The atmosphere in here is so nice and elegant. Our waiter, Jack S. was superb. We were servers at one point and he did a tremendous job, upwelling and just being able to read the room what was needed. Calamari, Mushroom Flatbread and Mushroom Sirloin, New York 11oz with a side of mashed potatoes and fries. Yummy, we had a celebration and it felt that the atmosphere helped it be a really good celebration.

This is a nice spot to Dine and or have some Drinks within the Fallsview complex. The service was pretty good overall except for the drinks taking way longer than expected. The Food had nice flavour but the tenderness of the Steak was hit and miss with some pieces but we’re not super picky and let it slide as the flavour of the sauces and sides were nice so it worked out ok. Calamari was a tad small for the $20 fee but then again I think everything within the Casino grounds is at a bit of a price premium. They had some nice creative Cocktails to choose from and at around $14 a pop was fair because they were a little crafty. We used to come here often when it was Canyon Creek and this new place is very similar so I’m sure we’ll return again one day as it was a pretty nice experience overall as you can see in my pics so I would recommend others to try it out as well if they see something they like there. Truffle Parm Fries are a must try and you can just thank me later haha 🙌🏼

Jesus, this place was absolutely amazing. We had to change our reservation with short notice, no problem. They gave us a great tabe( no bad seats in this house) , the server was prompt and knowledgeable about the food and the extensive wine List.Once the food arrived we were all blown away by the taste, the freshness and the presentation . If you need to impress a potential lover or client, take them here. 6 stars if it was possible.

I totally loved it. Service was very nice, they knew what’s going on. Both dishes-amazing. Shrimps, salmon, all vegetables and sauce in the linguine were so delicious and fresh. At the end i took the dessert-chocolate cake. I think it was the best one i had in my life. I totally loved it.

Perfectly cooked garlic shrimp ravioli, salmon, and chicken carbanaro, nice drinks too. Very welcoming atmosphere and service. A beautiful dessert with hot apple jam inside and vanilla ice cream on top drew us a wonderful period mark to our Niagara trip.

Came here for the first time after they changed from Canyon Creek. Atmosphere is still great with a decent view of a portion of the falls. The food is no longer as good as Canyon Creek though. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it came essentially well-done. Table beside me had the same complaint. I would give them 3.5⭐ given how pricey it is for average food.

Made reservations for a special occasion. Was pleasantly surprised by every bit of their preparation. Our meeting with the hostess was breif so i forgot her name (sorry) but she was very polite and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and gave us a great set up for the evening. The seating was perfect. Jack our server was great and perfectly played the scenario as a good server does. Not too intrusive but there when needed and very pleasant to speak with. The food was well prepared. The view and ambience was damn near perfect. Music was at the perfect level to have the ambience and background without drowning out conversation. All in all, it was an absolutely wonderful experience and happy to have chosen Red's for our place to celebrate. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Delicious! Great ambiance, food, and service. I had the oven roasted cod, and my hubby had the shrimp ravioli. Perfect portions, and both dishes were pretty and delicious. Edit to add that we went back and had the prime rib and OH. MY. GAWD. SO GOOD.

My mother and I had a fantastic experience at Reds. We shared a prime rib and were checked on by several staff walking by just to ensure everything was tasting good or if we needed anything. Our Server T.J. was absolutely spectacular and very social with us. She joked around with us too which is an A++ in my books! Love a server who can chit chat, joke around, but still remains professional and charming. Food was out of this world delicious too!! highly recommend coming back here.

Excellent dining experience - staff, food, wine and ambiance superb. I ordered the Tuna Tataki and the lemon brûlée cheesecake, both scrumptious. Will be coming back!

We had the mushroom truffle flatbread, chefs cut prime rib and salmon bibimbap. The prime rib was great! It was tender and the jus was great. The flat bread was okay. It was quite rich. The salmon bibimbap was not good. Salmon was a bit fishy. And it wasn't a great bowl. The server was a little slow but she was good. We ordered hot water and she was attentive and gave us a teapot and refilled timely.

We stopped in for dinner before a show - without a reservation, but we were very lucky and due to a cancellation, we lucked out and got a window table with a limited view of the falls and a courtyard. Next time, we'll plan ahead, make a reservation and take advantage of the free self parking! Host staff and our waitress (T) were very friendly and upbeat. Prime rib sandwich was delicious and came with a horse radish sauce as well as a cup of jus. The Harvest Bowl with shrimp was also delicious. The first few bites were a little spicy, but would definitely order again! Overall, the experience was top notch, and we will definitely go again!

Came here for a large dinner and had a very lovely server. I had the prime rib sandwich and a yuzu sparkling Negroni. My sandwich was pretty good but my fries were cold and over salted. My drink was spot on. Several of my friends had gotten the prime rib, all medium rare but every prime rib that came to the table was very rare, but we needed to get to our next location after dinner so they decided not to send it back. Really unfortunate since that's Red's signature dish. Some of the asparagus was also very woody and difficult to chew through. Overall, good drinks, average food for the area, and good service. Free complimentary parking.

The service and atmosphere are fantastic. The food is good but has a little bit of a new age touch to it...so some will like some won't. The dessert......was by far the best thing I ate while in Canada. We got the sampler of desserts. I got a burger, my husband got the prime rib. Drinks were ok...like I said new age-ish so definitely an adjustment.

You go for the location. Check out the videos. Drinks were great. Food, not so much. Truffle flat bread with *steamed* onions was a yuck. The sushi roll was five stars. Def get. Jack is a five star server.

Excellent food quality and a wonderful experience. I had the cauliflower stake and it blew my mind. Service was a tad slow but the food more than makes it up.

The aperitizer and drinks come quick and very tasty. For main dishes we waited for one hour! Be ready for this. However, the view of the Niagara Falls was amazing.

Service was slow but friendly. Drinks from the bar were terrible. My dark and stormy tasted like straight ginger in water. There was only 8 of us and we only ordered mains. Took almost 2 hours from start to finish. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Food was decent but portion sizes were small. I ordered the salmon bibimbap. This place is just okay.

How this restaurant has such a high rating is mind boggling. Dinner on a Saturday night. Made reservations ahead of time for a group of four celebrating a birthday. The staff were absolutely amazing. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. That should have been a clear sign to ditch the reservations. We ordered two bottles of wine, two appetizers (calamari and sushi - both were great), three steak dishes, and 1 chicken carbonara dish, dessert sample platter. All three steaks were not cooked to the liking of my friends and my pasta was very undercooked. All of our entrees were cold and just not edible. Two of the dishes were sent back (a steak plate and the carbonara plate). The second time was about 5% better but still did not satisfy. We ate what we could. The dessert sampler was a highlight. If we were to go back, which we probably will not, we'd just order some appetizers and the dessert platters.

Hi there, this time for dinner I decided to try Reds kitchen and wine bar in Niagara Falls. First impression was good as it’s updated and had a nice ambiance. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and nice, and made a mean old fashioned. It was late when I arrived and they were very nice to still offer anything on the menu. I got the fried chicken sandwich and the garlic shrimp and ravioli. The chicken sandwich was good and surprisingly not greasy at all, but I felt it was missing something. The garlic shrimp with Ravioli was a hit for me, super delicious. You can tell I liked the pasta, because I jumped right in forgetting to take the picture first. All in all they are not over priced like everything else in Niagara (as it was cheaper than my breakfast at ihop) and it’s definitely a good place to try out. Thanks for the read and happy eating!!

Really amazing dinner. We took the kids here for a special treat and it was great for both them and us. The chicken mankahni was amazing. Great chicken sandwich, amazing cocktails and great service.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The food was very delicious you can tell everything is made fresh! The restaurant is very clean and a great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, our server Tom was amazing as well! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone even the locals. The prices are pretty fair considering it is inside the casino. Definitely check this place out!
