Run down, expensive, garbage prizes. Typical tourist trap like many other places in the area. Kids love it and they seemed to enjoy themselves. Games eat tokens and ticket payout is low.

Great fun for all ages, definitely go for the $50/150 tokens, best value and hours of entertainment. The 2 other rides inside do require additional admission which isn't too expensive, but something to consider. The prizes aren't really that great, I would not recommend chasing tickets for the prizes and play games that you enjoy instead. Large clean washrooms and we'll ventilated. I give them 8.5/10!

So sad, they no longer have the tickets and coins it really doesn’t hit the same. I used to come Niagara Falls all the time just for this arcade now there’s really no point. So disappointed, also the prices went up since the games cost more points.

Games are ok, my issue is with the customer service! My nephew won 150 tickets on a game and it only paid out 50 so I called over an attendant who handed me 4 tokens, I said I don’t want tokens I would like the tickets, he very rudely replied not my problem. The game was 2 tokens and I gave you 4, I only had to give you back 2, I suggested I just wanted the tickets we had won. And he shrugged his shoulders and rudely walked away. If you do go buy your tokens online it’s a better deal. The cashiers were super friendly and so were the prize attendants, it was just this one very unpleasant worker!

Loved the place from last 5 years. Staff people are chill and nice and everything is well maintained. For playing games, we have to buy their coins which is universally accepted over all arcade games. Most games(not Air-hockey or Dance rev) gives you tickets in return depending on performance. With those tickets, you can get a gift like stuffy toys, pillow etc etc. Place has great vibe and I love it every time I visit.

Even though I was Disappointed about the whole arcade switching to the card system, I decided to give this place one last try since I was in the area. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was that it looked more spaced out (less games then before) the second thing I noticed is that a lot of the classic games were taken out. I'm not talking about the token games, I'm talking about some of the older style redemption games. It also didn't seem as crowded as when it had tokens. Playing the games was ok at the most, its not not as fun without the tickets coming out. I managed to win a good amount of tickets, which was great. I don't think I will be coming back any time soon though, because it just doesn't feel the same for me anymore.

A great arcade spot to keep kids happy while visiting Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls. Well maintained machines, busy but not overcrowded. Lots of fun to be had.

Best place to visit for endless fun. Cost for coins are reasonably priced. Lineups to "cash out" and outdoor lines were fairly long. I wish they could implement a better system to help customers select gift items, I think this would speed things up a bit and also use a band or card system to tap on each game instead of carrying around bucks of coins. Other than that, go early and have fun!

No longer fun or affordable. I used to take my son here regularly last year because you could spend about $20 and have a couple hours of fun. In early 2024 they changed their machines to take cards instead of tokens (that's fine and convenient) but they chose to more than double the cost of each game, and then reduced the winnable tickets by less than half so they're not shy about ripping you off. Now $40 lasts less than 30 minutes and your ticket count to show for it is dismal and incredibly disappointing for children. It's no longer fun and far from affordable. Save you money for better things in life than this place.

Loved this arcade. You can exchange your money into tokens before playing. And you use tokens to play whatever you like, there are many kinds of games and many of them give you back more tokens if you're lucky. In the end, you can buy sovenirs with the tokens you've collected(you should put the tokens into the counting machine and it will give you a receipt). Most sovenirs are just trivial things that childs will like, so I just gave my remaining tokens to a boy. Overall, this is a very entertaining place worth visiting.

We bought 160 coins for 50 CAD online and kids had so much fun for 2 hours. I think it is a very good value for money. Connect 4 was their favorite. We collected 500 tickets in total but to be honest rewards are not very interesting. Still 5 stars as we had so much fun.

The arcade is filled with lots of fun and exciting games, ranging from racing to strategy to role play to sports and jackpot wins. Not only did our kids have a fun time, so did we (the adults)! The price for game coins are reasonable and ticket redemption for prizes are standard. A fun past time for those passing through Clifton Hill.

I had so much fun with the boys here. Very big variety of games. Huge place. Whenever I come back to Niagara Falls, I will certainly drop by again. The tickets aren't too expensive and we found a game that's really easy to win tickets with and ended up exchanging the tickets for many prizes. Great experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Toronto.

had a great deal of fun and left with a basketball worth 1,000 tickets 👍🏻 (pretty expensive basketball if u think about how much we spent on tokens) but that’s the fun of an arcade 😂😂 we only explored the top area as we completely forgot there was another entrance below to what seemed like another section of the arcade. From what we explored we had a blast!

I was in the Niagara Falls area in late August/early September 2022. The Great Canadian Midway is located on the Clifton Hill strip. This arcade is packed with lots of fun and action. The Ghosts Blaster and Cosmic Coaster are both located inside of here. The Wendy’s is also attached to it. This arcade has so many games to play. Even if it is crowded there is enough for everyone to do and never a long wait for a game. There are also lockers located at the back to put your belongings in if you choose to. You can purchase tokens with cash or card. By purchasing the fun pass, we had some free tokens on our cards. There is also staff walking around should you require assistance. We visited this location on rainy and sunny days. I think all ages would love to visit this location.

It's a must visit every time I come to Niagara Falls. It makes me feel like a kid again. There are so many different arcades to choose from, and it's always fun. The system is simple and fun : you buy tokens ( they often have specials, the more you buy ) then you play the games which will give you tickets ( the higher the score, the higher the tickets ). Then you go exchange the tickets for the gifts. But hey....don't expect to win a Playstation 5 or something .... it's all for the fun and experience ! Highly recommend

Nice but pretty crowded spot with good amount of games and machines (too many coin pushers though). We spent 3 hours there and encountered a few problems but the staff will gladly refund the tokens. The staff at the redemption counter were nice too, we didn't have enough tickets for the prize we wanted but they still gave it to us.

Fun and so many games to choose from. We paid 20 dollars and got 50 tokens inclusive of tax which lasted us 2.5 hours of enjoyment. We accumulated 305 tickets and won bath bomb, loofa and bath salt.

This is an amazing place to spend a few hours with the family. Almost all of the games were working, and while a few may jam occasionally, the attendants are quick to respond and fix them. They even compensated us for the lost coins that the machine ate. The bowling was super fun to try out. Highly recommended when in town."

Took my 7 yr old 3 yr old and 2 yr old and there were games for each one of them. They had a sanitizer station every few feet which is always a plus in these times. We had so much fun. $20 worth of tokens lasted us about 1.5 hrs+. Great fun!!

I love Midway! Not only because of it's large variety of arcades but because it never gets old! From basketball to Subway surf to Air hockey there are allot of choices to pick from. It's a nice place to go to as a family, friends or even alone if it makes sense to you. The down side is that some of the machines don't work and to find an employee to come help you with it, will take you ages. Apart from that everything else is nice and I would definitely come for my 15th time at least.

Not what it used to be Machines don't work or are rigged. From glitches to machines blatantly not giving tickets you've won. We've been to midway quite a few times. And this experience turned us off from ever going back there again. Fix your machines. You save more paying to get your machines maintained and having repeat customers. There are also new arcade places coming up. You don't want to lose out on competition cause you think your good location alone will keep you in business.

It had a good selection of games. Some were overpriced and some were a good value. The kids had fun.

We have been to this arcade on 2 trips now and the kids absolutely love it! Buying the token deal online before you get there is awesome. You just have to go to the counter and have them spit out the tokens. The kids really like the duck games. We have over 100+! I think we may have a duck problem 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️ We definitely make this a stop every trip we come up and we go multiple times in each trip! It's an awesome arcade. This arcade definitely came in handy on our most recent trip (12/26-12/30) because it was rainy, foggy and miserable except for our last full day! The kids are already talking about trading in their ticket receipts when we come up again!

Had a really great time here with my daughter. She had so much fun! Only down side is to to exchange toys with tickets. The line is always massive & the wait is forever.

My wife and I have been visiting this arcade for the past 15 years or more. We visit on average about 1-2 times per month, and always buy the $50 token value. We have over 50,000 tickets saved up, as we don't always spend them all. Overall, we love this place, and we always have a great time. However, we are a bit disappointed to learn that the arcade will be doing away with the tokens, and ticket system. Seeing our tickets come out of the machines, and counting up our tickets at the end of our play is part of our fun, and part of our overall arcade experience. We feel like some of our fun is being taken away. We are disappointed to learn you will be going to an electronic card system. This will not prevent us from returning, however, the level of fun and excitement will not be the same for us. I would also like to add that the washrooms here are always kept very nice and clean all the time. That is something that is important to us.

Great time spent here with my son. Tons of games and prizes to choose from. Your money goes along here. I didn’t feel like it was over priced. The games aren’t short either compared to Dave’s and busters this place you could play for a minute or 2. Before having to add more coins. The AC was blasting was nice to cool off on a hot day. Will definitely go back.

It was my girlfriend's first time at Niagra. Becca at the prize redeem counter yesterday admirably did an amazing service that made our time really memorable and worthwhile. When our machine ran out of tickets the staff was proactive to load it without losing the fun experience. Individuals like her makes the experience at places like these keeps people coming back. Thank you for the amazing staff and service. Becca you're one amazing individual.

Fun place to spend the weekend. Would be great if they had more arcade games. Some of the games were still under maintenance. But overall, its a nice place near Niagara falls to spend a couple of hours.

I recently visited this arcade and had an amazing time! The selection of games was fantastic, with plenty of classic and modern options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. The machines were well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this arcade to anyone looking for a fun and entertaining experience!

I did not have my vaccinations checked before entering the building. A lot of machines were down or "under repair." Space wise I'm sure that the building was not at capacity though it felt like it. I did see a lot of attendants but no sanitizing of machines. There was a huge problem with the ticket counters being rushed and jammed by eager people. This place needs to swap to the card system for playing. One good thing was the prizes were not overpriced as most arcades are.

As with any other tourist attraction in the area, it's not the cheapest way to spend your time, but the kids always enjoy themselves, and there are a vast variety of games to choose from. They still use a paper ticket system, so you can use one of the ticket eater machines to count them before collecting prizes. We've been both during the peak busy season during the summer holidays and in the winter off-season, and there is a huge difference in the amount of people playing games and the associated wait for redeeming prizes at the end. That's stating the obvious, but just something to keep in mind in terms of the time to allot to the attraction (especially if you hate crowds/waiting/have small, impatient kids in tow). We had the Clifton Hills Fun Pass from Costco, so we also opted to do the Cosmic Coaster and Ghost Blaster rides, which are in the same location. Not worth paying separately for, but something we opted to do since we had the fun pass. Both are short 5-min rides, and nothing overly exciting, but fun for younger kids.

Endless fun, and oodles upon oodles of games to play. Standard arcade, (Racing, light gun, air hockey, fighters etc.) chance, pachinko, and prize ticket style. You name it, it's there. Average arcade game costs 4 tokens which is equivalent to $2 Canadian. With some continues in games being half that. House of the Dead and The Walking Dead are great fun, if your into lightgun games, and Cruisn' Blast if you like racing. Also, on site inside is the Cosmic Coaster, and Ghostblasters attractions if you're having trouble finding them through Clifton Hill.

Great arcade with tons of quality games. Fast and easy to get tokens and start playing. Fun haunted house ride with target shooting game inside. Very fun place. Fun for any age.

This is a great time for families and couples alike. Many games to fit the different personalities; highlights are the arcade games, 6D ride experience (moving theatre style seat + 3D glasses), and a 3D interactive dark ride. Wheel chair and baby stroller accessible. There is even a Wendy's fast food restaurant attached!

Come here all the time and used to work there, never fails to make a great night, if you wanna avoid the crowds go before 4pm, staff are so nice to customers, and Alex at redemption always leaves everyone smiling. Great place to go for fun, probably the most worth it attraction on the hill. Tech team is nice too, Always help with issues:) prizes are good price compared to retail too.
