I know that there is usually less to expect especially when you choose a restaurant that’s located in the heart of attraction area. But the portion and quality of the dishes are ridiculous for the price that we are paying. The chicken fresco is very dry and unseasoned, the burger that we got looks nothing like the picture. The waitress said the chicken was in smaller portion because it was late, but the manager came to our table afterwards and indicated the chicken was in standard portion(5-6oz), which was not indicated on the menu. ps. We got a flat fork🤨 In short, pricey, tastes bad, long wait. The service was ok to be fair.

One of the worst experience - food was tasteless , I mean very . We had to eat because we were super hungry - spent 150 dollar as thrown in the garbage- the service was average - avoid going there for food - soft drink undrinkable -

I could be given zero star but One star and 17% tips on the bill was just for the staff. Awful experience ! Baby Rib sold for $39.99 and Salmon was selling $29.99 , Absolutely not worth for these garbage food ! I should checked the reviews before walk in . The meat was not hot and the texture was very dry. Salad was stinky. It feels like it's been sitting there for a long time. The broccoli was cooked in boiling water and had no flavor at all. Same with the salmon, not fresh and stinky. No seasoning is added to the grill, not even the most basic salt. It just tasted fishy and stinky . Disgusting ! ! Is it time to consider changing chefs? When I left, I saw that the food in the salad bar at the door was not fresh, and there were a few flies flying around. - not hygienic at all!

Not bad. Burger and fries weee good, Caesar salad was okay. My wife didn’t really care for the pasta, she said it didn’t have much flavour. Nice waitress, good service, quiet atmosphere.

I visited the Niagara Falls area in Late August/Early September 2022. We visited this Ruby Tuesday after having a stressful arrival. We visited the area rather late; it may have been after 10:00 pm. We decided rooftop seating to take in the view but it was rather chilly. We decided to move closer inwards and it was a bit better. Our waiter was really friendly I don’t remember his name. Once our drinks came and we tasted them I came to the realization we were no longer in the US. Our drinks had natural taste to it which was different but it was good. The food on the other hand wasn’t good we didn’t even finish it. No one finished or liked their food. We were tired and wanted some sleep so we immediately requested the check. The only reason why we took it to go is because we passed some homeless people and decided to give it to them instead of wasting it. The prices here is really expensive, it seemed like each entrée started at $30.00. Our bill was over $100 for the 3 of us. I’m not sure if I would return to the restaurant due to the prices and the food not being good. But this location is a beautiful view of Clifton Hills. I gave 2 starts because the staff was very polite and friendly.

We went there a month ago and ordered the fish and chips, quesadillas and the cheesy loaded fries. Plus, a few refreshing drinks - I really like the watermelon iced tea. The service was good and because it was my sister’s birthday they were really sweet and gave her a free dessert. And to be honest that Apple crumble was perfect for a cold rainy day! As per the food I like everything except the fish and chips, felt like it needed something a little extra. The portions were more than enough for three people who were very hungry. And yes, I would go back for the watermelon drink and the apple crumble any day!

Our server was pleasant but food was absolutely awful. I don’t like to complain but I wouldn’t want anyone to waste their money here since it is also super expensive. The chicken burger was basically a rubber boot on a bun and the burger a bland rubbery reheated puck. Definitely frozen and heated in a microwave. AVOID!

Oof. Staff are not very friendly (other than the greeter who seated us) kind of sad that this might be some people's first experience in Canada. Food wasn't great either, ordered the shrimp fondue and felt like most of the tortilla chips were stale. And after paying 20 bucks for it you'd hope it would be excellent. Will definitely not he returning.

Food was over cooked and over priced waited an hour for our dinner couldn't even finish it, because it was to hard to chew. The waiter was very nice, kind and understanding he apologized for the incompetence of the kitchen staff. The drinks and coffee was okay. This drink is called a Ruby relaxer it tastes fruity and it's made with vodka.

For a restaurant, they say, "it is all about the location". And Ruby Tuesday , wins this one, hands down. Located in this strategic corner of Clifton Hills, at the beginning of the Falls area, one cannot miss the restaurant. Pre covid, this part of the street was always densely packed. But not so much today as the crowds are still not sure about venturing out these strange times. Our group decided to have dinner here. The restaurant diligently implemented all the prescribed protocols before letting us in. Ruby has always been a very pricey place. Being in a high traffic tourist location allows them the liberty of being one. But, we noticed, the prices had gone up even further as compared to pre Covid. One could not probably fault them foe this given the turbulence restaurants have gone through. The service was excellent. The food great in quality and taste. The menu well composed. If there was any shortcoming it was the portion size. It clearly seemed much smaller than before and many, in our group, left not having been satiated. In fact they had to go home and have another bite. For visitors at the Niagara Falls region, this is a very recommended place. Foe the management of this restaurant, please do something about the portion size. Let your customers not go back unsatisfied.

Avoid!!! love a good Ruby Tuesday but. Yeah. Drinks were weak, service was slow (had to ask twice for our server after being seated and overheard them say it was "dead"), salad bar was mediocre (no brown croutons, 4 kinds of peppers, only iceberg lettuce), mac & cheese was watery/flavorless/gummy, soup was overpriced for the few spoonfuls I had, and the fish was super salty. One or two of these would be OK, but the problems kept piling up. Sorry RT.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite for an early lunch. We chose this Ruby Tuesday because we remembered eating here 15 years ago and enjoying the view of Clifton Hills and the Falls from here. The area has changed a bit in the last fifteen years but the view was still enjoyable from the rooftop dining area. Our server was Chad and he did a great job, with a little help from Kaitlyn as well. They were both very friendly and helpful. For our meal we just shared the basic nachos. We weren’t that hungry to begin with, but the nachos were pretty good.

We returned to this place because of it's great location, where from you can see the water fall in the distance - if it wasn't to be the noise coming from the street works would have been even better. The serving girls were young and very friendly, a huge contrast to the 'upset girls' we encountered previously. Our food was good and we noticed it was a bit more expensive than other Ruby Tuesdays spread around N America. The place was not busy either although the streets were packed with youngsters on their own or in school trips - that is why we avoid coming here in the summer. Most surely we will be back.

We ordered chicken sandwich and chicken wings. The taste was average, burger was bland with dry bun. the patio experience was average too.

I will tell you this. I came here with a group of 12. Before the rest of the party showed up I sat at the bar and waited. I talked to one of the servers. What a gem she was. She had told me how many people were working. It wasn't much. But you would never know it. The servers didn't get one thing wrong. They were attentive and very helpful. I had witnessed them deal with some very unreasonable customers and gained much respect for the workers. Food was good, the kids really enjoyed themselves here too. Steak was cooked perfect. Will visit again. Thank you. If everyone just had a little more patience and respect a worker shortage things would go smooth. Should have your staff train others because they handled it like professionals. Also the kids loved the spinach and artichoke dip

The atmosphere was happening and the jalapeño poppers were too good, cheesy and spicy 🌶️ 10/10. The spaghetti looks delicious but honestly was a bit bland. It’s expensive too.

Hands down best burger I've had at a chain restaurant. Kids didn't like the hotdogs but the server was really kind and didn't charge for them. Service was awesome and food was great. Nice and quiet in there too even though outside was a very busy Friday night on the hill. Recommend it 👌🏼.

Food was prepared fresh. I had poutine instead of regular fries. Impressed that it came with real cheese curds and a delicious gravy. Burgers were good too. It was slow when we came in. Off season.
