I was visiting family for a surprise birthday party. This hotel was just around the corner from them and it worked out great. Bonus, it is located right on the water front, beautiful scenery very peaceful away from the business area of the Niagara Falls. I had a late check-in, staff was friendly and attentive to my requests. I would stay there again.👍

Very nice and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice bar. We haven't had the breakfast yet, but have a feeling it's going to be great. Our King suite is spacious with a kitchenette and fabulous bathroom including a separate shower and jacuzzi.

The room was nice, however we did not get clean towels everyday. We were supposed to get passes to a winery, the hotel refused to honor the promotion.i have emailed several time with no response fro the hotel management. The refrigerator was not working properly and we lost several food item. We asked to have it check and it was not. The staff was wonderful, very polite and professional. I would suggest checking first to make sure they will honor the deal that is advertised

We attended a fund trust. The food was good as was the service by staff. A pleasant experience.

I stayed in Four Points this weekend and it was great. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome from the second we showed up. We got a double room on the river side and the room was really nice. It was well kept and clean. The bathroom could have been a little nicer, when we got there the shower was draining properly but it was a quick fix. The view was nice but being only the 4th floor a large part of the view was obstructed by the roof of the connected rooms. The indoor/heated pool was awesome, we were the only ones down there for a while and nobody bothered us. The fitness room was adequate for a quick trip to supplement a real gym. Finally, the bar was nice and the bartender was very sociable. Overall, very nice. If I'm ever around again I will definitely stay here again.

Room was nice but the staff except for the gentleman at the restaurant and the waitress were rude. Pool towels were rarely stocked so everyone was getting mad about that. The pool area also had massive leaks in it which at some point is going to cause mold. Told us we couldn't have any kind of drink in the pool area then there came a party with more than the allowed amount and they all had drinks. Just surprised with the lack of hotel business nowadays they operate like that. Pool was warm though which was good.

Dirty room and bathroom , breakfast too expensive, overnight parking for $10, very nice beds

This place is beautiful. The only problem was they only had one elevator the other one was out of service. All in all a nice stay

Bowstring is broken. Asked to have it fixed. Maintenance man said he did. These are pictures of after the fix. Will be getting our money back. I know the fine print.

We ate at the Bella Vista restaurant for celebrating My son's wedding. Food was great, friendly service and beautiful water front view.

The rooms weren't clean before entering and getting assist to do so was an additional $200 dollars if you smoke in your room along with $100 dollar security deposit they don't tell you about as well as $10 dollars per day for parking, which they also don't tell you about. However, we did manage to get assistance from this guy named Mecha and he cleaned the room amazing and didn't charge. That guy gets 5 stars.

Adam was wonderful. It was our one year wedding anniversary, and he went above and beyond. He recommended a wine, and we ended up finishing the bottle. He also gave us a wonderful seat between the patio and the fireplace. On top of just being a wonderful and friendly person, he truly gave us an experience that made our night special. Thank you Adam, for giving us such a nice night, at a great restaurant. Oh yeah, the food was great too!

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Nice suites and view to the river. Unfortunately we were there when the sand bugs arrive and couldn't sit outside much.

It was clean and okay!! Vents in bathroom were the only problem they were unscrewed!! Everything else was good 👍

Went for a baby shower. Food was great. Survers wonderful. Wish the posted location of party better. Has no idea until i could contact another guest. Remember we are visiting and have no idea about this place.

Fortunately for us we are Best Western Rewards members so we did not have to pay the $10 a day parking fee. No complimentary breakfast. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in the hall. My advice, leave your ac on and tv on low, it helps drowned out the hallway noise. Not the nicest place we have stayed. Our room was pretty clean.

Unfortunately are room was very small and not very clean. Had stuff on floor,windows were extremely dirty from prior guests, and we had a river view room . Also the closet still had prior guest clothing tags left in there. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was not great hard to get the hot water on. Not sure we will book again.

Great location and, overall, nice hotel. Rooms could use a few updates, but no real problems.

Round were good, but the extra charges for parking (they have their own large parking lot) and dog fee that was unreasonably high and no free breakfast (get that practically every place) made it a lot score.

Overpriced, they charge you for parking even if you are staying in the hotel on a per night basis, I didn't even know that was a thing. The room wasn't the best either, noises from their party hall filtered up there.

Clean rooms, linen on demand not auto, good restaurant with boat dock. Literally on the Niagara River and the fishing was good. Friendly, helpful staff.
