I had heard about this attraction, so as a family we went and checked it out during March Break 2022. We purchased our tickets the day before, which allowed us to fill out the waivers ahead of time. When we arrived, we walked right up, got our wristband and helmets, and after a short elevator ride, we were at the starting point. The staff helped us in to our harnesses, and then buckled each of us on to a zipline (they have four lines in total). The gate opens, the staff members release the safety tethers, and off we went. IT WAS AWESOME!!! You get a great view of the falls off in the distance, while zipping down a line parallel to a sheer cliff-face. By holding out your arms and legs to maximise wind resistance, you can keep your speed down, and maximize your time on the line. At the end, after unbuckling, they snap a few more pics from a spot that has a great view, and then you can view (and purchase) your photos or video as a reminder of this great experience. From their, you hop on to an ATV, and they shuttle you back up to the entrance. Aside from the Falls itself, I would say that this is the best attraction in the area. Go for a pizza at Antica afterwards, and you will not be disappointed!!

The zip line in Niagara is really awesome. I was pretty nervous about doing it but the staff was so friendly and explained how everything worked. It turned out to be so fun and not scary at all. We also bought the camera package so you get to see pics of yourself on the zip line. Totally worth it. Try it out if you’re in Niagara!

Great experience, I was a bit scared but it is actually more enjoyable than scary. The staff is very nice for the most, except the guy who give us a ride back on a Jeep… that was definitely scary. When you finish the ride on the Zipline, you walk down until you get to a place where you have to wait for the ride back up, we where talking about how amazing it was and we were distracted, so we missed the sign that says “Stop” or Wait here, this very young guy got really mad and jumped out of the Jeep to move the sign closer to our faces, he threw the stop sign in a very violent way we were shocked and we were all womans so we felt threatened by this guy. The ride back on the Jeep was extremely fast, he was speeding all the time, I was on the back of the Jeep and I felt Like I was going to flight away.

Staff were super friendly. Weather was overcast so the strip in general was not over populated which made for great times. Up sell for photos and a second trip is extremely reasonable. What an awesome experience. Pack your backpack with you in your harness bag and enjoy the ride.

There is very limited parking nearby, with street parking that cost $10 per 30 minutes. The line up is loooong even with reservation. They weigh you and provide a helmet. Once you are up, the line up is, again, loooong. Then the actual Zipline duration is less than a minute. Once you are down, they take photo of you and you will get a chance to buy the photos or the combination of photos and a video of you coming down for $29 or $39 respectively. The Zipline is fun, but what’s more fun is coming back up. They give you a ride and, on the way up, you stop by the American portion of the fall and can take photos. It’s worth time and money to try it once.

Long process before the ride itself. I expect this, should be organized and safe. Some people were confused with where to start though (ticketing, checking in), so some improvements may be done there. The staff was working very dilligently. The zip line itself was fun, as expected. One suggestion is to add another vehicle to shuttle people after the ride, at least on busy days. You can get this as part of a package with the Adventure Course.

Even though i booked online, it was a long wait. Not very organized, random people going when its not there turn. Ride does not go over the falls area, its beside it over the trees. The ride is about 45 seconds. The money and wait time is not really worth it but it was ok for the view i guess.

It was okay. I’m not sure I could ever justify again the 1 hour 45min wait for a few second zip line. I bought the regular ticket since the next available VIP (line bypass) was not available for another 4 hours. Highly suggest getting there early. It’s super hot waiting in line with no where to get water. Staff are all really nice and take 4 pictures of you at the end which can purchased in the gift shop. The view is great and might be the best part. There’s a mandatory shuttle that takes you back to the top at the end.

Came here on a tuesday. The line moved extremely fast. They run every 15-20 minutes. The harness has like a backpack to It so u can store ur stuff safely. Metered street parking available nearby. For $10 each 30 mins. And they give out tickets quick so make sure that you alot enough time for it. Great experience. U can bring ur own gopro if you have a strap or mount. Otherwise you can pay to have $40 photo and video package after ur ride at gift store.

Separate line to buy tickets which was quite slow because they only had one staff member on and it takes a few minutes for her to explain things then you need to go to a separate area and sign the waiver for everybody then you need to go to another area and get weighed check in and get your wristband but once you're there it's super fun and it's quite wet when you get to the end and there's backpacks on the back of the harness for flip flops so you don't lose them and purses etc. Definitely a must do!!!

Really fun, unique way to see the falls. It was the first thing that we did when we arrived in Niagara. There was no line at 11 am. Well organised and staff helpful and super friendly. For those complaining that it’s too quick: what do you expect, it is a Zipline!!

110% recommend this experience!!! I have zip lined before. This one is very relaxing- you don’t have to do the jump part yourself… it’s kind of like sitting in a swing. It felt very safe and the view of the falls- OH!MY!GOD!!! It was only $15 to do the experience again and we totally did! Great time all around!!!!

I did this attraction in late September and it was so fun that we did it 2 other times for only 10$ each time. They made sure that i was safe all 3 times. Absolutely loved my experience and oh my gad the view was beautiful.

This was my first zipline ever , so i can compare with others , but the location is so amazing, and i had a great time doing it , staff is pretty good but they need vbetter comunication with the ticketing seller, she was trying to force sell more expensive tickets to make appointments miss informing that there was a 1 h line to do it without appointments , so we bought to make a regular 1 hour line, and when we got to the arra to do it , there was not waiting time !!!! it was empty and ready to do it. is ok and understandable that they try to sell the more expensive paquetges, but is not cool to lie to your customers to get more out of then , just have than in mind before buying the tickets. the rest amazing i loved it

I have always wanted to zipline, and this was the perfect place to just go for it! The entire experience was exhilarating! I highly recommend purchasing the photo/video package because you will definitely want to remember this!

Glad I could cross something off my bucket list. The zip line the falls activity was very fun glad myself and the group got a chance to do it. I must say the line does move pretty quick we had a early bird ticket and it went by fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased as well with the photo package we got which was an additional amount but I think it is worth it. I also really like how the harness had a bag pack style with a zipper in order for you to put the stuff in and keeps it secure. Very impressed overall with this experience plan on doing it again for sure.

Many reviewers have complained about the cost, and the distance of this zip line attraction. I find their reviews to be totally unfair. You have to understand, this is one of many attractions alongside the river. Unlike actual zip line theme parks, you don’t get the extra distance or obstacles to fly through. This attraction is a quick introduction into what you can expect to experience in the world of zip-lining. I feel the price is more than fair. You really didn’t expect a attraction in one of the worlds, biggest tourist destinations to be free did you?

Honestly, overpriced and not that exciting. They had to put a hold after we already bought the tickets (I mean, windy weather makes sense), but we ended up waiting a really long time. Won’t do it again

We visited this location on Labor Day weekend and were surprised by the 2-hour wait and expensive tickets. If you wanted to go ahead of time, you had to pay an extra $20. It felt like a rip-off.

we were on a Monday in August and booked an early bird ticket (8:00am) to avoid the queues and get a discount. Some folks were already before us when we arrived, so we waited around 10min to start. The ride was very pleasant and was a nice experience.

Always wanted to zip line and where else to do it that in Niagara Falls?! An amazing and thrilling experience, get to see the falls from a different perspective. I zip lined with my two children, (12,10) had no problems. Highly recommend!! Do book online prior to arriving, that does speed up the process a little.

Great day! Handicap accessible. Staff made the process very easy and we all enjoyed the ride. Would recommend to all!

Super fun! Doesn't feel like you are moving fast at all. It's a comfortable ride. All employees were super nice.

My first zipline experience was awesome! Only anxious for first few seconds then enjoyed myself on the short but exhilarating ride. Be careful before the ride ends, there is a sudden jerk. Photo quality is poor. That's why 1 star less.

Amazing and thrilling experience going down the zip line! I had a blast! The falls view on the left side was nice and I got to see it from a different perspective. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Totally worth the price to come here.

This was a fun activity! We went first thing Friday morning and didn’t have to wait in line. The ride was somewhat short for the price we paid, but it was still fun to do. We did purchase the photos, a nice memory of our time at Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend buying tickets beforehand!

  • 4/5 Chris K. 10 months ago on Google
It was a beautiful sight. I don’t think it’s worth the price but they have a good deal to do it again for 15$ so that’s nice. The picture/video deal is a scam (too expensive). Just take your own selfies over the falls. Other than that good experience and beautiful. Just not 5 star worthy.

Excellent experience!! We went in the beginning of June and it was alot of fun! The zipline moves alot slower than other ziplines I've been on allowing you to really enjoy the view on the way down. It runs parallel to the American Falls / the parkway. At the end it gives you an amazing close up view of the horseshoe falls with a non crowded photo op which you can also purchase. The zipline harness has a backpack compartment that allows you to store all your belongings so there is not hassle with lockers or trying to collect your items. We purchased the early bird special (which I would highly recommend) that let's you go in an hour before everyone else so we had no wait times. We did see a large crowd who purchased the general admission that was already waiting for the zipline to open to the public. I would highly recommend this experience!

Excellent experience. We visited early April and from buying ticket to flying was only about 15 minutes. All very organised and we loved it. View of the old power station at the bottom and buggy ride back were a bonus too!

The ride was smooth. Great views and the staff members were friendly. However the hour and half wait was too long for us. I recommend you get the fast pass as we saw people skip the line and only wait for a few minutes before they ride.

  • 5/5 Amandeep K. 1 year ago on Google
pay $10 extra to get express entry. It won't effect much but can save 90 minutes unnecessary waiting.there is definitely waiting of 2 hours if you are not paying few extra bucks. Otherwise the experience is good but not worth full if you are paying $80+ for each person. Better to buy pass

Was so worth it...adrenaline rush...Very afraid of heights and facing my fear, that week. Once they let me go...I felt peaceful, to be honest the worst part was waiting in line. It will stop on its own when you reach the end. So, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy...starts off slow, but speeds up half way through..near the end elevate legs and hold your side ropes as it rattles you once you stop. *On the back of your harness you can store your phone, purse there's like a backpack. *you can sign waiver, book a time and get tickets in line faster that way. I would so do it again!!!!

The customer service was not the best people looked like they hate their job and it took forever for us to pass the line and it was so expensive, "85$ for each person, even children". I am so sorry but I will not come back ever again but after all it was fun for the first time.

A fun place to test if you possess nerves of steel! First time Adventure enthusiasts will love the different levels of difficulty. This is worthy of a visit at least once in a lifetime all as you glance at the Niagara escarpment.

  • 5/5 Julien T. 2 years ago on Google
Lotsa fun, great view of the falls, definitely recommend the early bird, and maybe another time after ( it's only 10$ if you wanna go again) pretty sure it's amazing at night with the lights!

  • 5/5 Virginia J. 2 years ago on Google
Amazing fun!! Highly recommended trying this!! Tip, they have a discount in the early hours and the second run is only $10!!

  • 5/5 Ahmed H. 2 years ago on Google
Waiting line can sometimes be long depending on when you go so plan ahead. But once you take the zipline it's totally worth it. What an experience. At the end you can also get video footage of your drop which is amazing.
