    Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The food presentation was great as well. The service was hit and miss. Our server neglected our table, other servers were being very nice and attentive. We were never asked how we were doing until I asked for the check (which I had to hunt down myself). Everyone was nice, however, customer service is quite clearly not a priority. I would not recommend this place if there is another option. Convenient location since it is inside the hotel, but be prepared to sit there for a long period of time to even be asked what beverages you would like..

    This is my favorite food place I've ever went to Niagara Falls. The food was so good and had so much flavor, and the service was amazing and so attentive with drink refills. We got so much food thinking we were going to finish it all, but we couldn't so we took it with us. The appetizer was crab dip. I also got the lobster mac and cheese. The outside area is a must you get a view since it's on the second floor and you have a fireplace to look at with your loved one.

    For the price of the food, I was expecting it to be better. My steak had no flavor and my food was cold. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant so I'm confused on how mybfood came out cold. They also used to give you bread now you have to pay for it. I do not think I'll be returning.

    Would not recommend dining here. We had a reservation and waiting 15 minutes for a host to come. She never did. The bartender said he didn’t know where she was and he took us to a table. After sitting at our table for a half hour, we get a phone call from the host asking us if we were planning on coming or should they cancel our reservation. Our waitress was ok. She seemed new. Wasn’t very knowledgeable. My husband and I both ordered a martini. They were brought out in wine glasses no big deal but it seemed like we did not receive the same amount that we would have if we had the correct glass. I like my filet to be brown all the way through. Well done. So I know how to order it to make sure I have exactly what I want since I’m paying a large amount for my meal. I told them well done and butterflied. When I received it, it was medium. I sent it back and the picture below is how I received it. Still pink. I told her again and she picked up my plate to throw it away with all the other plates and said that they could remove our drinks from our bill. Really? My steak is what I didn’t eat and you want to remove my drink. I told her to leave my steak, I would take it home to cook it right. I would not recommend anyone to go there and spend that much money. It is not a nice, night out. And having to pay $4 for 3 pieces of bread is absolutely ridiculous. It is free everywhere else.

    Came to this restaurant to celebrate my one year anniversary on our trip to Niagara Falls NY. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Dana was our waitress and she was quite attentive to our needs and gave the best advice on food and drink options. She helped make our experience enjoyable. This was a great ending to a wonderful vacation.

    They try to rip you off & see what they can get away with. We stayed at the hotel (lovely) so we went down to the bar for a beer before dinner. Bartender mentioned happy hour was until 7. My husband ordered a second beer at 6:50. We got the bill at 7:01 and the second beer wasn't listed at happy hour price. Bartender said it was "time locked" and he couldn't change the price. I knew for a fact we ordered well before happy hour ended. After an eye roll he eventually gave us the happy hour pricing that we were entitled to. Felt very scammy like they do that all the time. Not letting that sour our experience, we returned for dinner. Husband ordered a steak with a lobster tail as an accompaniment. The bill came and we were floored. The steak was $47 and the lobster tail was $55 - that's the price of an entire lobster dinner meal 😂 unbelievable. Everywhere else you're looking at maybe $20. Again, it was the same rude bartender who could care less. I would advise against eating or dining here, but if you have no other choice, check prices before you order and double check your bills before you pay.

    I’m not one to dress up to go to a fancy place to eat. Nor am I one to constantly spend a large amount of money to eat. However, I had that craving for a decent steak and decided to spoil myself. Our waitress was fantastic! Upon her suggestion I ordered the bourbon & filet flight. The food presentation was perfect for each item ordered. Each filet was cooked differently & paired with a different bourbon. With each bite and sip, all I could keep saying is wow! I kept saying wow while eating the loaded mashed potatoes and until I finished the peanut butter dream pie for dessert.

    Def will come back again when in area. Though its lovated inside a hotel (Double Tree), it was a higher end restaurant. Salad came with a maple vinegrette that was sweet and delicious. Bacon jam burger had a tomato bacon jam on it that was delicious - though med well came out a tad well done it still had great flavor. Hubs had pasta seafood that was served in a creamy cognac sauce. He said it was very delicious. We both walked away overstuffed from our meals. Sandy, our waitress. Was fantastic making suggestions and very attentive.

    My wife and I ate here for our Anniversary and it was absolutely amazing! The food and service was excellent! A really great atmosphere too. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely dine here!

    Mother's Day Brunch with Family and Friends. My Granddaughter Mikala Highsmith is the Pastry Chef and the food was delicious.The presentation was awesome and the hospitality was excellent. My hat off too the Staff Chef Brandon you did it again looking forward for the next outing.

    The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating our 25 year anniversary. Staff was friendly and our server was great. We ordered the filet and bourbon flight (to share) with the mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was a great evening capped off with the cheesecake.

    We had the absolute best experience this past Sunday. We were seated right away and waited on by Jake. He was AMAZING. Not only did we receive great service but we had great food as well. I highly recommend the steak and scrambled eggs. You won't be sorry. (I heard maybe Brent/Brett and Connor were responsible that deliciousness.) The view was also on point! No regrets.

    We got room service for two of the three days we stayed. They took our order and the food was delivered within 30 minutes. The meals were hot and delicious. We had Easter Dinner in the restaurant the food was delicious.

    The ribeye steaks were generous sizes and tasted good. I imagine they would've tasted fantastic had our food been hot. Our server was absent the entire time we were there and when she did bring our food, she didn't give us any silverware. She said she'd be right back with some and then disappeared again. I finally tracked down some silverware a few minutes later. We didn't get our appetizer, we didn't get refills on drinks, nor did we get any type of service that you'd expect when spending $200 for basic dining. We won't be back here.

    According to reviews and local word of mouth, this restaurant was supposed to be outstanding. However, the experience we had was quite lackluster compared to that. I thought the service was decent, and atmosphere was fine, but the food was certainly not worth the amount they charge for it. The appetizers we had were pretty good, but the steaks which they are apparently famous for or certainly not up to par. I had the filet ordered rare, it certainly arrived medium to medium rare. It was about 1 in thick, and just fairly basic. Very little seasoning and the au poire sauce was almost tasteles. I also had a side of au gratin potatoes which were just okay. Others in our party got the ribeye and they felt like it just wasn't outstanding. Outback steakhouse quality for Morton's prices.

    The waitress was excellent. Recommended the Mediterranean app, which was delicious. Should've listened to her re: dinner choice too. My friend received the wrong entree. My Caesar salad clearly had some ranch in it. Waitress did as good a job as she could correcting things quickly for my friend, but then the meat was just barely cooked through because kitchen was obviously trying to get things fixed fast. Food that was good was great! Listen to the wait staff recommendations.

    Food was GREAT!! Drinks ridiculously good, recommend the Grapefruit Martini!! VEE was a GREAT waiter! Food will NOT disappoint and hotel restaurants tend to be a hit or miss, but this was fantastic!!

    After traveling and arriving at hotel kind of late decided to take my family of 5 to the restaurant in the hotel. All good was cooked excellent. One of my daughters had a NY strip. I had lobster mac n cheese. It had a lot of lobster in it. The meal was kind of pricey, however they are in a tourist town. The next day we had $60 in vouchers from the hotel for breakfast. Glad we did ,again very expensive( over $100)again good food. I also want to say that you can tell the staff size was affected by Covid. However despite having to wait both servers we had were extremely friendly and attentive.
