The worst Mc D ever. We placed our order, took our number and they never called our #. After waiting too long for our breakfast I went to the counter not to find our food sitting there. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag. The coffees we ordered were not there. It took almost 10 minutes to get everything. Managers didn’t care. Then a utility closet overflowed and water spilled to the dining floor. The kid who was mopping was the same who they put behind the counter while serving people wearing a filthy safety vest all along.

The seating area was clean, but the place doesn't have running water in the mens room. At least the sinks in the mens room. The fries were ice cold, well, colder than room temp anyway. The staff was friendly, but it's just nice right. I used the bathroom and couldn't wash my hands. See pictures! The place was empty!

I've never had an issue with this mcdonalds until last night. Ordered doordash for me and my 3yr old son. Everything was ice cold even though the order only took 15 minutes from being placed to being delivered. Then on top after taking a bit of yhe hamburger the second bite i find some long blondish hair in it! I spit it out and almost threw up. My hair is dark brown and my son has short dark brown hair. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully doordash provided me credits back for the whole order but I'll never order from there again.

What a bunch of SCAMMERS. I bought a happy meal for my son at 10:15pm, June 29, 2022. Instead of nuggets, my son had cookies in his nugget box. Management needs to address this location. What a shame. To all canadian that are trying to enjoy their stay in US side, be aware to this location.

Very clean , inside decore was different then other Mc Donald's I have seen ever. It had these private looking booths really different and nice. Our cashier was friendly great service.

Worst drive though I ever experienced. It took 35 minutes from placing order to pickup window. Inside staff was having party giggling laughing but not looking to the window for customer. My order was ready was on table but no one give a dam to look and handover. One lady doing floor mop she just leaver stuff there and start using cone ice cream machine without washing her hands and every one was looking her what she is doing. All customer was creaming inside too but staff having fun.

Waited on line over 10 min.Waited 20 min for a coffee. Staff was fighting. And after all waiting the coffee was not even brewed properly. Staff have no respect for customers.

Terrible decision to choose this location. The food looked so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We definitely would have gotten food poisoning if we had eaten it. Stay away from this location.

Walked in there only 1 worker. Seen a lot of high schoolers messing around and wouldn’t get kicked out by employees. A random lady brought a kid to the worker behind the counter. Food was very un appetizing and fries tasted old.

Horrible service, shift manager completely ignored me standing at the counter. Fries were half empty, given the meal with no drink, and attitude when confronted about it. Would not recommend. Sad to not be able to expected a curtain level of quality from a brand like McDonalds.

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. Ordered a nugget happy meal. Right of the bat the worker was rude. Didnt asked if it was a boy or girl didnt ask if it was 4 or 6 piece no drink had to go back in I needed a Sprite gave me s damn water cup of Sprite not what I asked. Completely ignored me no sauce asked for ranch didnt get it. Fries was cold and no toy. Workers and management was rude. Am calling corp nothing but problems here

My wife and I stopped off here for a McDouble & a McChicken w/ a latte. This location is usually clean with a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed our meal with great service from the front attendant Diana.

The area felt a little sketch coming from Niagara... but the quality of service and food was top notch! Very friendly staff, very helpful and our order was all perfect. We had a pretty big order for 4 people too!

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's you could go to. The drive through line is extremely long aprox 20- 30 minute wait. They never have ice cream, and they don't tell you till after you wait. Also their credit card machine is broken 50% of the time so you waist your time and if you don't have cash you won't get your order.. They get the order wrong, and you don't know until after you leave. I ordered a large coke, they gave me a sickeningly sweet ice tea with no ice, over charged me, didn't realize till I got home. Waisted my time and money. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DON'T GO THERE. Also no receipt, so can't get a refund. If you want to waste your time and pay for food and drinks you don't want this is the place for you. It will disappoint you. Consider this a Public Service Announcement.

I don’t really care for writing reviews. I have also worked at a fast food and it’s not easy working there it’s a tough job, but today in my sandwich there was a missing bun which is just sad and unacceptable. This can not be a mistake this just shows how careless they are. i was very disappointed.

Food was cold, sandwich and fries were horrible! They were not busy. Asked me to park for the rest of my order and keep my bag closed tight so my food would stay warm. I informed her that was my complete order and drove away from the window. I opened my bag before I hit Pine Ave and the food was cold, not even warm. I haven't gone to this location for a couple of years due to horrible service. Now I realize it's just always horrible and I will never visit again. Word of advice, check your food at the window before you drive away.

The absolutely worse McDonald's you can possibly ever go to. Took 45 minutes for a coffee 10 nuggets and a McChicken. The entire time there was a woman verbally abusing her child multiple crackheads and very very very poor customer service. Since we had multiple people ask us why we were still waiting we told them A coffee and our exact order four people took it and did not come back we ended up just leaving

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Only 2 cars in drive thru no other customers No employee took our order for 10+ minutes. More cars pulled up. Pulled to window to see what issue was and saw employees standing there yelling at each and playing on their phones while ignoring customers. Worst fast food experience at a McDonald's ever.

I hate that I have to do this but, I think it needs to be said… I’ve been trying to order a frappe from this location for the last 2 weeks (unfortunately I had to go to a different restaurant to get a frozen drink) and every time I do it’s “not working” I can only imagine the money that the company owner is losing because of this. Just saying, no wonder you think you don’t get paid enough I sure wouldn’t pay someone top dollar when they can’t even make a drink without an attitude.

I'm disappointed, very poor service. I had to place my order 4 times with two different people ( both had attitudes) before they could get it entered correctly. Then they didn't have anything I wanted (no bagels, no biscuits and gravy) , and only one syrup for 4 pancakes and additional syrups were (.50)

The guy in front of us was Ronald McDonald himself. We were sitting in the drive thru and look up to see a man in full clown gear ordering lunch. The staff were nice and they have plastic straws. The parking lot tho was a gong show - everywhere we looked something weirder was going on…

Closest McDonald's to Canada via the Rainbow Bridge! Drove 250mile round trip for McRib. Totally worth it! Staff was very kind, and the whole experience was great, despite the fact we ordered like 30 McRibs late at night.

Service is very poor and I take my son and ask for dine in take too long and I have only 30 min and my son went wash room. Right away he come back to me and said go out and he don't want to stay there I ask him why then he said there are 2 guys with a gun and he's scared I throw all the food and go away

The homeless guy makes his rounds on pine ave and he loves to hang out outside McDonald's asking everyone for money. Not overbearing but we are asked every single time we see him. Last week we had to call the establishment and report a hypodermic instrument in the bushes out front. They took care of it. The food is actually pretty fresh. They're always busy. Be prepared to run into a ton of school children, usually unsupervised, nuisance behavior. Gone are the days when you can refill your own drink in the falls of niagara.

My husband and I each got a Big Mac it was the worst Big Mac I've ever, it seemed like the bun was sitting there the patties were hard as a rock they I think they were the leftover from yesterday. Worst meal I've ever had at McDonald's and the fries were ice-cold

They demand that you come inside for delivery orders, even when it's late and sketch outside. Younger male manager from Monday night just threw my delivery order at me, not asking for the digits or name on the order. Sir I am a female in my 20s, next time show some empathy and let me come through the drive through. We all know your area isn't the safest so why put me at risk?

Possibly the worst McDonalds ever, the only reason it survives is because the tourists don't know how awful they truly are in terms of service... and the prices seem higher than ones not near a tourist trap too. If you're thinking of ordering from here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, that way you wont regret it.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. The only problem I had was I asked to use a coupon. They said could then when I gave them the code from my app it would not let me use that one or any other after I had originally selected. But apps for everyone are forever changing and a little to navigate so I understand that the staff might need a little more knowledge with the app they might not get but was a little frustrated I didn't get to use any coupon.

Worst McDonalds ever. I usually go to this location for my lunch break. The last few weeks they have been telling every single customer, no matter how large their order is, to pull around to the other side of the store. Normally this is not an issue, but when the only exit out of the store clearly says, "NO LEFT TURN 8AM-8PM" and you need to make a left to get to the other side of the building, it makes me question the intelligence of these employees. They need to either get with the city and remove that no left turn sign, or hire up some people who can handle the every day hustle and bustle of fast food.

The location definitely has its flaws, but the gentleman who works here makes it a 5 start experience. He is genuinely very friendly. I did not get a name, however he had a red durag, larger fella. 10/10 service

The food was fantastic. It was quite late at night and it was clear they were a bit understaffed for the amount of random traffic so late at night, so it took a little while to make our way through the drive through. Once we got our food, it was hot and delicious and some of the best McDonald's I've had in a long time!
