Parking: The hotel provided an email with a map explaining where to self-park. The front desk took over the ticket on check in. I paid $40 for over 24 hours of parking. That sounds like a lot (it is) but it's the standard rate in the city. The hotel told me I had until midnight the day I checked out so I got to explore the falls in the afternoon after check out without worry. Actually getting out of the garage was easy. Front desk: the line moved pretty quickly or was empty every time I had to speak to someone. I found them all very polite. Maybe the reviewers who had poor experiences weren't also practicing their own kindness? I actually made a mistake with something and the front desk corrected it for me in about five seconds. Rooms: the rooms have all been renovated. we found the cost is up from a few years ago but the beds and the bathrooms are all refurbished. I was very happy with the shower. Very modern. The pictures I have are from the restaurant and rainbow bridge driving into the city.

We found this hotel to be nice. The location is overlooking the falls, which are incredible. And you are right in the mix of Clifton Hill so all of the attractions are in walking distance, which is great. The room was nice and clean. Really the only complaint I have is the lobby. We checked in late at night and had just arrived after a long ride. My son really needed to use a restroom. The hotel only had 1 person on at that late hour, which is to be expected, and she was helping someone else ahead of us. I interrupted her because my 4 year old son needed to use the restroom. She told me after the Starbucks closes the restroom is locked so we couldn't use the restroom until we got checked in and up into our room. That is unacceptable to me. Really my only complaint but it's a big one.

This hotel is great, I was in room 2239 and had a city view. This is my own personal opinion overall 5 stars on customer service 5 stars for the foods 5stars for clean 5 stars for close amenities etc 5star for price of the hotel 5 stars for rooms decor However 3 stars for accommodating for families with children. Now if you have little ones the queen bed is not appropriate, as they will fall off. I highly reccomend you ask for six to eight extra pillow to put on the sides in case they roll off the bed. On another note it will be great if families with kids have a bed rail. Or for one of the beds to be push in the corner wall, or a bunk bed idea. Nothing against Sheraton but great wolf lodge have this concept that I think is amazing. It also make parents feel less worried instead of being scared there kids are going to roll off the bed. Also if the rooms guest is 6 there should not be 2 water bottles. Furthermore ensuring that the body wash is full. Also the cleaner should NOT BE KNOCKING AT THE DOORS AT 9:30AM IF CHECKOUT IS 11AM HIGHLY NOT APPROPRIATE IF IT IS PASS 11:00AM THEY CAN KNOCK ALL THE WANT BUT BEFORE THAN BIG NO NO. Having more than 1 bath mats in the washrooms due to the tiles are cold. Aside from that this hotel is worth every cent.

We stayed here for a birthday and got the room with view of the US and CA falls. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. The view was magnificent. Upon check in they gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday. Parking is available at the parkade next door and is connected to the hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby is great for grabbing something to eat on the go. Quick walk to the falls too. Nice getaway.

Had a great weekend staying at this resort hotel! Lot's to do in and around the hotel, and of course it is just walking distance from Niagara Falls. From our room we had a full view of both falls. Adrian from the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday, and he sent a treat up to the room. Incredible customer service for all of our questions and requests. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was incredible! All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. The view from our hotel balcony was breathtaking. The king sized bed was so comfortable, just heaven. We've already decided that we will be back in the future. I truly can't say enough good things about all the staff, from checking in, cleaning services to parking. Everyone was fabulous and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a lot of history and spectacular views. Easily the best hotel in the area.

This was the second we visited Sheraton at Niagara falls. The first time was in summer, it was crowded, loud and busy. We didn't get much assistance from the staff as they were 50 too many people. This time we visited in the winter, the place was empty, peaceful and quiet. We had an amazing weekend getaway. The staff responded promptly with requests. The service was great and the breakfast at falls view restaurant was tasty with a good spread. Pro tip: when at Falls view restaurant, look for a balcony at the end of the dinning area facing the falls, you will get an unobstructed view of the falls where you can get great pictures from. 5/5 will visit again.

The town is clean, safe and the falls are beautiful. The Sheraton (Day 2 of 5) room is mediocre. Looks lovely. Old building so central heat and AC - room was so hot I had to ask for a fan. Girl at front counter said they turned off the building heater but haven't turned on the AC yet. The fan that was provided was broken - it helped but the room remained uncomfortably hot. I noticed the room wall vent had its own air filter that looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year. The bathroom was nice till I had a shower because no matter what, water was leaking onto the floor. Almost didn't have enough towels to keep the floor dry. The pool was quite nice. Spa and restaurant in the hotel both look nice but haven't tried the services. The staff have been awesome so far - very friendly, polite and professional. Would rate higher but just so uncomfortable because of the heat (Niagra has temperatures from 0 Celsius to mid teens right now).

This was easily the worst hotel stay of my life. Check in was an absolute mess, with an over hour long wait at 4pm. We had 7 rooms booked for an event, which we were told would be on the same floor (called to confirm), however upon arrival we were told that in fact none of our rooms were on the same floor. But wait! It’s gets better. We then enter our city view king bed suites to see a room with a small queen bed and a window to INSIDE THE HOTEL. That’s right, into the lobby with no visible city. Just when you think it’s over, they have no AC in the entire building and the phone in our room was broken. After going down to the front desk to inquire if anything could be done (I.e. room change with a window we could open) we were told nothing. Lastly, all of our rooms were 99 (499,599,699) which is right on the elevator shaft. Loved hearing them all night! I will not be staying at this hotel and chain again. This is how they treat groups who are booking 7 rooms at once and bringing business to their company.

There are not enough elevators. No matter what time of day you can wait up to 30 minutes. The walls are super thin so if you have a noisy neighbor forget about sleeping. You can hear the toilet flush from the neighboring room. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are great. The dinner buffet was surprisingly good.

Great amenities in and around the hotel; many buildings connected to eachother for easy access. Room service was great although when they came in to make the beds they left our towels in the room while adding new towels. Usually that is not an issue but we were running out of places for these towels and currently have 8 of them on the hangers. There is no air conditioning in my room and many rooms on my floor, we have it set to the lowest temperature but still incredibly hot. Beyond the hot rooms, endless towels, and the pit in my bed I had a great stay here at the Sheraton hotel

This was not our first stay at this hotel and we returned because of the incredible view and comfort. We were able to enjoy the sunrise, the view and sound of the falls, the illuminated night falls and the fireworks, all from the comfort of a fireplace lit couch. The staff are also very helpful and answer all your questions in a friendly manner. There are many services within the hotel that one can purchase such as dining (not that great if you seek halal options), spa treatments and of course the indoor waterpark access. All in all, the view is why this hotel is worth it.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel on Christmas day and boxing day. We took the water park package with this hotel. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. My only comment is the walk from the hotel to the water park felt a bit far. Overall, a very good place to stay.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. We booked the room with the American falls view and it was simply amazing. The rooms had 2 queen beds and a couch and 2 single sofa seats and a table. The entertainment system was one of the best ones too as it offered apps like Netflix, Disney plus and YouTube (You need your own credentials). The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at check-in was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. We had a lot of fun. It was simply a great experience with kids and will definitely book again when we go to Niagara Falls.

The best hotel I ever lodged in, right from the receptionists, we had excellent service. A very warm welcome, valet parking was beautiful, the drivers who handled the car service were wonderful. Very prompt delivery of vehicles when requested. The location was fantastic, easy and direct access to the falls. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful falls view. The whirlpool was amazing, the bathroom very spacious, room service was excellent. Overall satisfaction was excellent. I found my to go hotel anytime am at the falls. Great job to all who made our stay a fun memory.

The hotel rooms, service, and location was excellent! I really liked being connected to the Casino, shops, and restaurants without having to go outside! 👍🏾However, I can't give 5 stars because: 1) No clock in the room. 2) Pillows were extremely mushy, had 3 and still felt like one. 3) No microwave in room, had access to 1 per every odd floor, as well as this being the same area where you had to get ice. This was very inconvenient and a lot of walking. 4) No vending machines for late night snack or drink. 5) "Elevators were horrible"! The hotel was packed with guest and they had quite a few elevators, but there was always a long wait! Quite a few times we used the stairs! 😖 6) There was a daily fee for parking, $60. for valet or $40. for self-parking. Even though the cost was Canadian, we thought it was outrageous!! We felt there should be no parking fee.. we're staying at your hotel.. that should be your cost! If you're business is "come stay with us, I've gotta have a place for my car to rest too!! 🤔 Parking spaces were close, and every day we couldn't find any spaces until we got to the 6th floor of the garage. Also, the parking garage was very confusing and the way it was constructed was unsafe.

We stayed in a falls view room; the room was great (great view!). The hotel is clean and well kept. Everyone was nice. Bartender let us take our drink back to our room when he noticed our daughter was getting tire. Parking can be a bit tricky to find but once you park you can walk everywhere. Restaurant had a great view but the price for kids was high. Would recommend.

What an amazing experience. In a league of its own compared to the Hilton Fallsview. Staff was terrific from start to end. We were first able to check-in an hour early and also do a late check-out. Originally given a room on the second floor but after asking for a higher level they bumped us up to the 4th floor to room 470. I at first assumed it would not make much of a difference but we still had a really nice view of the American falls. The room itself was beautiful and the big screen TV was a really nice plus. The shower was really nice, especially the rain head shower. The Juliette balcony was really cool however with the door closed the noise from the streets outside were still quite loud. However the toilet did run quite a bit but would stop after jiggling the handle. The pool was pretty decent and warm however it was insanely heavy on the chlorine but I guess it's to be extra careful given the current circumstances. The view from the pool of both the city and the Canadian falls was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that there was quite a bit of people without masks in the halls which kind of made us a little nervous so stronger enforcement on that matter would be nice. At the end of the day though, we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview, which we have many times before. We keep coming back because we’ve always had a wonderful experience. It is clean and beautiful, the food is some of the best I’ve had! Most of the staff are amazing and helpful. The issue we ran in to at the end of our stay was one staff member who was making negative comments to my husband and I about his Indian coworkers. My husband is white and I am part Indian. Most people don’t know that because my skin is more of an Olive tone. I left there feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable. I also felt awful for the staff of colour that work with him as I can imagine he treats them badly. I do not think I will return due to this. But I do hope that the business will create a safer environment for their staff as many of them are people of colour.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay! We came towards the end of the boat tour, season and opted for the fallsview room which was SO worth it! We had an impeccable view of both of the Falls from our 21st floor room. Location was absolutely perfect right next to the Rainbow Bridge, which made for easy travel back to the US. It was also right next to Clifton Street, which had no shortage of attractions and great restaurants. This hotel may not have been the cheapest in the area but it was worth every penny for the quality and comfort of our stay. It was also very convenient being able to communicate with the front desk via the app. My only issue is that this isn’t a quiet place. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything from loud guests next door, to the noisy hallway, to the loud water pipes! But still a priceless view.

Would I stay here again? Yes Great location and amazing views of the falls (room dependent) including the nightly fireworks displays. The rooms appeared to be updated and staff was great. The roof top pool and bar was a nice surprise and great place for kids to swim while parents can enjoy a drink and the views. While all the above is true, the hotel has some major challenges: - Parking: Self parking is $45 a day - Resort Fee: Another $15 a day so the two charges alone are $60 a day. Prepare and save. - Area: Location is good close to Clifton Mills but very busy and loud area. The hotel is also attached to a indoor amusement park which smelled like pickles and made for an odd walk through at times. - Lounge: The lounge space for frequent travels was a joke. No coffee. No snacks. Besides bagels and bottles of water it was not very nice. - Elevators: Super slow and very busy. Again I would stay here again but just want others to be aware of the above challenges.

This place is very nice designed. I really like the room I got that has a perfect view of the fall! I really suggest to take your kid here to look at the fall and have fun. They have a lot of stuff, there is shows games and a lot more! Really suggest for kids, but if you want to spend time with husband/wife you should book the rooms that has a perfect view of the fall and he other thing is that which I don’t like, the rooms are so expensive but it’s worth it, and the walls are thin. One thing I have to warn your privacy!! If you choose the rooms beside you that is like right beside there is those doors that connects to other room that is beside you or next to you! Unless if your a family 🙂

I was really worried after seeing all the negative reviews, but, we did not experience any of those negative aspects. We had a room on the top floor, it was a warm day and we did not find the suite to be overly warm. We waited about 5 minutes on average for the elevator and all of the staff that we interacted with were exceptionally helpful! The only issue was that our jacuzzi did not work, so a bit disappointing on that front, however, to be fair, we never notified anyone prior to our departure. It was amazing that there are so many amenities, restaurants and activities within the compound, I would definitely come back!

You can hear people talking in the hallway in the rooms with the door closed, and you must wait for a long time for an elevator in the afternoon. The rooms were not ready by check-in time, which to me goes against the hotel’s agreement to its customers. Not just our room wasn’t ready, but many people’s rooms weren’t ready. There wasn’t any signs pointing to the parking lot. The location of the hotel is good, however.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HOTEL. The staff are VERY rude and the managers are worse with their passive aggressive attitude. We had a LOUD noise which sounded like construction drilling was happening inside the room and a broken phone that we could not use to call front desk to explain the issue. After 4 trips downstairs to front desk and long wait times for elevators. We were offered a different room which was a DOWNGRADE from the room we PAID for. They then sent a technician to the room who told us the phone and noise could not be fixed. We MISSED our dinner reservation at Massimo’s because of all this nonsense. In the end, a manager Kevin moved us to a king room with a falls view that was stained with coffee and offered to wave our parking fee. At checkout we noticed the parking fee was not waived and were refused a refund by a manager after a 50 minute wait because Kevin was not in to confirm. This hotel is the worst place to stay and they cannot handle the busy season. Save your money and time , don’t bother wasting any of that on this horrible place. Being a gold member and not receiving any compensation for ruining our stay, night and dinner reservation I am VERY upset. Stay at Embassy suites, they treat you like royalty and offer great deals on Groupon !!!

Here is my experience: Rooms: The hotel did not provide what we booked despite of checking-in online. Customer service: The front desk did not make the effort to ensure our room was as per our booking. The front desk has very poor communication. I was meant to be refunded however, it has been over 3 weeks and multiple calls and yet to receive a response. Property: The hotel is clean. The room we stayed in was okay. We felt the bathrooms were outdated. We had to let the front desk know about the toilet flush not working. Restaurant: The breakfast is amazing! The servers and breakfast venue is worth it! Convenience : Very convenient location right by the Clifton hill. My feedback, we don’t recommend this property unless you run out of options.

I had the most amazing stay this past weekend. The falls is minutes away from this location which is so beautiful. This was a self-care retreat for me and the Sheraton gave me just what I needed to hit the reset button. The customer service was phenomenal. We was able to do an early check and the room was on the 22nd floor and we really enjoyed the city view. Room was very clean!! Lots of fun and things to do in the entertainment district. The gift shop and Starbucks attached to the hotel was an added bonus. I highly recommend the Sheraton Fallsview hotel if you are looking for a peaceful oasis. Thank you for making my stay great.

We have stayed here numerous times due to the excellent location for both families and couples visiting Niagara. This was a girls weekend with my daughter and 3 1/2 year old grand daughter. I always find this modern hotel nice and clean. There are loads of amenities within and surrounding the hotel. Great views of the Falls, park and Clifton hill, depending on your room selection. Best of all is the friendly staff!! Especially the lovely gentleman at the desk to the left of the valet parking office (whose name escapes me) that gave my granddaughter a coupon book on our way to bird kingdom. Shout out to Audie and Tony in Valet parking for helping us with luggage, monitoring the little one, directions and travel advice. All three of these gentlemen were wonderful with my talkative grand daughter who was enamoured with the hotel and the sights at Niagara.

Good service, clean room. We had a corner suite on the 3rd overlooking the falls, it was a beautiful and enjoying a late night hot bath while enjoying the view was spectacular. Staff is friendly and proximity to everything is within a short walk. Our only issue was check in was at 4pm. Room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. They waived two days of parking as courtesy ($80) Value. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend or stay here again

The perfect hotel to visit the Niagara Falls! As ordered, we had a very nice room with a view of the falls. The room appeared to be newly renovated and very nicely decorated. A great plus was the small balcony that gave us a wonderful view. The staff here also tried very hard and fulfilled all wishes. We can recommend the house to everyone and would like to come back.

The room we had previously doesn’t have a tub which is what we booked for, and Josh the receptionist resolved the issue quickly, and gave us a much much better room! It was a great start to our trip! The location is amazing, not even a 1min walk to the busy Cliffton Hill and all the festivities. Amenities are okay, there’s a paid outdoor pool and free indoor pool, restaurants look good too but seemed overpriced so we didn’t try it. Overall amazing place for the price (we stayed during the week) and I’d definitely come back again!

We stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Opted for one morning of breakfast, and the buffet choices met the needs of all five of us. We drove in, I do think if you do your homework, you'll be able to find some cheaper parking options, if you don't mind walking, but we chose to use the self park, and that went without a hitch. The location of this hotel is perfect, our room was perfectly clean, and had nice upgrades. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Wonderful view of the falls if you opt for one of those rooms. It's in a great location near everything. Only small issue is I called for new towels and they were never brought to our room despite being told they would be. Other than that service was great and rooms were tidy.

Everyone that worked there was lovely. The room however was not clean. My bathroom felt like a public restroom & I did not trust the fabric headboard. Not sure if that was an anomaly but that should be look into. Great location right by the falls & the main strip.

We stayed in an American Falls View king room for a few nights in October. Our room was clean, updated, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The view and balcony were amazing. We had an issue with our key when we checked in, but it was resolved quickly. The employees we did encounter were pleasant and helpful. They provided extra water bottles and coffee when we asked. Wonderful service. The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We found the rate for our room reasonable for what we got. We used valet to park and they were quick to get our car when we needed it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was a good experience. I would love to give it a 5 because of the view and the staff, however for the price paid I would say that a little more attention could be paid to the room and cosmetic issues. On some instances the water was too hot and took a long time to cool down. Also not sure what was up with the ac system even on 60 it felt like 75 degrees. Other minor issues like the dust in the vents. But like I said The location is great, and within walking distance of most places that you would like to see. I also wish that parking was included in the cost but…. It is what it is. Overall definitely a good experience, I would say if your not interested in the view personally then any room at the hotel is worth it

We had a great time at the Sheraton. The room was clean and our view from the room was perfect! Every night we got to see the fireworks and the light show of the falls. We had access to the pools but didn't really use them. The hotel was just steps away from the strip and the boat tours. Our rooms were off to the side so noise in the mornings or late at night were not an issue. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

  • 5/5 Eiann M. 10 months ago on Google
It has a great view of the falls. The rooms were exactly what you would expect. The place is clean and very well maintained. It is conveniently located across (walking distance from the falls, as well as the Hornblower/maid of the mist. It also located close to a casino for those of you who enjoy gambling. There's a Starbucks located on the main floor of the entrance. Everything is within walking distance (which is great). They offer a buffet breakfast (which again is well stocked and what you would expect).

From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a Fallsview room (without asking). All staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Room service breakfast was made to order and had good sized portions. I highly recommended staying here!

We did a staycation for one night on July 2nd. Great location with stunning views of the falls. Especially from the rooftop pool. Absolutely every staff member I came into contact with were super friendly. The mobile app was an ease to use to ask questions. We stayed in room 1290 and had no issues with the elevators being too occupied and having to wait too long to get on. Our housekeeping staff, Sarah, from Turkey (in case management is reading) deserves honourable mention. She was super helpful. Greeted us and asked if we needed anything when we first met. Quickly got us the extra blanket and pillow right then and there. Every other time we met in the hall she was genuine in her greetings. A beautiful hotel and great location for sure but it will always be the staff and how they interact with their guests that will decide if I go back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Splendid experience! They have most friendly customer oriented staff. They take note and recognize the occasion of your visit. They leave little treats in your rooms for your special occasions. The view from the room is jaw dropping. The rooms are clean, large and aptly furnished. The location cannot be any better. The house keeping staff too are meticulous in their work. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Fallview hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Cons: Very tiny detail, but there is a lot of noise if the next room neighbor turns on the tap.

Superb hotel with renovated rooms. Pretty big hotels so the check in process might take some time (I saw some big lineup at moments). Centrally located down Clifton road. Self parking is now 39$ per day. I had access to the Marriott lounge, the breakfast was good but the afternoon snacks were too basic (ham and cheese). It had a basic selection of sodas and the coffee was good. I would definitively come back here!

We had an amazing stay! We went on vacation with the family and stayed at three rooms on floor 18. All rooms were spotless and beautiful. The view is perfect, we also saw the fireworks from the room. Location couldn’t be better-right on Clifton hill, but nice and quiet. The agent at check in was extremely nice and happy to help us prepare something nice for our family. Perfect hotel.

Great location at the falls, convenient for really everything. We got the best view of the fall from the room. We visited the hotel during winter time , hotel wasn’t packed. We had no issues with the elevator. Room was tidy.. however cleaners missed some spots on the bed. We met cleaning staffs on the floor, they were really nice. There was no microwave in our room. Mini fridge in the room was empty, may be it is nice to leave some bottled water inside. It was very easy to go to the water park from the hotel. After we checked out from the hotel, staffs did provide us free storage service where we can leave our bag and go around the city.. This was amazing.. our room or even anywhere in the hotel I never got cigarette smell. Indoor pool was average. Overall - my family had good time at Sheraton. We visited Sheraton for my kids 5th birthday. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
