If you just want to ride the roller coaster (which I wouldn't necessarily reccomend) you can skip the haunted house and just take the stairs straight up to the roof. The roller coaster ride is what you would expect of a small cheap coaster, very jerky and not very thrilling. Probably not a good idea to ride if you have any neck and back issues. *** Also note that when you take the stairs back down to the street, right before the exit you get blasted with air and a very loud screaming sound - not a nice way to end the experience.***

Do NOT go to the roller coaster, by far it is the worst experience I've ever had at a roller coaster. First of all, it's 1 minute and you pay 15 dollars each. Do not be fooled by how the roller coaster looks, it does not go inside the building. It simply stays on the roof and the sharp turns really feel uncomfortable. Don't waste your money here, go to Lazer tag or something.

This review comes with a very heavy heart! So I went today (14th July 2022) with my 4 years old and myself. The operator person (picture attached) was very very very rude! I asked him again n again if how long was the ride to make sure it’s kids safe and my daughter is not dizzy , he said 5 hours ! I asked multiple times and he kept saying 5 hours! He was constantly yawning and misbehaving with other passengers as well, giving cold and extremely unwelcoming attitude! I paid around 40$ for such a pathetic experience!! The hiring firm should hire people who are kids friendly and not fed up of their job because it’s a major tourist attraction and you can’t afford such mess ups !! The ride is also very uncomfortable and I won’t recommend it for kids less than 5!

I went on the roller coster with two of my friends today, well yesterday the 22nd I’m not fazed easily by roller coasters at all but I love them, and my friends and I enjoyed it a lot and the employees are absolutely amazing and very kind as-well as funny. Tanner the employee that was working was so kind and we had a great conversation with him. Overall it was a great experience, the employees where amazing and even though it’s pricey it was a really fun short experience. Amazing view!!

Went in the haunted house portion, didn’t visit the rollercoaster. The haunted house was very good. Well designed and thought out to be scary. There were live actors which did a very good job. They clearly enjoy their job and put a lot of effort.

Been on the coaster first time if was very rough and not worth the money. Only selling point was the view up top second story. All hype just a 1 time thing my opinion.

Let me start off this review by stating that my family didn't actually get to experience the attraction. We came here because it stated they have a coaster and the minimum height to ride is 36 inches with a companion. I really didn't care how much it cost or if it was an amazing ride; our two year old just really wanted to ride his first coaster. Our son is 36 inches and upon entering the ticket line and placing him next to the height chart he was at just above 36 inches. The older lady at the ticket counter didn't really even bother to look down at him and said, "He's too little to ride. They won't let him ride up there." My husband and I didn't argue with her, because that's not our nature. However, she then proceeded to tell us to "go across the street to the go karts, he can ride that." Well, he got excited for that and we got there and the height requirement is 40 inches, so he was even more bummed now. Disappointed in the lack of customer service/knowledge of the employee. I am all for safety requirements and would never jeopardize my son's safety for a ride, but the posted requirement is 36 inches. If the attendants aren't comfortable letting people on that short, then change the height requirement. The positive in this situation is it was a good lesson for our child in coping with not getting his way.

It was overpriced $13/person for the walk through that had no live actors, it was so dark I ran into walls constantly, got hung up in things hanging from the ceiling. At the end to get out there was a large drop off that caused me to fall down - not cool. They are going to seriously hurt someone and be sued. It was scary but not fun. I would not recommend.

A little roller coaster high up there. Good for few minutes fun. My son liked it. The turns at the end are very sharp, but interesting. The stairs to it could be little brighter to avoid any hazards. One try is good enough..!!

I actually went here! There was so wait time! It was actually so much fun and a little scary. If you guys get scared easily then I do not recommend this but other than that I highly recommend this spot🤣🙌🏼

The live action was a nice touch. Got both my wife and my heart racing and screaming lol. Definitely recommend buying the pass since you get the roller coaster, glass maze and the house of Frankenstein.

The roller-coaster needs a bit of love (paint job mostly cause it looks a bit old) but otherwise it was a fun little ride. They let you go for 2 turns lasting around maybe 1 min each turn. A cool attraction to do with kids.

The only complaint I have is with that old miserable grumpy lady who works the cashier. My God she is miserable and terrible for business. Who employs her??? She's rude, bitter and extremely unprofessional. My girlfriend and I requested No live actors during our walk thru as if I get startled I react physically out of defense. She said I have no choce and it's part of the experience. I also have a medical exception for not having to wear a mask in which she also didnt appreciate and said I'm not allowed to enter unless I wear a mask. I guess when you're in a busy tourist area the management or owners dont care about people's experience as they are spoiled by the ongoing flow of new traffic always readily available. Sad. Apologies to the kid working there scaring me. I sisnt mean to hit you it was just a reaction but then again, I told your boss but she doesn't care about your safety. She just wants her way all the time.

The haunted house was surprisingly overwhelming, but not scary. It was far too dark to see anything, it was mostly loud sounds and just gave me sensory overload. Don't recommend this for anyone with sensory issues. I was also in the front, so I didn't see any of the scare workers, not that I would have been able to see them well anyway. There was a detailing on the walls I couldn't make out, that would have been nice to see. Watch out too, you might roll your ankle on those floors.

The main reason I had a good time at this place was simply because of how easily my mother can get scared and how ridiculously hilarious her reactions are. Overall, it was very, very cheesy. There was nothing special at all about the animatronics, the actors were not in very good costumes but still did a good job of jumping out and scaring, a majority of the jumpscares were expected and most of them were very cheap. The dark hallways were successfully very intimidating and the sound designs were good. So, if you are looking for something not over-the-top scary and just have some fun, I would say this would be a pretty good option for you. Do not expect too much. I did not go on the the roof-top ride, so I am afraid I cannot tell you anything about that.

Somebody give the young boy a raise ... I think his name was Tim. He was so kind to us when we didn't want to go on, he gave us the most comfortable experience and then asked our permission to start scaring us, and we were definitely spooked! Amazing. Thank you.

Nice attraction. No wait time to enter but it's a little expensive. Kids ages 7-14 all enjoyed themselves.

Not worth the money. The coaster is a rough ride. The haunted house had a nice concept, but you can easily need united due to the dips in the floor. I know it's supposed to be dark, but they need to give the customers a warning to prevent injury.

Do NOT recommend the coaster at the top! I thought there'd at least be decent views of the strip at night, but it's too painful to enjoy the ride. Corners are very hard, but not in a fun, wild mouse-type way, more in a painful "they didn't design this very well, did they?" sort of way. You're definitely thrown around a lot and it's just not enjoyable. If you're the only party in line, you *have* to ride in the front, otherwise, the coaster will get stuck, according to the ride op. There are stairs that bypass the haunted house that go directly up to the coaster and back down again, but they're still dark and spooky. And, right before you exit the stairs, there's a huge blast of air jump scare that is not fun if you didn't sign up for the haunted house side of things. Ugh. Not recommended even one little bit.

Like others have said, this coaster is very rickety and jerky. I wish I had not gone on it. I feel like I need a chiropractic adjustment now. We only went on because our 3.75 year old wanted to do it. It was his first time ever riding a coaster. Of course he wanted to ride in front with mommy. We were the only ones riding at the time so the lady motioned to us to ask if we wanted to go again. I said no way and we got out of there as fast as possible. Luckily the toddler loved it. That’s the only reason I’m giving it the 2 stars. Thank god I went down the stairs first bc the blast of air that made me scream would have totally freaked him out.

Best haunted house on Clifton Hill. Long, good use of scenery, a couple actors to add some unpredictability to the mix, even a totally random shooting gallery in the middle of it! Definitely get the combo ticket to ride the Frank N' Coaster afterwards.

It’s a nice thought. The haunted house is not too bad but for younger audience, it can be scary. The roller coaster is freaky and very fun! It was so fast and it seemed like I would fall off the edge. Don’t understand why people are so critical. It’s giving you exactly what it promises. Don’t expect too much or beyond what they showcase.

Do not recommend. $45 for myself, husband and son to ride. You go around the track twice. Our son is only 4 but was well over the height requirement. The turns are so sharp and fast it was terrifying. Our son was crying after the first turn, being flung so hard to the side of the seat. I had to hold onto him since he was so little and it felt like we were going to be thrown out of the car. The man working stopped the ride after one time through and let us off, the three of us went downstairs in tears. Valerie was at the front desk and was so kind and empathetic. She gave us a full refund and a pass to the mirror maze. Wonderful customer service - terrible ride. It should be 12 years and up, slower and less sharp. Overall would not recommend the ride.

House of Frankenstein is a great little haunted house that even delivered a few screams out of me and I am a haunted house junky. The halls were dark and spooky (as they should be) and the actors jumped out at just the right times to frighten our group. I highly recommend it if you like haunted houses. You must be ok with the dark and with the uneven floors. We did not ride the roller coaster.

We went on a weekend, before July. No line up! Staff were ok, at best. Just seemed disinterested. Rollercoaster is not well padded. You will feel every little bump/rattle (old school) The scariest part of the Rollercoaster was where the tracks bring u on the edge of the building Twice

I went on this ride last week and I loved it. My son and niece in their 20s also enjoyed it and one of them rides all coasters at Canada’s Wonderland and thought this ride was good. I really enjoyed the haunted house. I got a good scared. It met my expectations. I recommend this attraction A+++

Nice exhibit. It lives up to its title by showing some of the 1931 Frankenstein film ( starring Boris Karloff) downstairs. As for the ride. The seat is uncomfortable for adults. But it is good outside of that. You only ride on the roof you do not go through the building while on the ride. As for the film and it's director-- mygenes.co.nz .

I thought it was fun, but I love everything Frankenstein! It was worth it to me, with the package w/ the coaster and crystal caves. Haunted house was very dark.

This is a late review but im writing because im visiting the falls again and i can not forget this experience. Also because the recent reviews dont seem that different. I take responsibility for not writing a review earlier.. but as I said I wanted to forget whatever happened here lol-- but clearly I haven't. I was here for my birthday, this was August 29 2021. I went in the night around 9:30pm and this blonde older lady with a ponytail, told me to sit in a specific seat. I thought she meant the 3rd cart. I misunderstood and it was actually the 4th cart. I started to enter the 3rd cart and she full on yelled at me, quite loudly, saying it was the 4th cart 😐 I didn't really understand why she reacted so harshly, she could have said in a civil manner. It was so embarrassing, the other passengers were looking at me seeing a 47 year old yelling at a 20 year old for a simple mistake 😭. To save my dignity im not coming back ever.

They have no problem selling tickets to people to get there money and don't say anything about masks the refuse entry to exempt locals!!!!! Do not recommend based on the discrimination, scamming and being profit obsessed !!

  • 1/5 Eleonora V. 2 years ago on Google
Over priced, we just walked through a dark maze and no live action as described. The only time someone came out was at the end bc I was going g thr wrong way ( I literally walked up to a character ( who should have been scaring us) where to go. Cashier said it was really scary...and the only thing scary is the cost ( as previously mentioned). WAY TOO EXPENSIVE...SAVE you money. I contacted management to let them know there was no live action and no response.
