This Denny’s location in Niagara has it’s own parking lot so it’s convenient to stop by here. They have a variety of options on their menu and their portions are pretty big. Taste-wise, food is pretty good too. It is slightly expensive than other breakfast places but food quality/quantity/taste justifies it. This location in particular is extremely busy so there is a usual wait of 15-20mins to get a table. There was an extreme delay (45-50mins +) in getting our food during our recent visit here. Our server was not attentive / very confused about our drinks order and took undesirable amount of time for refills. Will recommend Denny’s for their food but the service at this location is not the greatest.

Good food, nice staff, good kids menu. Bottom side: prices considerably higher than on other Danny's locations and we have to wait 45 min for our food, even with the restaurant 80% empty. Staff shortage maibe ? (happens everywhere) Even then, will be nice to deal with clients expectations and let us know in advance.

Friendly staff, good food, i love the idea of low calorie meals. Menu is perfectly explained (calorie-wise). I also like the fact that they have turkey bacon. -1 Star because this denny’s branch is more expansive just because it’s located at Niagara.

Our family loves coming to Denny's for breakfast when we're in Niagara Falls. The food is great, but you can expect slow service. The price of food is quite, high but it's too be expected when in Niagara.

First time visiting Denny's. Food was exactly what I expected, but the service exceeded my expectations. I was with a group of 8 people, and we dinned in for brunch. I regret not remembering our servers name, but I believe he goes by "PK." He was extremely attentive and took care of us. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

My family group of 12 with kids had breakfast at Denny’s. Serve seemed annoyed before even taking our orders. Majority of our family members were veg we had hard time placing our customized orders so a lot of miscommunication due to lack of knowledge of the server and not friendly at all. We had to place extra side orders as no flexibility at all. Food portions was good but the quality and taste was ok. I would recommend to please be more accommodating for your customers special requests . Our bill was around $400 as we had to add things to get what we were asking for . Cinnamon pancakes were delicious and Irish Bailey’s coffee was good

The burgers were delicious & properly juicy! Everything is a bit more expensive in Niagara obviously - coffee was $5 and burger was $24. Food was served fast, but service could have been friendlier.

The staff were friendly, the food came quickly, the service was good and the servings were plentiful. The prices were definitely higher, but the reviews warned me about that. My daughter looooooved her chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs. Just in case anyone needs to know this, the kids menu isn’t one the kids colour. Bring something to entertain the kids while waiting for their food. The kid’s meal does not include a drink or a dessert.

Had a nice breakfast! Double choc muffin and American breakfast. I normally don’t like the sausage bit the rosemary taste in it was very tasty. The rest on the items on the plate was just delicious. Great staff. Very welcoming.

Food were great but pricey. Place were open early. Everyone was nice except for our server, she has an attitude, when we make a mistake on asking for 2 containers instead of one (for left over) she readily yank it from my hand saying oh you don’t need two, and left. it’s just a container lady, next time don’t take an early shift and be grumpy.

The food was extremely overpriced, I know it was a long, busy weekend, but that shouldn't be a reason to offer less of what you offered in the menu, be honest and say: we run out of it BEFORE YOU PASS THE ORDER! the waitress was USELESS, kicking you out before finished, the coffee was bad, the milkshake was with some super sweet syrup, the sandwich with avocado had no avocado, the poached eggs were overcooked... gosg!! in general, WORST EXPERIENCE IN A DINNER EVER!!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Food is typical breakfast style. Nothing spectacular about it. The service is good. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had take out and the service was quick and efficient.

Great tasty food. And you don’t have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The price was a bit on the expensive side but it’s to be expected as this is located right in a touristy area. Staff was really friendly

I attended this location for breakfast with my family. There were a few things of note. Firstly, it was FAR too expensive for the product! The food was alright, although undercooked. My eggs were mucus-y and the English muffin was barely warm. The hash browns had chunks of char in them as though the grill was not cleaned. The tea was so weak it seemed that they have a super low-quality brand that could not even make a second cup. Additionally, the syrup dispensers ran infuriatingly slow maybe because they had wrong heads or were not cleaned. The bathrooms were also messy, with something white sprayed across the stall doors, and a faucet that sprayed everywhere. Our server Vinny was very nice and could clearly handle a table of 9 competently. She was clear and fast, with no misunderstandings or mistakes. She did her job excellently. Although I did notice that the other staff (not including our waitress) stood in a group of about 7 near our table our entire meal chatting. As for price, this location was very expensive. The basic breakfast that would be $8CAD at other restaurants is $20CAD at this Denny’s. I noticed that two slices of toast was $5.95CAD, which is OUTRAGEOUS!

Wasn't a long wait for food. The food was awesome as well. We enjoyed or breakfast, however... They do not tell you that when the bill comes they charge you 20% for American pricing and they DO NOT tell you that information till after you ask for the bill, our order went from under 100 to 128$. So for that the service is 2 star. That should not be allowed at all, felt scammed afterwards. The waitress also ignored us at the end grabbed the tip of the table and literally ran off, didn't even walk.

As this is a franchise, and it’s open late, I don’t expect too much when I dine at these places. The food was decent. Not too much flavour but cooked well. Service could have been better. Our server forgot to bring a drink we ordered and some basics like syrup for pancakes but what’s disappointing is that he was hard to find whenever we needed something. To make it worse, when we were ready to pay, finding him and telling him we want the bill and cashing us out, it took him overall 20 minutes; service was kinda slow but we did see others eat and leave before us. I feel he neglected us a bit as we were a large group (8 adults). Not once did the server check up on us or ask us how the food was/or if we needed anything else.

It's really expensive, having to pay for dinner and also to pay for tips. Nonetheless the food is good. Love the pancakes and omelette.

Denny’s is a franchise eatery ; the food was mediocre at best. There wasn’t much difference between the French toast meal that I ordered and regular toast. The foods are not cheap either ; one can spend 30 + dollars per person. I would have given the restaurant a 2 1/2 if it was allowed b/c the wait staff were friendly.

The Restaurant located at Niagara Falls at Victoria Avenue,,, was everything good but the Spaghetti and meatballs I ordered, was ok, but the meatballs was so hard to cut in half, the meat was black, like carcass meat, ogle, black and hard to eat, my wife ordered a Caesar salad, was ok,,,

I love the Denny’s here. The food has been consistently good and the staff friendly and attentive. The place has always been busy on my visits but I enjoy the vibe that comes from people on vacation. I have always favored Denny’s because of my love for hash browns and today’s serving did well. If I had to cite one downside, in the spirit of a balanced view, I would say the not-so-in-the-background piped music was a tad too elevated. It was louder than the table chatter. The competing sounds clashed. But no big deal; it didn’t detract me from the positives. Ciao

Customer service was excellent. Didn’t ask for the waiter’s name but he was very friendly to us AND very friendly to everyone else too, asking everyone where we were coming from. If I lived in Niagara Falls, I’d come here often for the customer service. The food quality was the same as every other Denny’s and there were a lot of tables to sit at. The food price was definitely more expensive considering being an destination/attraction area. Otherwise, free parking and overall great!

You will not be hungry when you leave this place. The portions are MASSIVE. I ordered one of the signature pancake breakfasts, and it was more than enough for feed 2 grown adults. The pancakes are fluffy, the fruits are fresh. Highly recommend for breakfast or brunch!

Denny’s is a great place to eat! Food was hot when we got it! Everything was fresh and the pancakes were Amazing! Our server Julia C was great. She always checked up on us and asked us if we needed anything. This location of Denny’s has great customer service!

The place was busy when we went, we had 2 strollers, 5 adults and 1 child. We were seated pretty quickly. They gave us a nook where I was able to comfortably put my stroller and we had a high chair for the other baby. My boyfriend got a mango smoothie and I got a coffee. I ordered a build your own breakfast and he got a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Mango smoothie tasted awful and definitely not made with real mangoes. His sandwich was decent but for the price he expected it to be better. My breakfast was decent, nothing special. We looked at the hash brown on our friends plate and it looked like shredded potatoes only cooked to a golden colour on one side. It looked like a rushed job. I wouldn't come here again as the priced aren't cheap and food is mediocre.
