I came here on a Thursday evening with my family for dinner. It was pretty quiet at that time so we were seated fairly quickly. There was a lot of pop music playing in the background which felt more of a club than a restaurant. I had high expectations with their food quality since it was quite pricey. We ordered the following: Bread with Butter 🥖 The bread came for free and you can request for more when finished. It came in a tray that was holding butter. The bread itself was alright and it could of been more softer. The perfect bread would had been straight out from the oven so that the butter would melt when placed inside. Bloomin' Onion 🧅 It seems like this aussietizers dish was ordered by many people so we gave this a try. Their special onion is hand-carved, cooked until golden and ready to dip into their spicy signature bloom sauce. The onions were super crispy and filled with deliciousness when paired with their signature bloom sauce. For every bite you take keeps you craving for more. I recommend giving this a try and would give this dish a 🔥. Caesar Side Salad 🥗 The portion size was smaller than expected. I wish that they had more croutons in the salad. There was nothing special with this particular side dish so I would not recommend getting this as a standalone. Steakhouse Pasta 🍝 This dish had a lightly seasoned portions of steak combined with sliced mushrooms, diced green onion and tomatoes gently tossed with fettuccine in a rich demi-glace sauce. Everything taste good except for their steak. It was chunky and had a chewy texture. You would have to chew more than usual before your next bite. There was no unpleasant taste in any way. However, I would say that it was not worth it for the price it was listed at for $39. Sirloin and Baby Back Ribs 🥩 The description says "These fall-off-the-bone ribs are exactly the way ribs should be. Succulent and saucy, each rack is smoked, grilled to perfection and brushed in a tangy BBQ sauce. Served with Aussie fries and coleslaw." I have to 💯% disagree that these were not fall off the bone ribs. All of their ribs were stuck to the bone. It was dry and juiceless and that was the same with their sirloin (no seasoning). I was very disappointed with the quality of the food as it was super pricey at $50. I had a better appetite in eating the mash potatoes and coleslaw instead. I would give this dish a not worth it 👎. Overall, their staff and service were relatively friendly and alright. The food came in a timely manner but the food was overpriced and mediocre. In addition, be prepared to pay for NFDF (Niagara Falls Destination Fee) on the bill. An 18% gratuity will be added to tables of 6 or more. I would recommend going elsewhere to dine in for a better experience.

Overpriced horrible food. Cant cook a steak right. No seasoning on it. Fries were cold. And on top of that, they quietly add on what's supposed to be an optional Niagara falls tax that they should be asking if you would like on your bill because apparently it's more of a charitable donation. Would not recommend

Prices are ridiculously high, even for Niagara Falls! I understand paying $40-60 for a good steak, but you should not be charging $35 for pasta or salad. The wine is the most fairly priced item on the menu. That being said, the food was very good. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious as well. The pasta was bland, but the chicken and shrimp on the pasta was tasty. The bread served before the meal was fresh and warm. A good experience, but don't come here if you are on a budget. Don't forget to factor in the 10% tourism fee on top of the bill..

Our family LOVES OUTBACK. We have been eating at Outback for 15+ years. The chain used to be in Ottawa but then it closed down. We could only then eat Outback when going to the states - it is always delicious. We were ecstatic to know there was one in Niagra so when travelling we stopped in. We were SOOO disappointed - it is nothing like the states. The steak and potato in the photo was $56 + Tax+Tip. Which is insane. The salad in the states has the most wonderful salad crutons (large, crunchy and salty) . The salad provided had the smallest dryest croutons. The salad also usually includes cucumber but none were found in the salad. Disappointment. The kids mac & cheese is usually cheesy of velveeta cheese. This had no cheese whatsoever it was watered pasta with a pinch of salt. Again disappointment. The bill was almost 400$ for 4 people - will not be going back to this location.

When we arrived we were told it would be a few minutes until the table was ready. We proceeded to wait 30-40 minutes. I think this is exactly why you should read reviews. The food was crazy overpriced, one blooming onion, steakhouse pasta, and Caesar salad ended up being $120 US! Absolutely crazy how Outback can cost so much and the food was so mediocre it is insane to think it cost so much. Once we sat down the service was good but the price and waiting so long for such mediocre food is why I gave it 2 stars.

This Outback is located very close to hotels but parking was a hassle. Hotel parking lot they share was full so had to park offsite location approximately 5 minutes walk from the restaurant. It is really dark at night. I was seated right away and server was great. Tried fish special and it was delicious, wish they served fries in a different basket, juices from the fish made fries soggy and unpleasant. Coleslaw was good. I also ordered Outback special and was cooked perfectly and delicious. Price for 2 dish and a drink including a 30 CAD discount coupon was 95 CAD. I thought it was a little too much but I guess the charge is due to location and I should have checked before arriving.

This was the very first stop we made after our 3 hour drive to the falls. We were starving, had never been to one and it was right beside our hotel. It was absolutely amazing!!! We both had the steak and lobster tail. Both steaks were cooked to perfection of how we had requested them and the lobster was outstanding. Even the broccoli was beyond delicious! The service was amazing, and my long island iced was the best I've had in years and came in an awesome curved glass I would love to know where to get from. Will deifnately be back on my next visit to Niagra.

Went Saturday night around 830pm. We were seated within a few minutes and the service was excellent (Victoria looked after us). We had wings and ribs and both were juicy and tender, full of flavour. Wine bottles very reasonable as well. A++

Very expensive food , and also very mediocre quality and taste. I had little expectations however this was certainly disappointing on the value and quality side. The only saving grace is that the server , Steve, was genuinely fun and an excellent server.

Where do I start, the bathroom is gives a foul not freshly clean smell. The food is subpar , low quality and definitely NOT worth the price. My chicken was over seasoned with pepper and salt , tasteless and had traces of fish smell and pink inside . The mashed potatoes was course and clumpy . The steak was hard , burnt and could be mistaken for leather. We tried to eat the food we ordered a second time in the hotel and just couldn’t. An expensive regrettable experience.

My husband and I have been looking for a restaurant with a blooming onion. I came across outback’s website and saw they had blooming onions on the menu so we thought we would give it a try. Sadly the blooming onion was so incredibly salty to the point we couldn’t even eat it, I know blooming onions are a salter food item but this tasted like someone put an extreme amount of salt. We had only a few bites and left. Service was great just sadly not impressed with the food.

Extremely disappointed. We were looking for our last night dinner experience with our two-day trip to the falls. The Outback franchise has changed drastically if this restaurant is in compliance for best practice, service and quality. We ordered three dinners for 4 adults. The chicken and ribs dinner was extremely over spiced and overpriced (chicken was inedible). BBQ chicken and ribs $49.99 and two BL fried chicken dinners $39.99 ea. Price is not an issue when it comes to quality but if you are looking for that please look at all of the ratings. The plates and utensils were not clean, and the table had not been wiped and was sticky. Unacceptable as the restaurant was not busy. The service warranted a negative review as well. When you visit the falls do your homework for restaurants and have a plan to make your stay enjoyable when dining. Be aware of automatic gratuity of 18%. As negative reviews go, I will have no problem sharing this with friends and family. I hope they make some changes to save their business on Fallsview Blvd.

My kids and my uncle went there for New Year’s Eve dinner and we have the barbecue ribs which french fries and we have the Victoria’s fillet and the pork chops. Everything was amazing. I love and I think it’s the best place to have the blooming onions because I LOVE them so I recommend to everyone to go there and just ask for the blooming onions because they are AMAZING🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Shocked at the number of critical reviews. We went there today for dinner, and found the food tasty and plentiful, the pricing reasonable (more or less what you expect to pay in a tourist driven place), and the staff efficient and friendly. Shout out to Colleen who was a lovely and friendly staff member to serve us.

was a bucket list of mine but the price was WAY overpriced for what we got, steak was chewy, so mediocre for the price point and kids meals, very underwhelming. Waitress was the only good part. 10$ for Aussie fries?! - basic fries little cheese and bacon bits. Wow. -_- 4 people over 200$

BEWARE of the taxes at this restaurant they charge a percentage for Niagara Development Tax! I had $20+ charged to my bill for this tax on top of regular taxes. They demand 15-20% tips. Service was awful and very unprofessional. As we are now in the colder season of the year you would expect the atmosphere of where you're dining to be cozy and welcoming. It was very cold in restaurant like A/C was on max which made a very uncomfortable dining experience along with our food getting super cold and disgusting really fast! The blooming onion was raw and halfed battered. My wife's steak was burnt and tough. There was one waiter by the name Clarke, he was very nasty, wiping his nose with bare hands and rubbing his face all the time before serving your food. He was eating (chewing food) while bringing your meal out. His uniform was very dirty with food stains all over. He was holding right above his butt while walking to kitchen and back. Thank God he wasn't our waiter he was extremely disgusting!! The other waitresses took forever to come check you out to see if you're good or needed anything. This was our first time at this restaurant and definitely our last time. We do NOT recommend anyone to dine at this location.

Krista is so lovely and pleasant to interact with. One of the best customer service experience that I have encountered. She truly goes above and beyond to satisfy her guests. BIG BIG shout out to her and the kitchen staff, food was delicious!! Thanks Roadhouse team.

So Niagara Falls restaurants are pricey and most of the time the food is dull but this restaurant takes the crown. The food was beyond tasteless the services was terrible and the washrooms were disgustingly dirty. If there was zero star they will earn it without hesitation. Do not go there to eat, you will be better eating at burger king

Food was good! Hot and came fast. Service was excellent too. Prices were really high. Washrooms were not clean. Our table was sticky and very tight (chairback to table)!! Our meal for 2 adults and a kid was $140 before tip. No alcohol. Anywhere else would have been half that.

Food was decent. But $140 US for 1 steak dinner, 1 chicken dinner and 2 kids entrees is INSANE for an outback steakhouse. The prices were so inflated here. I now know why the restaurant was dead. Only about 4-5 tables had people during the peak of niagra season and at 6pm.

Hubby and I came for valentines dinner..was lots of room and the staff was very attentive to our table. We both ordered steaks, both were exactly as we asked for them. My rare steak was perfect! Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back again for sure!

Ordered calamari and got these overfried dry calamari, after spending $30. I tried eating them but they were dry and hard. Very disappointed makes sense now why it was nearly empty 😕. Will not be going back!

We were staying close by and our hotel provided a coupon, so we gave it a try for dinner. Sunday evening, not busy, prompt service. Food was average (the ribs being my favourite). I still am in sticker shock at the price of two adult meals (which is normal for all restaurants in the area) to charge and absurd amount for food. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, despite the restaurant not being busy for the hour we were there. What made this exceptional, was our server Colleen, she was delightful! Definitely an asset to have her at your establishment.

The prices were high for what we ordered but NF is a tourist trap so that's to be expected I guess. The restaurant wasn't busy. The service was good. The food was decent. Nothing to brag about but good. The blooming onion was probably the highlight.

Outback is a bit of a childhood memory for me. I send to go a lot with my family and I had fond memories f the place. I still enjoyed it when I went but it was much more expensive (of course there's also the Niagara factor) the reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because they mixed up the steaks between the person I was with and I. I didn't get the steak I wanted because they already ate most of it before I even touched mine. So that was a shame but it was still good. The blooming onion it crispy and delicious but I don't have the sauce.
