even though it wasn't that busy. Tried to order ahead by phone but was told they weren't doing phone orders because due to high volume. There were maybe a half-dozen tables already occupied and I was fifth in line to order when I walked up. Looked to be plenty of staff; not sure what the issue was. Food was really good and I would have given 4 stars, but they put onions on my meatball sub instead of the mushrooms I asked for. It was still really good, but my wife is allergic to onion, so we had to be careful and keep our food separate

Ordered burgers medium came out burnt. Missing fries with the combos. Definitely not worth paying 72 for this. Won’t be back

It was overall a pleasant experience. My family and I were pleased with food! Surprisingly enough they did also offer a small selection of bottled beers. I was not a fan of the no touch dispensers for condiments, they were quite slow. The lack of service they had in the dinning area was sad, but was stated in the beginning there was low staff.. so not complaining about that. The scenery inside was awesome and the food portions were big. Pricey but worth it ! 🤙🏻

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, fries and a vanilla milkshake. I wish there had been more bbq sauce on the meat. Asked for the slaw on the side, but found it on my sandwich instead. Not a deal breaker, just not what I asked for. Vanilla milkshake was my favorite part of this dinner, but didn't really compensate for the price.. but hey, what can you expect from a casino restaurant?

It'll run you at least $20 for a burger meal. Made to order. Very delicious. Staff was great.

Burgers and sandwiches are always good. Service has always been pleasant. My only negative is over the years the boxes, cups etc seem to get cheaper and cheaper quality and kind of makes the experience more like a food stand at a fair rather than a restaurant in the casino.

The restaurant is clean, organized with covid safe precautions. The food was made to order with good flavor. The cashier was friendly and patient with our large order.

Very reasonably priced. Food is excellent. Fries always fresh. Order comes out very quickly. I made the mistake of ordering a double burger not knowing how massive the patties were (that's a compliment). I wish we had a burger joint like that here. Wings were also excellent as well as the chicken strip. Very well priced menu. The bar was much better than the casino bar as you get real beer glasses and not plastic cups. Bartenders were very friendly and made great mixed drinks.
