Taking
friends
to
Niagara
Falls
for
their
first
time
ever
is
always
a
treat
-
for
them,
of
course,
and
for
me
to
see
the
awe
in
their
expressions
at
the
sheer
majesty
of
the
falls.
Of
course,
when
you
see
something
as
awesome
and
unique
as
the
falls,
you've
gotta
have
a
meal
experience
to
match.
It
doesn't
get
much
more
unique
than
dining
in
a
jungle
forest,
surrounded
by
wild
beasts.
Rainforest
Cafe
is
definitely
unique.
The
ladies
shared
a
Pastalaya
Pasta
(Shrimp,
sautéed
chicken,
bell
peppers,
onions,
tomatoes,
andouille
sausage,
hot
&
spicy
Cajun
sauce,
linguini),
while
I
had
the
Fish-n-Chips
(Served
English
style
with
two
pieces
of
beer
battered
cod
fish
with
jungle
fries
and
coleslaw).
The
portions
for
both
dishes
were
very
generous,
more
than
enough
for
sharing
,
and
more
than
enough
for
the
three
of
us.
The
pasta
dish
had
great
flavour
while
the
fish
was
perfectly
battered
and
cooked.
We
all
enjoyed
the
food!
The
service
was
also
very
good,
from
being
greeted
to
leaving,
we
were
well
taken
care
of.
As
expected
though,
prices
were
a
bit
on
the
high
side,
typical
of
all
the
restaurants
in
the
area.
As
much
as
we
enjoyed
our
meal,
it
wasn't
all
perfect.
It
was
a
bit
dark
in
the
restaurant.
I
understand
that
the
low
lighting
sets
the
mood
for
the
rainforest
theme,
complete
with
simulated
thunder
and
rain
but
it
was
a
bit
difficult
to
read
the
menu.
The
table
next
to
us
had
to
use
the
flashlight
on
their
cell
phones
to
see.
If
you're
looking
for
a
unique
dining
experience,
Check
out
Rainforest
Cafe.
Bring
a
flashlight.
