Not many people on a weekday. The staff there were super friendly. My girl had a great time there.

Five stars just for having an Initial D Stage 4 arcade cabinet!! A real treasure to find out in the wild, please take good care of it!! Decent arcade with some real gems. Some other personal favourite machines they had include Tekken 5 and two pinball machines (Pirates of the Caribbean, Roller Coaster Tycoon) they also have lots of ticket games for the kids. Didn't get his name but would like to highlight the great service from the employee that helped my gf and I with a coin jam on the Tekken 5 machine on Saturday September 11th around 9PM. Only complaints about the place are: 1. Super confusing building layout, games are sort of scattered around 2. Coins jams / games eating coins, no real way to really fix because that issue just comes with being a coin operated arcade

My boyfriend and I went here at 7 earlier today and the man working there was super nice and friendly. He gave us extra tokens and was overall super spectacular, I would definitely check this place out if you’re looking into it. 100% would go back just for him:))

Decent arcade, they've got Tekken 5 here. Employee was super helpful when the machine ate our tokens. My only complaint is that the arcade has a weird layout - it's a couple levels and the games are all over the place.

Awful experience. Such a money grab, unless you enjoy spending $40 to sit in a room. None of the machines work, laxer tag doesn’t have anyone in it, doors are locked for other mazes. When I asked for my money back the manager was very rude and deflected me whenever I spoke. It’s clear they just want your money and don’t care about your experience. The manager is the bald big guy and he’s very rude and stole my money.

A relic of the golden age of arcades. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us wherever they could! All machines in the arcade were very well kept and they also had special imported arcade cabinets that I've seen nowhere else like Initial D Arcade Stage 4 and Virtua Tennis. They also still use physical tickets which was a nostalgia trip. Also, I've been to many arcades and typically the photo booth is always out of service, but it was working here! Hands down the best experience I've had in an arcade and it was hidden beside a hotel. Who would have guessed!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! Their goal is to ensure you and your party have a good time and a lot of friends. Weekends are very busy but weekdays and during the day it is pretty quiet. There is something to do for any age! The glow in the dark mini golf makes it a bit more challenging because of it being darker inside. The graphics on the wall make for a fun environment too.

Had a great time with family. We used a pass for 4 activities. They accommodated our family of 5 even though the pass only said 4 people. The Lazer tag and mini golf were our favorites. Maze of mirrors and haunted house were quick items but fun.

A huge array of entertainment for all ages. Besides the arcade, there is also a Laser tag game, mini putt, a haunted hall, and a mirror maze. I only wish the games were still being sanitized every now and then because if so many touch points. Washrooms are super clean.

After what felt like the longest walk of our lives, we finally arrived to our destination of the fun zone. We started off with some fun things downstairs where the staff member with the ponytail did a great job at helping all of our needs, and we had many. He even caused one of us to pee our pants in the haunted hallway. Multiple arcade machines ate our tokens and tickets, but ponytail guy came to our rescue each time. Next we headed upstairs to cash in the tokens, where we met Josh literally running laps around us like the flash, trying to meet each customers needs. He is probably underpaid for being the only person on the main floor working it seemed, and still going out of his way to make us all happy. They made our excruciating walk while piggy backing kids, worth every drop of sweat!

Pretty good. Really nice staff. Old arcade machines that steal coins a lot but the nice staff are always willing to help and return lost coins. Lots of fun though. Mirror maze was great and worth the money if you go back and forth for awhile without leaving. Miniputt was way too dark, even for a blacklight course and seemed cheaply made but it was expensive and not worth it. Going back for the arcade and mirror maze.

Stuff was either busy with fixing the arcade games or playing with their phones. Lucky it hasn't been busy by any means only one other family and a couple were seen at the time of our visit. Lots of the games were broken the other ones needed a lot of times the stuff to fix the issues. The mirror maze was fun. Mini golf got boring - the holes were all more or less the same but the paintings were nice. Laser tag was a hit. A massive downer was the haunted house. We asked the stuff if it's fine for kids to go in - sure no worries they will be fine. All the kids were terrified - didn't even go to second one. Just nasty if you ask them and they let you go in without a doubt. Youngest was 3 — not cool at all. - even the 10 year old said it was terrifying. Should I tell you about their nightmares after. The long conversations needed to calm them down. A age limit would be needed here or at least as a recommended age to enter. This was a huge downer and we are still not over it. It's just totally irresponsible in any means. Still all wound up about it.

This is the second year we have had my Grandson's birthday party at the Fallsview Fun Zone and it was another great experience. The kids had a great time and everyone went out of their way to look after us. Shout out to Dori for being such a good party hostess

The staff here was very very helpful and kind. They helped us work out our coupons and the kids had a lot of fun. A lot of the machines were faulty and eating the tokens and each time the staff would rectify it without question which was really great! The selection here of the prizes for the kids was very enticing for them to keep spending lol so they definitely made sure to spend each and every dollar to try and score the best prize they possibly could. The ticket counting machine was a hit and really made life easy. We also did the house of mirrors with all 4 of our kids and 1 toddler and it was a hit! I felt the staff at this location was really doing a great job to make sure everyone really enjoyed their time.

3.5/5 We decided to try the Fun Pass at Niagara Falls Fallsview Funzone, which offered six activities for $33, including tax. Initially, this seemed like a great deal for a group activity. I went with seven friends, and although the discounted price was a relief, I have to admit that if I had paid for each activity separately, I might have been disappointed. The House of Mirrors was surprisingly enjoyable. I liked the concept and had fun exploring it. However, the two haunted houses were quite disappointing. They were not well-done and definitely not worth the money. On the other hand, the laser tag games were surprisingly entertaining. They made for a fun group activity, and I genuinely enjoyed them. Mini putt was another highlight of our visit. Personally, I had a great time, but some members of my group didn't find it as enjoyable. Overall, I would say that the mini putt, laser tag, and mirror maze were the activities that made the experience feel worthwhile. However, I must mention that when we visited Clifton Hill and tried their maze of mirrors, it was a much better experience compared to the one at Fallsview. It seemed to offer more excitement and left us with a more satisfying feeling. While the Fun Pass at Niagara Falls Fallsview Funzone provided a decent range of activities for a reasonable price, it left a bit more to be desired. The mirror maze, two laser tag games, and mini putt were enjoyable, but the haunted houses were disappointing. For a more fulfilling experience, I would recommend checking out the maze of mirrors at Clifton Hill instead

We had a great time and lots of fun! We went on a weekday twice, it was Monday and the only thing we didn't like was that every time you want to use a facility you need to find someone to help you to get access, and it's mostly walking all the way to the front desk , maybe weekends are different they probably have more staff helping during weekends but otherwise all good.

Went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my mom’s birthday, brought my cousins and the fun zone was AMAZING. So many arcade games, and laser tag was super fun as well. My little cousin LOVES mermaids, and the girl working there was super nice willing to give me an 800 ticket prize mermaid doll to give to my cousin despite me only having 685 tickets, that was super nice of her! Wasn’t that busy at all and has very friendly staff, would definitely come here again!

Bought a wagjag that I thought was for the midway so I was totally annoyed that we had to pay an extra 40 for the 4 of us to use half the tokens that we already bought for half the entertainment value than the midway. The kicker was the fact that we would have to fork over another 40 bucks to use the other half of our tokens at the fallsview arcade. Not to mention the dinner vouchers that only work once you have purchased 2 adult entrees. The staff was helpful and accommodating with the constant machine malfunctioning but the value just wasn’t there. Horrible experience and way too much money. Never again

Highlight of our family trip to Niagara Falls! Josh was SUPER nice and made my kids feel so special. We enjoyed the mini golf, mirror maze, arcade and laser tag. Highly recommend.

Big place that has all the arcades you need to have fun, I found the airsoft shooting range a good option. There's something about the atmosphere of the place that doesn't convince me, also the reward system is kind of rigged, we played a ton of games but they dont give many tickets, we won almost 300 tickets. When we went to claim some prices we realized you can't really win much as many prices are 500 tickets and over. Overall is fun for like a one-time place but they should work on the deco and the atmosphere overall

Super cool putt putt with fluorescent colors and black lights all while rocking the Beach Boys Music! One of the best courses I've played... and I play courses on every vacation! You gotta try... it's a 5 star experience!

My son and I went in and had a coupon for 10 dollars each for four attractions from a hotel we stayed at. The supervisor, Josh, let us in for nothing, and even gave us 40 tokens for the games. Great experience, and very friendly staff.

The man working when I brought my 3 year old in to play games, was not your average employee. We had very little time upon arriving to play for long before closing time but this guy went more than above and beyond to see to it that no opportunity for fun was wasted. He was amazing when interacting with my son and made sure he left with a huge smile on his face. I will 100000% be visiting this location again for sure !! Thanks so much !!!

My family had a great time here! We bought a deal on Groupon and thought it was well worth it! Arcade games were fun, glow mini golf was great and lazer tag was perfect for my 5 year old’s first time. Josh was super friendly and helpful, really made our experience a fun one! Having such a kind staff member really makes a huge difference for a place like this that is competing with so many other arcades and similar fun centers nearby. Highly recommend! Thanks Josh!

  • 3/5 Sarfaraz K. 3 months ago on Google New
Great for indoor activities. Groupon has great pricing for this location but you do have to pay a 15$ facility fee when u get there even if u purchase through Groupon. But it's still cheaper than going there and purchasing activity pass and tokens They need to have more games for little kids and toddlers. Majority of the arcade is for adults.

  • 1/5 dv C. 3 months ago on Google New
They don't honor groupon as written on the printed groupon, so it isn't actually free, but want $15 per person as a "facility fee". Girl at desk shrugs and rolls her eyes. Place is empty, wonder why.

This place is good for people who like to hop into an arcade whenever they see one around these days. It's got a long hallway layout and its filled with various games and machines. Has some other activities available too. If it's open when you're in the city check it out!! (But hopefully much more interesting things have reopened by the time you visit lol)

Fun places! I had a coupon from the hotel so I and my wife spent some time in four games: Maze of Mirrors, Razer Tag, Haunted Hall Way, Mini Golf. We had a good time in the games!

  • 1/5 Poppy P. 2 years ago on Google
We got here this afternoon hoping to have fun but there was literally no one there and all the electronic things were on , and we also called the place and nobody answered.

  • 1/5 kanika k. 2 years ago on Google
Staff wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t explain how to do the activity and was more of go and learn urself. If ur kid is scared of dark then don’t go for activities like mini golf, laser tag or mirror maze. We got the pass from the hotel to do 4 activities. Paid $24 with taxes for two people after having the pass and out of 4 could participate only in 2 of the games that too wasn’t a very great experience. Don’t recommend going with the pass option if u are with kids 6years or less.

  • 1/5 Tasha M. 2 years ago on Google
It was okay. Had to park across the street behind the building and walk with my kids in the snow (they have no parking specifically for this place, the parking there is for the hotel). It was pretty busy, a lot of people wearing their masks under their nose. The games were okay, my kids had fun. Needless to say, we probably won't be returning.

Good past time fun zone place near Niagara falls. We bought a combo ticker for laser tag, fear house, mirror maze and mini golf. This past could be very rushed during holiday weekends.

Whenever I think of arcades , I think of a dirty and gross game room, but Fun Zone has completely changed my perspective on arcades. This place is now only huge but so clean! We did putt putt, mirror maze, and one of the haunted walks; and it was so clean and spotless wherever we went inside. The staff was respectful and very kind. Highly recommend!

  • 4/5 Mariam S. 1 year ago on Google
Extremely fun, lots and lots of choices of games for most age groups as well. On several levels which gets a bit tedious. We tried four activities: - Mirror maze (tip: walk with hands out) - Haunted hallways (spooky but short) - Lazer quest (only 10 mins, took that long for my kids to get the hang of it) - mini putt (so much fun!! .. great decorations and appropriate size) It is, however, lacking the hustle bustle of the Clifton Hill funzone, so hopefully it catches up soon.

  • 4/5 Joseph G. 1 year ago on Google
Overall great experience. Great games, facilities and the Manager (Josh) was welcoming and very responsive to any issues we had. Only negative was the haunted houses. Wife and I are big horror fans. Unfortunately, some of the scares were broken or the attendant was not there to activate the scare. The supervisor (Zach) was not responsive to our concerns.

  • 3/5 Sarah W. 1 year ago on Google
The variety of arcade games is fine- but beware they do not spit out tickets for prizes. Also pay no attention to the coupon for four free activities your hotel might hand out- they’ll charge you a $10 venue fee.

  • 1/5 ASHNA MARY T. 1 year ago on Google
The lower floor funzone activities are unattended and some of the activity doors are locked away. The employee working on the lower floor didn't care about customers having fun and did not attend us to any activity. He just pointed fingers to the activity door's direction whenever we enquired about the location of each activity. The haunted hallway was the worst. Not scary at all and felt bored with not exciting sounds and experiences. The maze of mirrors was great and we had lots of fun. It was the only good thing in the entire funzone area. Other than that, it's a waste of time and money.

  • 1/5 Brandi G. 1 year ago on Google
First guests of the day and the venue was still dirty, finding garbage around the Mini putt course. Vents had fallen off their duct work and lying around the course. The mini putt wasn’t worth the price, no real obstacles. The games that we received coins for were either broken or out of order. The Midway on Clifton is so much better for the cost. Oh, and you get charged a facility fee on top of coupons for the Fun Zone. Also, the staff were inappropriate at times being silly behind the counter, or just all around lazy. When we handed them a broken club the fluffed it off and put it back for someone else to use. Extremely disappointed in the experience and the fact (even with a coupon from Groupons) it still cost $60 for a poor experience. Not worth the cost!

We spent the afternoon there with our 4 boys (ages 3-12) and had a lot of fun! Both employees working were very kind and helpful (and upbeat… a rare treat at an arcade!). The facility is clean and the kids loved everything (especially the mirror maze!). Being a Monday in January, it wasn’t busy at all and they were generous as our kids cashed out the tickets and made every minute fun. We’ve been to a few of the Niagara Falls arcades and I’d say this the best one.

  • 5/5 Karen S. 1 year ago on Google
This is my daughter’s favorite place to visit every time we come to visit Niagara Fall, and the supervisor named Joshua is definitely one of the reasons. This year we have visited 5 time there. $20 for 70 tokens. Best valued. It is not as overcrowded like the other ones we visit on the Clifton Hill. Staff are most friendly. Joshua is amazing. He is very helpful and kind to my kids and his team. Our kids love seeing him there. Thank you for all your hard work.

  • 1/5 Cheyanne M. 1 year ago on Google
Extremely expensive. The arcade machines eat your tokens and don't give out the accurate amount of tickets after playing. A lot of the machines were shut off. Staff were fine, got the vibe that they didn't want to be there either.

  • 3/5 Chisa P. 1 year ago on Google
Fun 2 story arcade. We did the Haunted Hallways and the Mirror Maze and were full of giggles. The place is a little dark and dingy, and there is basically one guy running around doing everything but he was awesome!
