Went to the restaurant for the very first time and was greeted by the waitress. The waitress provided decent service at the beginning. Their food was terrible though. Went on a Monday so ordered All you can eat Wings. We were 4 friends so 3 of us got wings and the wings honestly were just bare bones and super dry which seemed like they weren't even fresh. One of my friends ended up getting a feather in his wings. We asked the waitress to get a refill for the wings and she ended up giving us the most unwelcoming service after that. Everything after that took unusually longer and the restaurant was not really that busy. The service was unwelcoming at the very end and the food was absolutely horrible. Plus the automated gratuity charge was not worth the service they provided. I generally tip the hosts and waitress generously because I have had hospitality background and I always appreciate good food and service but in my opinion, the gratuity was not deserved by the kitchen nor the server. It was my first time visiting hooters and I can definitely say that it will be my last. Not recommended to anyone.

We came here for dinner and left very disappointed. The waitress took a very long time to come and take our order and bring out our drinks and food. We ordered the calamari, caesar salad and 20 naked wings. The Caesar salad was normal and tasted good. The calamari was very greasy and chewy. The worst part was the wings as pictured in my review. We came here specifically for their wings as they are advertised as one of the best but clearly isn’t. The wings were extremely small, dry, and there were little to no meat on each wing. As seen in my photos, we were basically served bones on a platter. The last thing that was surprising was being charged an extra gratuity for 6 people when we were a party of 5 people. On the receipt, we were charged the mandatory gratuity for parties of 6 or more people and was asked to tip on top of that again for the waitress. The mandatory gratuity was specifically for the kitchen staff as told by our waitress but I have never seen this at another establishment before. Clearly based on our food, the kitchen did not deserve the tip. Overall, I would not recommend this location of hooters nor would I be encourage to go to another location again. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time going to a Hooters restaurant. We decided to get another dinner because we left hungry. I would recommend trying other restaurants around this area if you are here.

I'm so disappointed! We ordered 3lbs of wings. We can tell some of the wings were refried!!. You can tell by the discoloration, the meat gets hard, dark, dried out and holds to the bone. We've ordered from this location a few times and have Never had this problem. And there were a bunch of boneless wings mixed in, we don't like the boneless wings. The Blue cheese was like water so I had to use my own. I'm really not sure what happened this time but next time I'll check the order before we leave the store, because I have to believe this was a one off. This was not the typical Hooters wings that has made the brand famous, that's for sure!

My partner and I had dinner at this location. Once we walked in we were told we can pick our own seating. We sat down and were greeted by our server no more than 5 minutes later. We ordered lemonades which were pretty good. A little sweet if you prefer your drinks diluted. I ordered 20 naked wings and fries with a side of blue cheese. The fries were cold when brought to the table, and the portion was extremely small seeing that I had to order them on the side. The wings were small and extremely dry as if they were made the day before and reheated. They were pretty much sticking to the bone. They also didn’t taste as though they were sauced. The blue cheese tasted like some sort of whipped butter; I don’t suggest it for any real blue cheese lovers. I was extremely repulsed by it. My partner ordered the ribs and wings meal. It came with 5 wings, fries, a half rack of ribs and coleslaw. The ribs were pretty decent portion wise, and the flavour was okay but they could have used a some work. (They weren’t juicy or fall off the bone). She enjoyed her coleslaw though. We also ordered alcoholic beverages called the “blue booty” they were okay. They didn’t taste like they had anything other than juice in them to be honest. Service wise, the staff and management were extremely nice. I don’t believe I’ll be returning but maybe on another day it would have been great. Try your luck, you might enjoy.

Great and great waitresses and service! Delicious and crispy wings. Super good deal, when enjoying them on 'all you can eat wing day' on Mondays for $16, with lots of flavors to choose from. Delicious properly cooked burgers as well. The jukebox with is the perfect addition, where anyone can choose a song from literally every artist that has existed or still exists. A long with all of their songs, and it will play in the entire restaurant. You are able to select 5 songs for $2. All the way up to 70 songs for $20. We will definitely be making a return visit next year, when we come back.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Hooters. My only complaint would be that the table was really sticky, it definitely definitely appeared clean, but I’m guessing it could use a little TLC. Aside from that comment everything was great. My server Alicia was attentive and quick taking care of my order. I got a Hillbilly Tea, Fried Jalapeños, Lemon Pepper Wings, and Curly Fries. If you’re into good comfort food that is fried, this is your place. Located on Ferry Street in the Clifton Hill tourist area.

Took my Australian friends for their 1st trip to Hooters in Canada. Quality of food did not disappoint as everyone enjoyed the wings. Staff were wonderful and very attentive. Also did our traditional delivery our 1st day at Niagara Falls and everything was on point. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

Holy schmoly!!!!! I am totally WING OUT!! Whoever said that they can sit and eat 50 wings on all you can eat wings nite must be an amazing big eater (I thought I was but ..) anyway vacationing in NF and saw the sign AYCE WINGS here and definitely have to try it. It has been such a long time. Happily said the wings are still as good as I remember! At first glance I thought that they were a bit skinny but wow they are tender crunchy and sauced perfectly. Our awesome server Alyssa recommended that I start with the signature Buffalo sauce and it was a total spot on (thanks Alyssa) - I decided to go for General Tso and it was tangy and good (Buffalo sauce was better). My other half got Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was perfect - they cannot do rare but medium rare was just the right consistency. But the best factor of the evening is our server Alyssa!!! Wow she is a keeper. I never know someone who is so attentive and so friendly yet so down to earth!! It was very easy to talk to her and asking her questions, she know the menu well and really gives good recommendation. She make sure that our drinks are filled, constantly checking on us and it was easy to joke and talk to her!! She is the de facto for our awesome experience in Hooters. Thank you Alyssa! Keep up the good work! Kudos to NF Hooters! Woot woot!!!

Spent 2 days in niagara for an anniversary. We had never tried hooters wings but heard they were good. We tried a wing special and burger special for take out . Unfortunately we did not like the wings at all! They were old ,cold and tasted like grease and red hot sauce. The fries were also cold and under cooked. The burger was incredible flat and dried out. We asked for bbq sauce and for some reason they gave us gravy and salad dressing sauces. It was not a good experience, only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the manager refunded us.

Me and my friends had an amazing experience at Hooters Niagara. The food was amazing and service was incredible. We were a table of 12 people and I’m sure it gets a little challenging to serve a big table and make sure everything goes right. But the service was so good that we never faced an issue with anything. Special thanks to Celesty who took care of our table and made sure that our lunch went amazing. Definitely coming back again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Touristy spot, we went there to check the box. The food is nothing special. The burger tastes like McDonalds. The chicken wings wasn't a fail. But I guess who goes there for the food? Nice concept to say been there done that.

Came here for dinner, and the three of us ordered 50 wings which were absolutely delicious! Also, our server was amazing. She was probably one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. I don’t recall her name but I know she is 5 foot 11 and a half. We also watched the basketball game here.

My partner and I came for our anniversary dinner. We walked in was told to sit anywhere we would like. Our server Taylor D was great! She was super polite and always checked up on us. The food was amazing and everything was hot when we got it. The food portions are HUGE, my partner and I had to take it home to finish the rest. Hooters is a great place to eat at! We would also recommend “The white freezie” if you are the age to drink!

We spent part of our Super Bowl Sunday evening at Hooters, it was my 1st visit ever, to any location. Kenzie was our server and she was an absolute delight! Wings are what they're famous for, that's what I ordered (hot)...YUM! The environment was lively & comfortable. There were people of all ages, couples, families and groups. Food and drinks were yummy and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Falls.

Wings were tasty and had plenty of sauce, fries were a decent portion, perfectly golden. Pepsi was ice cold. Having been to over 75 different Hooters locations, I recommend this location.

This location actually deserves 0 star. We went there on Family Day and we waited 5 min till someone came and checked our vaccination passport and told us to sit at any table that we felt comfortable at. We sat for a about 10 min and no one came to serve us. Then we decided to move to another table and there we sat for another 20 min again with not one waitress coming to our table to bring menus or ask us for a drink. I was able to get the attention of one of the waitress and asked her if she could bring us a couple of menus. She walked away. We thought she was going to get us menus but she didn't. She walked by our table again and to the people sitting behind us and took their order and walked past our table with no acknowledgement. She brought drinks to a table across from us again not acknowledging us. We felt like we were invisible by the waitresses. After 30 min or so of waiting to be not served we decided to leave the restaurant and note that neither of the two waitresses working noticed that we left. We will NEVER EVER VISIT HOOTER IN NIAGARA FALLS EVER AGAIN. They were not that busy either. We were very disappointed by the non service we received and the rudeness of the waitress

Friendly but slow service. We got the hot wings but the sauce was very watery, they had to bring out extra sauce in the side in case there wasn’t enough flavour but didn’t do it justice. I do like that their beer glasses come frosted though!

Stopped in for dinner with a group of friends last night before heading down to the main street In Niagara. Servers were all very friendly and the place seemed happy and busy. Not sure how. When I say this was the worst food I've ever eaten in a public restaurant.... I whole heartedly cannot imagine that a company from this large of a chain could present such garbage and still be open. I'll start by mentioning I have gallbladder issues so i have to be careful when ordering as fried foods trigger bad episodes. If you have gallbladder issues stay away! The entire menu is just deep fried everything. The onion rings were a pool of grease. We all only ate 1 or 2. So that was $10 we will never get back. They were soaked and not crispy. The loaded nachos.. it was the fake goopy ball diamond nacho cheese with a bunch of lettuce and some beans. The meat sauce? We had to look hard to find anything that resembles meat on it. Jalapeños were the best part. The piles of guacamole and sour cream look like poops on top. Just get regular. I bet the salsa can't be to bad. And it's $10 cheaper than the loaded junk we were served. Our friend was sick within the hour after eating wings. & my first beer was completely flat so I swapped with a bottle instead of a pint. My other buddy had a cheese steak sandwich with fries and said he would rate it a 2/10. Fries were not cooked through, no salt and was like cardboard. I've never felt like I could have thrown $50 in the garbage and been happier. Just for nachos and onion rings and a beer. 100000% worst place in Niagara to try and eat. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Unless of course you like fake, undercooked food and raging stomach aches.

Great restaurant and food was okay, the wings were the smallest I have ever seen so 10 were plenty, the deep fried jalapenos were tasty

Friendly service. Kitchen is quick. Clean and well light facility and clean. Washrooms are in the hotel through a door. Come plenty of TVs and at your booth as well. Great place to catch the game/event. Call ahead to see what is on. WiFi has issues. Floor is really slippery when wet. Price per portion is high. No credit card surcharge.

Was given rotten coleslaw not once but twice, ignored for the request of no ice in my drink. Service is sub par, hooters in the USA is better than Canada. If you wanna waste money here you can but there’s plenty of wing and rib places with better service & better food. You pay for the Hooters brand that’s it nothing special or extraordinary

Don't order the 50piece chicken wings, the portion seems big but the size of the wings are really small , you need something else to fill you up, the taste was excellent the sauce superb. The service was slow as it was busy being a weekend, so it took a long time getting the waiters attention. Besides the waiters running around the atmosphere was pretty dull. Please stay away from this location the service is horrible. Inspite of waiting for 30mins there was no service. All the waiters were chatting near the bar, no one was interested in taking the order 😑

We went for all you can eat wing night and the service was great. It was a Monday night though. Draft beer wasn't great, Stella was not cold.

We went there to go there. Was it clean, sort of. Was the table clean? No. Was the hostess and server friendly? Yes. They were the highlight. The wings were small and passable. The Nachos were huge and looked good. If you are gluten free, do not go here. Just avoid it. We did see the manager, he walked around not smiling- a bit grumpy. What did he do? He messed with the TVs, did sweep up something, did not Interact with the staff or customers. Overall...check the box and moved on.

The food was okay and not too expensive. But service was really slow, I waited 30-40mins to get my food. The burger came out horrible and nothing like the description missing items from the description. When asked they just say that it not supposed to be there.

Went for the AYCE wing night. The naked wings were delicious - I love the Daytona beach sauce, it was perfection. I didn't love the style of flats with the attached winglet, or the fact that they closed the kitchen 15 minutes earlier than advertising so that's why I removed a star. Standard chain vibe, friendly casual setting.

HORRIBLE service. Took 45 minute to bring our wings. Washroom is VERY FILTHY!!! NOT friendly staff. Tables and seats are not clean. Beer is warm room temperature. Please... please DO NOT dine here!!! 👎🏻👎🏽👎🏾👎🏻👎🏿 🖕🖕🖕

Wings are very salty, good for alcohol drinkers but not for normal meal. Will suggest people ask “the dressing on the side”Service is good, and helpful.
