How I can start, I’ve been at this place a month ago and only now when I’m feeling slightly better decided to leave a comment, cuz I think people should know what to expect. I paid $200 for my boyfriend bday surprise to try skydiving and record the video. Unfortunately the guy who was holding us there pushed me out of the airflow but I didn’t make it to the mattresses and fell down in between the net and where mattresses were starting . I immediately felt a very strong pain in my foot, I start showing the guy thumb down so he would stop the air but he didn’t care and thought it’s not important and keep showing me thumbs up . At that moment I was literally crying from pain and keep showing thumbs down… after a while they stopped the airflow and my boyfriend got me out of there. We called an emergency cuz I couldn’t walk and my ankle was swollen. The same instructor was keep saying that it’s sprained and it’s gonna be fine…. When emergency arrived they tried to take of the jumpsuit but it was very painful and they asked him if the can cut it . He said can you please keep it safe … can you imagine?? I was in pain with broken ankle and he was asking not to cut his jumpsuit. So I had a severe fracture of my ankle on two sides, I had the surgery already and now I’m gonna have a plate and screws there forever all thanks for this unprofessional team who just cared about money. Not gonna be able to walk for 2 month and then 1 month of recovery and physio . Already paid more than 6k for the surgery and more to come. And of course we signed some papers in the beginning so we can’t even press the charges… Warning all my friends not to go there, and warning you what can happen there.

Showed up and the place looked shady. The website offers deals and prices that are incorrect. The tunnel is the older version (with pads that stop airflow and make you drop), but they are charging new clean tunnel prices. The guy there was unenthusiastic and it was dark and dingy. They wanted to charge me $70 for the first 3 minutes, then $45 for each additional 3 minutes. The website offers 25 minutes for $200. Overall it was pretty sketchy, and I wouldn't take my loved ones there. Looks like it is time for new management, and maybe a renovation.

Horrible Experience. The video's online and the instruction safety video on site, all show Free Fall, Tumbling and Fun interactive stuff. Nothing could be further from the truth. The wind turbine barely gets you off the ground ( maybe 2 1/2 feet ) and the instructor has to hold you up continuously to active that height. You are never free falling / always being securely held ( pulled up ) by the instructor . Biggest rip off in Niagara Falls. Save your Money. PS: The place and equipment is dirty ( especially inside the helmets ) and the staff not helpful

Definitely disappointed, it's not what you think. If you think you are going there to fly flip and roll you are definitely wrong. It's 2 min of a dude holding you.

Went here to try the Mechanical Bull ride. I called twice before hand and no answer. Paid for parking once we got here because the only sign they have for their lot, which is easily mistaken for the hotel lot next door, you cant read from the car and on Stanley Avenue traffic. Once we walked in there was no one on the main floor so we headed upstairs where we asked about the ride only to find out its not operating. Maybe a better business practice would be to answer your phone, or update the website.

Save your money! Don’t go to this place. Place is dirty and you can’t even “skydive” without the instructor holding on to you !?! Like shown on the website and the training video. Super expensive. I wish I read the reviews before bringing my kids here. But lesson learned. $70 each for 3 minutes. Waste of money!

If you look at the reviews I usually leave they are mostly positive, but this place was something else. Horrible service, stumbled upon this place and looked abandoned. Only one worker in the place and absolutely no customers. made us watch a video to get some fly time and then were given waivers. One of the lines was to be recorded by the company and give permission to them to use the videos for anyway they wanted such training videos or promotion, I didn't want to sign that part. The owner started arguing with me that I don't know how to read properly and it meant for insurance purposes (insurance was not written anywhere in the form). We decided to leave so I asked for the form back so that I wouldn't leave my name and address with them and he became super rude and refused to hand it back to me and kept whispering under his breath as we walked away.

The kids had fun but I give it a low rating due to the price. $75 for THREE MINUTES!!!!! I nearly fell over. Also you don't really get to fly on your own like they show you in the demo video. The attendant holds onto you the entire time for safety reasons.

My family drove an hour from the US to try this wind tunnel out, we arrived in normal business hours only to find them closing. I had even called several times before going to make a reservation, but no answer, just a recording saying when they were open. But they were not open in that time! Ridiculous way to run a business

When we arrived the rock wall was closed, there was no laser ball, there was only two guns for the Ball tag. The mechanical bull was not operational and the only thing available was the indoor skydiving option for $70 for 3 minutes. Waste of time to attend.

Open every day, but when we showed up during business hours they were closed. They state calling ahead is not required so this was very disappointing.

75.00 for 3 minutes of flying!!! And the place looked like it was falling apart!! The outfits you need to wear also had rips in it.

Paid $79. Kid got scared by wind noise immediately- zero air time, zero practice time. Business would not refund $ or even give partial refund. This policy was Not posted or communicated in advance. We will never go back. Save your $.

Niagara Freefall and Interactive Center was a really fun experience for me and my family. It is safe for kids and adults to try. I would recommend others to visit this place. Trust me, you will not regret it.

My two boys (10 & 12) did the indoor free fall. They had a great time and the instructors did a great job preparing them and helping them have a great experience. I’d highly recommend giving it a try!

What an experience! My first skydive! Not too intimating, totally acceptable, a lot of fun for our group of friends. The instructor was very patient and experienced, making sure we are on tack all the time. It was surely distressing! Lots of laughters! Recommend!

Paintball portion: the guns kept jamming. The indoor course is the size of my basement. Got some serious welts from the rubber balls. I would never go back.

I recently went to Niagara falls on vacation for 3 days and wanted to try the freefall. It had a paper saying it was open 11am-4:30pm every day on the front door . The side door had another paper open tomorrow. I tried all three days to find out it was over priced and wouldn't be open while I was in town. What a let down.

The reviews I read here prior to visiting set an expectation that it would be a good experience if we could get past the general lack of organization - and that's exactly what we found. Overall it was a great experience. We were't sure where to park (though the gate), and when we walked in things weren't clearly marked. We found our way upstairs and were greeted by a couple of guys who explained the process and cost. Paperwork and training was brief, yet thorough, and then my wife and son suited up and entered the wind chamber and they fired things up. The instructor and the operator were extremely professional and worked expertly to provide a great experience. Everyone felt safe and had a great time. I highly recommend this place but it would be nice if they spent a little time making it user friendly on the front end :) Still, its a five star in my mind even with that caveat.

Amazing experience. We did a family trip with the kids, 4 aged 16-21. We all got the hang of it quickly, thanks to the great staff. I thought we were going to get about 3-5 minutes each, but it seemed like a LOT longer, well worth the money

Loved it! Wife loved it!!!! People were very friendly only complaint, they need to upgrade their video camera they use to make and sell video if the event. If not for that they would have gotten 5 stars. Video was too grainy as a camera from the 80's or 90s. Work on that and get 5 stars. :)

A truly amazing experience. A little on the pricey side but if you think of what they have to put into it to make it all work it's far from a ripoff. I'm a larger fellow (250-260lbs) and I had an absolute blast. Got some solid flying time in with help from our instructor. Went during winter months, much quieter, just myself my partner and the instructor in the tunnel which was really nice, no waiting on others or feeling self conscious when your cheeks are flapping. Will be going back next time I'm in the Falls!

The friendliness and pleasant demeanor of the staff was amazing!!! Brought in my timid 9-year-old and she left saying that it was the best experience of her life. Pretraining was easy and they walk you through everything. Will do again next time we're in the region.

I read some of the reviews and agree they could work on the optics and communication a bit. Regardless, I went for the indoor skydiving with my dad and had an absolutely awesome time. It was so much fun and I’m alread making plans to go back. Loved it.

Fun if you wanna fly like superman/girl and don't have the cash/juevos for real skydiving. Overall, a great experience, but a bit on the pricey side. YOLO (You Only Love Omelettes)!!!

We booked time to go as a family. Drove there and the place was closed. I am so glad I didn’t pay in advance. They said they were waiting on a part but it should be good to go soon. Nope. What a disappointment.

  • 2/5 crw t. 4 years ago on Google
Absurdly low wind-speeds -- must be a very old prop. Much much slower than freefall speeds in modern skydiving and even slower than what was customary in the 80's. They teach you an extremely spread-out body posture (you'd have to relearn would you ever want to do the real thing) and put you in ridiculously baggy jumpsuits just to create lift-off. It may be fun for skinny kids -- but it is quite a strain to keep in the air for larger adults (not even overweight ones). Also probably louder and gloomier than it has to be.

Very sketchy, building is run down and only two guys working there. Skydiving part was cool though

  • 5/5 Shawn J. 3 months ago on Google New
Overall, it was a great experience for my family. I am rating my experience high because the instructures, combined with the unique experience, are hands down amazing. Yes, the place is a bit run down and needs some TLC, and yes, the instructors holds you a lot in the tunnel to ensure your safety and to maintain proper allocation of time per flyer, but it is an amazing experience hands down, and I will be returning for more, albeit more prepared next time for the administration woes.
