We went on family day weekend. Missssstake. So crazy busy. In the pool if you put your arms out you would be touching someone. Chlorine is so strong it's in the air and Burns your eyes. So that's my star deductions. Despite all that the kids had a blast! Especially my 4 year old. My 7 year old didn't enjoy the busy part of it as much.

Our family just returned from a trip to this water park. TBH we tried to book Great Wolf Lodge (and they were sold out) as we’ve been there before and the kiddos love it - but I’m so glad we tried this place! We attended with 4 adults and 4 children (0, 2, 5, 7). There was only 1 slide our 2 year old could go on in the water park - but luckily he loved it and they have a playground upstairs with lots of fun slides for him to enjoy. We booked a cabana for the day, too - which gave us 25% off the food, towels and water. It was worth it for me personally as I’m currently breastfeeding and this gave us total privacy. I was even able to nap our 2 year old there. I found the food to be very reasonably priced (even before the discount we had). The park itself did not feel overcrowded at all - which I was surprised about as we were there on a Friday which was also a PD day. Overall we had a great day and the kids said it was the best day ever (which is a big parenting win). Not quite as magical as GWL but also quite a bit cheaper so definitely worth a visit!

Great indoor water arena with a wave pool. I didn't think I was going to enjoy it but I did take the slides multiple times. Just condition your mind to have fun and if you are going with little ones, tag along with them, makes it easier to take the rides with long lines of young kids 😉. There is food and drinks on site so you are covered. External food is not allowed.

Nice indoor water park with lots of slides. Fun for every age. We got a cabana. Cabana fits 6 people. You’ll have your private space and nice view of the falls. There is also a a power outlet in the cabana which is very convenient. Food and drinks are fairly priced. Parking cost is not included in the admission fee.

I will never go back during March Break, but also likely not at all. I was expecting it to be packed, but it really didn't seem like there was any thought given to planning of the extra crowds. Lockers were full, with no alternative solution except carrying your bag around or leaving it somewhere and hoping for the best. Lineup for the big slides was well over an hour long, we gave up and didn't bother. Lineup for the smaller slides was also very long, so we gave up on those, too. Standing waiting in line we were freezing. The wave pool was extremely cold and my child's lips turned blue in about 10 minutes. Nowhere to go to warm up, even the pool floor was cold with the outside doors being opened constantly. We gave up and went for food. Waited over 30 minutes in a small line to get a couple hot dogs. The kids had a bit of fun playing in the jungle gym upstairs, and then we left. Adults have to pay for admission even though we didn't use anything. What a waste of almost $300 for 2 kids and 2 adults. I know it was March break and like I said, expected it to be busy, but they did absolutely nothing to support the amount of people. They could have sold time slots, capped the amount of passes they sold, anything. But instead in was understaffed, over crowded, and way overpriced.

We stayed at the skyline hotel and it was attached to the Waterpark via sky Bridge. We got the Waterpark passes through our hotel package. The Waterpark hours are absolutely awful. 11am to 8pm. This is Niagara falls.... pretty much everything is open late except for the Waterpark. We couldn't even go the 1st day because it closed. Poor value, old facility. Hot tubs and wave pool were not operational. I won't be back probably.

Kids had a great time. Could use some refreshing. If your kid below 40" it won't be much for them to do. Kids loved purple slide and it have longer wait as well. Friendly stuff. Food is total fail. I recommend you to bring your own food( even it says no outside food) as nobody really cares or check. Second floor have food tables and playground. May come back in winter time as there is not many options

Kids love it. Would be nice if they got the outdoor pool working. All in all a good time for the kids. Wait times aren't too bad. Could use a little fixing up, but that's most of the Niagara strip in general. Wave pool still isn't going right now for whatever reason but if you have little ones, it's still a good time and even the food there isn't terribly overpriced like everything else. $5.99 for fries and a giant all beef hotdog. Have to say I am very pleased aside from a few things. Second time there. Will probably be back again. Can do everything in a day.

Loved it! Going as an adult (with no kids) is awesome, you have 4 tube slides, 2 mat slides, 2 regular slides, plus 2 jacuzzi's, food and overall helpful & nice staff :) Note that the hot food counter closes at 7pm, so that sucked :(

We had a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility ran well especially dealing with covid and restrictions. 5 stars for the above but 4 for the set up. The cabana was expensive for what we got and way in the back. The food is definitely all boxed and was not good but we also understand why. It's not kitchen that can accommodate "home cooking". Staff was great there to.

We loved this place, we went for a vacations to Niagara Falls and decided to go one of the days to this indoor water park and the kids loved and us too. They described this park as one of the best that they visited. If you have kids I recommend you take them here they will have fun. The food was good and the price too.

Not bad water park in Niagara. There is a zone for children 5-9 years old, a very poor zone for children up to 5 years old, a couple of slides for adults. There is a cafe with fast food - the quality of the food is very low, you can't take your own, but I think if you take fruit, drinkable yogurt and bread, they won't say anything. It smells very strongly of chlorine. If you go here for this amount, it is better for the whole day. At 10:00 they start here and until 8:00 in the evening. I will not say that I am delighted, but the children like it!

Great Indoor Waterpark. Recommend for anyone with kids and visiting Niagra Falls. Couple improvements could be made to concession stand and bar , very slow service for food and second floor bar is closed. Hot tubs only for 16 and up and close 2 hrs before park ,so big letdown too.

Cant imagine a waterpark in -1 degree temperatures outside ! This fully indoor waterpark makes it a reality! What an amazing place for the family to come and enjoy , helping and friendly staff makes it worth 5 star. Parking is paid , locker rentals are extra - plan accordingly

Overpriced they are charging 60 per flip flip at this place no wave pool 3 slides USA is better with water parks not to mention the entrance was a scavenger hunt. It was fun until you run out of stuff to do after 3 hours tops. Floor is rusty also.

First time coming here and my kids loved it! They enjoyed the shallow pool and the crazy waterfall slip and slide area too! Very fun for kids and adults. Has general fast food options and I believe I saw a bar on top. Would bring my kids again but it's pricey. Expect to pay a lot for the experience.

The good - Fun park ,short lines and lots of seating. Slides are fun. Food and drink are not overly expensive. The not so good - really really starting to show its age, lots of wear everywhere. Constantly getting dripped on patches and tape everywhere.

Great activity for the winter. Nice staff with fun variety of tube slides, kids activities, hot tub, wave pool and outdoor pool. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the night, which was definitely a great idea since we got access to the park for 2 days and also didn't have to drive back home to Pickering tired!

The place was great and connected to Sheraton Falls view. You can buy towels for $2. We booked a cabana which was great. Overall a good experience for the kids.

The fallsview indoor water park is a great place to go with kids (of all ages); there are so many slides for different ages, and so many fun activities, that you can end up spending an entire day there. I've taken my kids there a few times, and each time they've thoroughly enjoyed it. Finding seating is always a challenge, however if you keep looking around you can always find 2 or so chairs, don't expect to find a large group; for that either get there super early in the morning (around the time it opens) or book a private cabana. Just one point, the wave pool is a little finiky, and not always working, but still fun nonetheless. Most of the adult slides have a 10-15 minute line up, sometimes a little shorter, except for the bowl slide that is easily 20-25 mins wait. The cantina in the park does not have many vegetarian options, however you can step out, and there is a food court nearby with pizza hut, subway, and a grill; and there is always the restaurants nearby (Hard Rock cafe, Rainforest cafe, etc.). Depending on the time, make a reservation at any of the restaurants beforehand, otherwise expect a wait.

Great big facility. Lines for slides weren't long in November. They have a great snack bar with lunch/dinner items and water areas for all areas. We were a bit disappointed that we missed out on the hot tubs, they were drained and closed off with no reason or timeline listed on the sign. The younger kids splash area is great. There is a smaller splash pad with warmer water for the younger kiddos and the other structure is great for those older kids that aren't quite ready for the big slides. Lots of chairs, restrooms and change rooms are good in size. The wave pool is good in size and they have an outdoor heated pool which was... Interesting to be in while snow fell on us! Would definitely go again!

Insanely good. This water park is the best one I’ve been too in all of my years. The water park has amazing attractions for little ones and has great quality of tubes and body slides. The only part that was ok, was the food there. I don’t recommend it due to the quality of the food and it wasn’t the best. It wasn’t disgusting but they could do better all though very good water park and have been here 3 weekends in a row now. 👍🏽👍🏽

I had a great time at the waterpark as they have enough rides to spend 3-4 hours. Being a Niagara region resident, we got a discount hence I found my experience worth the money. I might think twice if I had to pay full price. Try to go as soon as the park open as it gets busy around 12:30-1pm. The park is well maintained and have enough rides for people of all ages. I will be definitely going again in winters when it’s less busy.

We had so much fun!!! Got our tickets online a week in advance, while they still had tickets for 20% off. Otherwise it can get to 60$/person onsite.. We got lucky that it was less busy than usual for a Sunday, longest we waited for a tube slide (popular purple/bowl) was about 20mins and the rest were under 10mins, yay! We also did the body slides multiple times and the Canyon Drop/Yellow slide was my best friend's favorite (: Unfortunately no wave pool Food was what you would expect for a waterpark, not great and a bit pricy.. Didn't matter much since we just wanted a quick bite before getting back to the water!

I recently visited the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark in Niagara Falls and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The park was a fantastic place to take my family, especially my kids. They had a blast playing in the various water attractions and rides. The water was warm, which was perfect for my kids, but I can see how it could be a bit too warm for some people. However, this is a common issue with indoor waterparks, and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. The only real negative was the noise level, which was a bit high at times. But, with so many kids running around having fun, it's to be expected. Additionally, there was a strong smell of chlorine, but again, this is a typical issue with indoor waterparks and not unique to Fallsview. Overall, I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun and exciting day with their family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my kids had a blast. If you're in Niagara Falls and looking for a fun way to spend a day, I highly suggest visiting the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark!

This was an unbelievable experience. This place is highly recommended for families with small kids. Tons of rides to enjoy and fun options, restaurant on site and plenty of chairs to seat and relax. Gets extremely busy on the weekend so highly recommend to do reservations in advance specially if you are not local resident. Paid parking is available on the site.

They never pick up their phone. So don’t bother to call them. I left a voice mail which became a ticket. Then a lady called me in the midnight who sounds really nice but didn’t even answer my question. Lol. I don’t know what to say. I took my kids to the water park next day - too many people in the wave pool. But the slides were great. At least my kids had fun.

This waterpark is by far, the best around. It's not overpriced like Great Wolf Lodge or those others. It's very clean and there is a TON to do all within walking distance.

Generally a great waterpark, and we had a great time there. Well maintained and organized. Crowded but a 10-20 min wait for a slide is acceptable. Slides are very fun especially the purple one with the bowl. Staff very helpful. Something that can be improved: Not easy to find the elevator to the entrance. Not enough showers. No seats in changing rooms. The floor doesn’t seem clean enough with those little stones. The line for the four tube slides sometimes is a big mess. We wait for 10 min for the mat slides and just when it’s our turn , the staff suddenly told us the slides will be closed for 30 mins. How ridiculous is that. Luckily we went there on Tuesday. If there are more people I don’t think they have enough capacity. There are only 8 slides, and the wave pool is small. The price is a little high.

Had lots of fun at Fallsview Indoor Waterpark over Christmas time. Perfect place to tire out kids! Also fun for adults. The only thing we noticed is some areas could use some TLC & maintenance, like the soft flooring around splash areas. Water slides had nice organization of lines, which made waiting not so bad

  • 5/5 Amy L. 2 months ago on Google New
It was our first time experience in an indoor waterpark. It’s a great memories to us. My friends and my family had lots of fun during our Christmas Day there. My daughters love the shallow pool because it’s warm and clean. They also like the playground in the second floor. That gave us a big relax time. Hope next time, my kids can be more brave to go on the big sliding with me. We will definitely visit there again.
